Hey everyone I’m Paige and I’m 25 years old. I’ve posted here before but its been quite some time. I officially came out to my family as a MtF transgender woman about a year and a half ago. Now I’ve I recently started hormone replacement therapy which seems to going good. However right now I feel like I’m about to cry, as I’m considering going back to wearing diapers at night again. Due to having to take 100mg of Spiroonolactone twice a day which is also a diuretic by the way, It has also caused sever night time nocturia. I wake about every two hours to go pee at night which in the morning I still find my self tired. I feel really shameful and embarrassed wearing diapers at night being that I know I can make to the toilet at night. Now I’ve tried cutting back liquid at night and it doesn’t seem to help so you can throw that out the window. As for daytime issues I seem to be peeing more often then I would like. Daytimes pretty bad also I find my self using the restroom about every hour or more. Now in the past I’ve dealt with daytime incontinence and had to wear diapers which thank god I no longer have to, but I’m starting to notice small wet spots on my underwear and they usually smell like pee when take them off. I’m also considering on starting to use pads during the daytime. Does wearing some sort of protection sound strange for all of this. I just wanna cry. PS Can anyone recommend a good daytime pad.

for myself it really has to do with feeling in secure about things or stress most of the time. I seem to notice I wanna wear diapers when i'm stressed.

Hey girls It's Paige I was wondering what type of foundation you choose to use. I've tried the Maybelline FITme foundation, but I find that after a while it tends to make my face greasy. Its actually a cool system they have. You pick your number and then you want to look for that number in what ever else you might need. Now while this is all great I prefer to go with the brand MakeUp Forever. I got my foundation at Sephora which the sales person what great at matching my skin tone. Makeup Forever actually has two types of foundation, one called Makeup Forever HD and Makeup Forever mat velvet. I personally choose to go with the HD foundation and even though its pretty expensive around $40, however I really only buy the foundation only like three times a year if that. What I love about this foundation is that it's a medium to full coverage foundation. So I ask you what type of foundation do you prefer to use. leave a comment below thanks for reading. -Paige

Hi there From my experience I would recommend two thing. First off look at what type of diaper you are using. Cheap diapers don't mask the smell of urine that good. I would recommend picking up a package of Tranquility Slime or ATN adult brief which does a wonderful job at keep oder down. Secondly I would Say try to change your product as often as possible, weather that be a pad ( recommend Abena pads) or adult brief. And one more thing I would say is to stay hydrated it's good for your body and help dilute the urine. Hope this helps -Paige

Hi there I'll usually just undo the tapes on one side and then pull my diaper down to my knees and sit on the toilet and do my business. After I'm done I'll just pull my diaper up and redo the two tapes on the side of the diaper thats if I'm still dry. hope this helps -Paige a.k.a iCrinkle2

Having worn my diapers to college I can say that it's not all that bad. Hardly anyone notices and when I wen't to school diapered no once mentioned a word about me wearing diapers. All I did was carry like two extra diapers in my school bag and when ever I needed to change my diaper I would just head to the restroom and go into a stall and change. Try to look for restrooms that don't get used much so then there well be less people coming and going in and out. The only really embarrassing part about having to wear diapers to school was when it came to throwing the diaper away when you exist the stall holding a diaper in your hand and people then know you are wearing diapers. Other then that it isn't anything to be ashamed of. Just like a person needing glasses we need to wear diapers nothing to be ashamed of. -thanks Paige a.k.a iCrinkle2

Hi there, Thank you for your support. I did see my urologist and was put on antibiotics and it seemed to solve some of my problems. However since the last time I posted my problem has once again come back. I have very little control sometimes during the daytime when I get the urge to pee and I'm not near a restroom, or if I'm on the freeway then I'm usually screwed. I like wearing diapers but I have two sides Its like I have a little side that loves to wear diapers, but my big girl side says that I don't need diapers. However when you are to scared to leave the house because you might have a accident on the freeway then I guess it means I really due need to wear protection. Its a battle that I fight my self. I feel bad, but I know I shouldn't its a medical condition that causes this. I'm 25 now and would wear diapers. Sad face. This is very hard for me at times. As for fitting into medium adult diapers I try to go with small if they have them, But I due occasionally wear medium diapers. I did pick up some bikini cute style plastic pants which are super cute that I use with Abena xplus S4 and Pampers Cruisers 7. Pampers are usually when I want to be discrete or need light protection. I was wondering if you might have a recommendation on cloth diapers. -Thanks

As for myself I do shave down there. I've always hated any body hair and like to keep my arm pits and kegs and pubic region free from hair. for those of you just starting to shave down there take your time and don't rush. its probably going to get very irritated and your going to have all these red bumps, but your skin get use to it and eventually its no longer a problem. I would have to say wearing a nice soft diaper and cami and cuddling on the couch with someone and sucking on a pacifier.

I guess I would have to agree with Stork on this one. So far Attends 10 w/waistband seen to be the noisest diaper out there. Remember I haven't tried Bambino or Dry 24/7. I have tried Abena x-plus diapers, Depends (which is pretty good), and Tranquility ATN. I like to go with Attends if I'm looking for noise. Hope this helped. -Paige

Hey everyone , so I wanted to post a picture of my self wearing my pampers cruisers size 7. I was on Fetware website and saw they sell low cut bikini style plastic pants for girls. I've been thinking about ordering some of these, but I just haven't gotten the courage to due so and money is kinda tight. Anyways I was wondering what everyones feedback is on these plastic plants and If you happen to have this style please feel free to leave your feedback also on how you like the plastic pants. Hi there Alright to answer your question I would say the majority of guys aren't going to be able to wear Pampers. As for my self I'm 5'2 @ 116lbs. I wear a size 00 in woman's pants and I can fit into Pampers Cruisers Size 7 (three way Fit design) comfortably. They cover both the front and back just fine for me. I'll attach a photo so you can see how they fit me. As for another brand baby diapers such as Luvs or Huggies I have not tried to fit into them I'm pretty happy with Pampers.
