How do you guys like putting diapers on? Do you start with a side? Top or bottom tab first? Are there any places (on the diaper) you prefer?

Hi there again guys! I just wanted to give a bit of an update. I had my surgery on may 6th, 2016. Today was my first day back at work after having a catheter in for 3 whole weeks. At first I was rather anxious, fearing that my hopefulness of the success of my surgery might be misguided. The rate of success with a buccal mucosa urethroplasty is anywhere between 87-95% success rate with no recurrence or complications. Despite those overwhelming odds I have witnessed in gaming worlds just how "unforgiving" a 95% success rate can really be. However, now that I have the catheter out and my tract is getting back to normal, I potty so well.. that it's almost too well lol!

So I have had an ongoing and rapidly recurring Urethral stricture down there, and have had it since I was 12 years old. (it's a blockage of scar tissue, "a kink in the house" if you know what I mean.) To anyone who may know about this, the experience of using the potty can be anywhere from mildly stinging, to extremely painful depending on how small the constriction gets. Well, I'm finally going in to have it permanently taken care of. My surgeon's a pretty cool guy and was really good at explaining what's going to end up happening. However, it's gonna put me out of work for probably 3 weeks while it's all taken care of (It's ok I got short term disability pay ready to kick up). This is the second time i have had this taken care of though, the first time was just a mere incision. However, the scaring return, mainly due to that tissue being damaged and unhealthy. The purpose of this other surgery is to bring healthy skin in and cut out the damage scar tissue. I just wanted to post this topic mainly because if there are anyone out there with similar pain, make sure you get it checked out. Don't ignore it, it'll get worse and you'll really be hurtin'! I have a dream that people around the world can one day potty without pain!

Have you ever done some thing so long that you just stopped concentrating on actually doing it? When you play on an Xbox controller, do you look down at the buttons still? Do you need to peck on your keyboard still? I think, diaper training is the same thing. It stops becoming "feeling it, thinking about it, and doing it" If you just... "do it", you stop thinking about it. Because of that, your sphincter muscles might get weak. I can't tell you whether or not this is true incontinence, but you could most likely forget to wear a diaper and "just do it", realizing you had an accident. I hope this helps!

It's hard for me to choose just one underlying reason! I sorta am mixed on being submissive, and having to the illusion of being dependant and taken care of. Admittedly my reasons are probably more sexually driven than others, but a slight desire to just be innocently submissive is there too X3 Edit : another thing too is I actually really kinda miss waking up to a wet diaper. Experiencing that loss of control was somehow exciting. It is definitely a reason I'm still so attached to the idea. (I guess is that would go under relaxing? Unsure )

I was just interested in the thoughts of people (if anyone) has had the misfortune of having a stricture (made up of something like scare tissue), but trying to be incontinent at the same time.

When I started getting "too old" to wet the bed, I tried to hide that I was doing it. But when mom found out (I actually think she was never unaware) I started having to wear good nights to bed. I thought the problem stopped around when I was 7 years old, but when I was taken out of good nights and back into regular underwear, I started wetting the bed again and that didn't stop for a long time. I was put on a long term plan to deal with wetting the bed. No matter what I tried I always found that I'd either wet the bed, or the diaper I was in. Needless to say I started putting my own diapers on, maybe around ten years old. before then it was always embarrassing for my mom to put on diapers for me, but she didn't seem to mind, only concerned that I was still wetting the bed. I always thought "I really will need diapers for ever!"

I own a 2006 Saturn Ion redline with a 4 cylinder, supercharged ecotec engine and pulled by a 5 speed manual transmission. The last thing my daddy helped get me before he passed on.
