  1. I'm pretty slim so when I have to wear diapers I learned to slid/work them down. I hate #2 in diapers. But accidents still happen and glad to have protection. Being male I also found I could slip out the leg openings and pee. But I pinched myself a few times and decided it was safer to pee in the diaper and avoid the pain ?. Most of the time I get by with high capacity pull-ups, booster pads that I can change and bed pads. When I wear my back braces or the one with the neck collar, it's diapers and boosters as I can't get out of the brace in time. I like the ideas on stretch type and velcro diapers. Might be worth a look.
  2. WetDad, ck out Magna. They have derived systems and electric drive axle systems. The Axle systems look cool, don't know the cost.
  3. I just say use what works best for you. My heart and primary doctors don't even make an issue about what I use. If I show up in a diaper instead of pull-ups they want to know if my issues are worse and why. But they don't make a big deal over it. The funniest time was when I had the nerve test. I wore a pull-up achanged into a gown and used the bathroom. I didn't want to loose my job over my low back injury. I know that was dump as I was In alot of pain and could barely walk or stand. In the middle of the test it overwhelmed my system and lost control of my bladder and part of my bowel control. A nurse was sent in, she cleaned me up and said she would put some protective clothing on me. I said, it's a diaper, she said no its not, diapers are for babies. It was still a big diaper. So much for political correctness. ? It's hard to deal with what others think sometimes, especially when your the one that has to deal with it.
  4. But you would have to have a health disclaimer, pictures like that might cause blindness, ?
  5. That can be hard to sort out. For me it was trial and lots of errors ?. And many time not so fun. If it cools off I'm over hydrated, if it turns hot I'm dehydrated. Diet has a similar issue. I wear high capacity pull-ups mostly with a pad. The pad can be filled and either changed or just removed. The pad can catch a small amount of bowel lose. I like the pull-ups just because they seem cooler to work in. But when bowel or bladder are out of control or diet is off its back to diapers. But the diapers feel hotter to work in. If I gave to take a water pill I have learned to just put a diaper on and avoid the stress. After an hour it's nonstop to pee every 10 to 15 mines and my bladder muscles will just let go and not hold. So you might watch fluids, diet, weather, meds the choose what might work the best. On a good day things are pretty good on other days it a crap shoot ?. And clean up to go with it.
  6. Over the last year I have improved physically since the bypass. So with more activity I have more problems with my upper and lower back and that may play a part. If I get in a certain position or turn just right I get a huge pain in my low back. I lose control of my legs ,bladder and bowel. If I catch in time an get off my feet and try to hold the spincter muscles tight I only have leakage. During and after the bypass I had kidney and respiratory failure and went full diabetic. I asked the doctors about the blood flow issues, they didn't think it was an issue. At least not for them. I'm 5ft 2in now and 134lbs so I don't have the turtle effect yet. I just think the muscle contractions or nerve control is not working right in my case. I also don't wake up hard very often. Someone mentioned moobs. The surgery left me with a boob effect. I had a muscular chest due to the work I did. Now with extra movements of my chest and sternum nerve pain and referred pain from the upper back affects my diaphragm and breathing. Doctors suggested a medical support brace. It's a BRACE for men and a BRA for the women. Political correctness. ? So I wear a high compression cup type sports bras to help manage the issue. It helps cancel the pain, improves my breathing helps my upper back. When masturbating I would have heavy chest pain but with a bra it's greatly reduced to a tolerant level. Guess it helps if my boobies aren't bouncing. Hilarious
  7. I'm not sure about shrinkage, but It takes alot more constant stimulation to stay hard. I told the doctor that after my heart attack (for 4 to 8 hrs) that I did not orgasm as strong. They did stents then. 2016 they replace the stents and I told them I had even less orgasm strength. 2017 triple bypass nor now aliitle more than a drip and can't get hard again. Used to stay hard as long as I was excited. Now I think it is alittle small. I have read that night time elections, waking up hard may help keep the size. I also went diabetic during/after the bypass. I think age and alot of things affect the size and sexual performance.
  8. I don't have much issues as I expect to be wet before the day is out. But it's the bowel issue and I'm in pull-ups that suck. I try to manage diet and fluid balance and certain things throw it off. Plus I don't regulate temperature and fluid balance very well due to the nerve damage. Even bowel leaks are better in a pull-up than underwear ?. At times I have to revert to diapers till things calm down.
  9. I think mine has gotten worse. As I improve and get more strength I am more active. Since I don't get the signals to go to the bathroom. I may only have 5 to 15 min warning. The pressure is already high and may be seeping. This can be bowel or bladder or both. If I'm active I may not be as aware until it's too late. Also physical activity adds to leakage. Lifting, pushing, changing positions. Driving I am also less aware as well, pressure on nerves I guess. With nerve damage it's anybody guess. If it's a problem you might try timed bladder voids. If it's very bad have a talk with your doctor. I asked about having new nerve test to see where I'm at or if I should change my activities. They tell it is what it is and will deal with what ever comes up when it does.
  10. Like you I didn't want to give up underwear. I was late bed wetter as a kid and diapers where the fix then. I was embarrassed ? when we went to family gatherings and us kids slept together. So I was glad to be rid of them. After my sec back injury I tried not to disclose my incon issues. I did not want to lose a job and embarrassed. I wore a pull-ups to a nerve test. Used the bathroom and changed into a gown in private. But nerve test overloaded my system and lost control. They explained I would have to get past what others think and embarrassment. I have a new normal for me. I use protective products so I can get our and do things I enjoy. Only close friends and family know. Unfortunately I had to disclose my medical history to newer employers. You can't hide anything that might impact your job requirements. I view protective products as simple tools to allow me to get out and enjoy life. Just plan ahead for accidents.
  11. I don't have your perspective as I'm a guy. Alot of guys are hung up about their issues and if you explain it and maybe turn it towards a fetish. They may be more relaxed about it. My take is if I found someone with an issue like you have, they might be more accepting of my issues and insecurities. You might want to warn them ahead of time that you have this itsee bit issue if you get over excited in the moment. ? Get the largest bed pad to play on. I would be really into it if I thought I got someone that excited she peed in sex. As long as your healthy and no infections not an issue. And if their a keeper, they would be willing to put a diaper on you and cuddle.
  12. In 2017 I had triple bypass. Med department miss read my list of meds.they thought I had to have mira-lax and linzess two times a day. By the 2nd day I had full blown diaper rash. 3rd day the skin was peeling. Guess stomach acid is close to battery acid ? Around the 5th day I was a little more aware of things and asked about the meds. I had to convince the head nurse to call my doctors about my meds. I only took those ONLY AS NEEDED and only ONE at a time and NOT DAILY. They had me squirting like a goose. They had me in heavy diapers , bed pad and changing every half hr to an hour. The pain of clean up was bad beyond belief. I left in diapers and had to use a diaper paste I call it. Was alot thicker. Took almost three weeks to heal. Diaper rash and yeast infections are horrible ? to deal with. Besides the hole in my chest that opened up and drained and the pain after. All things I suggest everyone should avoid if possible. But I did survive with lots of therapy. But the PTSD from the many resuscitation and being zapped like a bug has dragged on. Can't wait to get ride of covid mask as they set things off. Sorry for rambling, sometimes issues are hard to deal with when know one is around.
  13. If I'm just having bladder issues and I'm think I'll be away from bathrooms while wearing pull-ups I use high capacity pads inside them. I wear cargo pants because I can't have anything in my back pockets as it upsets my back. I can carry extra pads and can change I get a chance. I also wear at times a tactical cargo vest or jacket. Has larger pockets can carry med diaper or pull-ups, small pack of wipes, gloves and disposal bags. Some places don't want back packs in their locations. And I don't want to explain the issue.. ? I'm not too stressed by the bladder issue as it's not as hard to deal with it. But the bowel issue stresses me the most as it can show up a random times. As I don't regulate temperature and fluid balance very well I like the pull-ups over diapers in hot weather. I'm still experimenting with pads and sizing. I plan to try the poise high capacity long style and the overnight version. Once soaked I can change it or still have a dry pull-up or diaper.
  14. Maybe I need to find a randy, active woman or at least one that's still breathing and functioning. I do wish I had the heavy seminal discharge part. Lately oh-ha and then drip is a let down ?
  15. Fluid balance is an ongoing issue ?. Too much, too little.. earned a colonoscopy from dehydration. Or non stop runs and needed to stop that. So try hard to watch diet and fluids. Water pills are a joy, 3 or 4 times and the pressure overwhelms my bladder. I learn to just put a diaper and booster pad on when I take it. ?
  16. Depends on how I'm doing. If I have messy accidents towards evening it's bed pad, diaper and diaper cover. And the same if my back is bad and I wear my back brace as I can't use the bathroom with the brace very well. And by the time I get it off , it's way tooo late. ?. Now I'm doing good I ca get by with overnight pull-ups and maybe a pad if needed.
  17. Glad to hear from you. That are is really growing. A lot of construction going on
  18. I had the sec low back injury doing mechanic work. That ended my career in that field. I got the security job with help from the state programs. So they knew my medical issues. I mostly worked locations that allowed me access and time to change. I got the custodial job on my own, but due to legal requirements I had to disclose anything that could affect my job. But lower management did not know I had disabilities. At least till they violated labour and Ada. When I have to change I try to make it to break so I can get all my work done. But certain issues taken care sooner. ?. If I'm just wet and not soaked no rush. I rarely loose full control if I pay attention when I'm not sure. So I can make it to the bathroom. Complications with meds or food and fluid balance catch me off guard at times. So most of the times I wear heavy pull-ups with a pad at times. If I wear a diaper to work it's a bad day, looking for a bad rash. My skin does not like that. ?
  19. That's why I chose custodial, you have to be a total screw up to get fired and I'm an essential worker. Plus all the benies to go with it. And it adds to my retirement. I just have to put up with little messy monsters ?. That's job security.
  20. Thanks , I have always been on the shy side still find it hard to open up fully. I would have thought that all I dealt with from doctors, nurses, test and used almost like a lab rat for medical students I would get past that. I'm still learning my way around this site and it has changed some. Thanks again. Stevei
  21. I was an automotive and medium duty truck mechanic from 77 to 85, then ag mechanic to 07. Sec back injury put me out of work for 2yrs to improve. 09 I did security till 2011 when I got into custodial. Plan to do this till I retire if I make it that far.
  22. In high school I put a 41 Chevy coup old school hot rod on the road. Drove it 14 yrs as a daily driver. I worked as an automotive and medium duty trucks. From 85 i worked as an ag mechanic on tractors and equipment till July of 07. Now as a hobby I use my skills to restore old equipment and engines.
  23. I was a mechanic till my lower back injury, then two years later, a little over a year in security while recovering. Been doing custodial for the last ten years. All my jobs have been at higher levels of activity. I have to plan for incontinence issues.

    Ozark?

I'm halfway between Fair Grove and Buffalo. Seems like there is few in this area.
  25. I get the spasms as well. I think mine started from trying to hold too long to get to the bathroom. When got there to urinate everything would lock up time and couldn't pee. It also happened with bowel but less often. Doctors told me what it was and was caused by my back and nerve miscommunication. It could be so painful that it would put me on the floor. Doctors didn't bother checking further since prior nerve studies showed nerve damage from my waist down and mid back up. They only suggested not to hold too long even if a bathroom is not close. But now it seldom happens because I only get 5 to 15 min warning for the bathroom. So I pretty much have to have protective products 24/7. I have learned avoid food or drinks that irritated or cause bladder/bowel issues. But I still like my tee. I used to love beer and pizza > bad combination. Brings a whole new meaning of "clean up on isle 5" Lol
