  1. I've never knowingly been "caught" diapered or had my diaperes (and being ab my baby stuff) uncovered. And I'll be honest, for one reason or another I've been getting more and more "adventurous" with them over the past month. I still don't want people to actively know though. Just sort of an experiment, to see if I should be so afraid of being found. Anyway, If anything what I've come to realize is that while we have no idea what to say neither do they, or how to react, or even if they should. And even if they do, if they are that close (family) they dont want to risk bringing up such an insignificant item (in the grand scheme of their lives) that may cause upset or whatever else to you. With diapers and baby stuff I've come to just go with the flow. A whole "what are you really going to do?" attitude, it wouldn't work for everyone though and its not to say I don't go out of my way to hide my stuff and I'm not exactly going to roam the streets in a onesie. Still as careful, just less concerned. But its helped me be more relaxed and less tense around my lifestyle. Take my post with a little salt.

  6. I bought a "Funzee" recently. Not footed but the have poppers all over the shop, come in a very nice baby blue or pink (or actually a pretty funky red and black ala dennis the menace (never did like that cartoon but heh)) and are quite high quality and very warm. Oh, and like £20. Despite the postie strike mine came in just a couple days.
  7. lol yeh £8 is only a couple weeks pocket money n i struggle with legs and arms. getting normal big clothes to fit without lookin silly is hard enough before getting to baby ones.
  8. Could take photos of peoples knees. It'd be pretty pointless but we could then have a nobbly knee contest.

  16. I think youve hit nail on the head, the waste of money bit. I'm not a student, but my big thing for not moving out is the money as well. Makes more sense to me to live at home with my mum annoyed, paying a lower rate and getting debt cleared early like than going to the brink of my affordability by moving out and renting. I could move, but I want it to be comfortable, not a stretch.
  17. lol think so i havent been too naughty, honest.

  21. Doesn't sound like the most fun/best idea/greatest thing to do. Especially when reaching day3. I think somealot of sking cream ma be required afterwards as well.
  22. Wikipedia says... "The word diaper originally referred to the type of cloth rather than its use; "diaper" was the term for a pattern of small repeated geometric shapes, and later came to describe a white cotton or linen fabric with this pattern[3]. The first cloth diapers consisted of a special type of soft tissue sheet, cut into geometric shapes. This type of pattern was called diapering and eventually gave its name to the cloth used to make diapers and then to the diaper itself. This usage stuck in the United States and Canada, but in Britain the word "nappy" took its place. Most sources believe nappy is a diminutive form of the word napkin[4]." Theres also this http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/nappe
  23. I think and i may be wrong, I'm often wrong, it comes from napkin.
  24. Strangely ended up having a conversation about adult nappies with a work colleague today. All started when he said my driving was that bad he should have worn one Didn't see this thread first thogh so probably void lol
