The OP blamed diapers for his relationship issues. Sorry but diapers are not responsible for interpersonal issues. Blaming diapers is not only an insult to me but everyone else who is medically incontinent Lots of incontinent people wear diapers as a result of their condition and are in a successful relationship. If you have a problem with diapers then don't buy them and use them.

That's make me want to ask this question. As anyone bugged you about why don't you just get a foley or ISC? There have been people who have told me I should get a foley or just ISC. I've had to tell them that foleys really bother me and ISC would do no good because my bladder is always draining.

Before my SCI I wore depends during the day with the regular diaper at night (bedwetter). No one ever noticed them. Then again how many people are going to be checking out someones bottom?!
