Most obscure songs from the 80s make me feel little. My mum used to work in a record store when she was a teenager so when I came along my parents used to play music all night and it was never mainstream... Well, it is now, but it wasn't back then. Those songs take me back.

Age of Empires was the bomb, Ultima Online.. and when I was really little I used to go over my friends place to play Sonic the Hedgehog and Crash Bandicoot.

It depends how old. When I was 5 I loved Playschool. (an Australian educational TV show) and Mr Squiggle... a show where a puppeteer draws something upside down and you have to guess what it is.

I got moderately successful by listening to a particular hypnosis cd while I slept. It wasn't the one thing that did it. Also, the fact that i lived alone, wore every night and day at home and overloaded my system with water before bed. (Including 2x large bottles of milky!)

Yeah. That's not the only thing I'm told to do. I have to get more active with the fire brigade and my other volunteer things I do. The ABDl side is just to stabalise my mood in a severe down turn.

I get down because I care so much about what happens to the world as well. I get fed up with friends not caring and the stupid things that come out of their mouths because they only think of themselves.

So, I've had depression for nearly 3 years and had to quit my job because of it and am currently unemployed. Lucky I have a supportive family who are helping me. I'm up to my 3rd psychologist but this one is a keeper and am on the meds.

The way I view play is that children enjoy playing with lego is because they are learning something from it or there's something challenging or creative. Not consciously but subconsciously. So I approach it in that way. I try to make something that is challenging for myself, not that a child would find challenging. A big spaceship, or a truck that looks cool, etc. I don't try to make silly things. I try to get to that point where you look up and go "Wow, 2 hours went by."

That is the weirdest thing ever. Completely worked for me both laying down, which I generally find difficult, and standing up. You can feel your diaphram give a few little spasm as it wants to breathe in but then your bladder lets go. The only hard part was holding my breath but the first squirt started at about 30 seconds for me. The less breath you hold in the faster it goes.

Well, I'm travelling the USA again and my main centre is NYC... again. This time I want to spend a bit of time in nappies and, as such, need a place to resupply. Does anyone know a good place on Manhattan where you can get premium nappies? And what would be the better brand for wearing and using for pee... not for ABness. Last time I tried Tena Ultra but, while I loved the single tape, it didn't even come close to the quality of Aussie tena. Thanks Aidy

awwww... How disappointing. What an opening for a business . Hopefully it's just as easy to ship to a hostel. I'll give them a call. If that fails, does anyone know a good store brand? I KNOW that Duane Reade's were absolutely hopeless from a practical perspective. Insanely crinkly, only gel and not in the right places, didn't come up high enough (plumbers crack at the back) and no leg gatherers. Leaked first time straight away. Through the whole packet out.
