I have the three pairs of the Dinosaur Prints, in X-large. Great pants no concerns so far, I like to buy plastic pants on the larger size, on size bigger than I need. Bob

I remember Baby Scott pants were very smooth & soft, came in a prints or white plastic. I used to be able to squeezs into a size ex-large. Too bad they do not re-introduce today for the adult market. Bob

I was injured when I was a teenager, and suffered the with same issues. With me it was nerve damage, but to be sure you should see your doctor. To your doctor this just a problem, and nothing you should be embarassed about, and I'm sure your doctor can help. Remember incontinence is a result of another problem, if the underlining problem can be cured the incontinence will also. Leaving this alone, in all likilyhood it will get worst. In my case I'm now diaper dependent, but only because the drugs that you can take for this problem, reacted poorly with me. I wish you good luck Bob

I wear Nice Diaper Plastic pants over my Prevails diapers. The cut of the plastic pant is perfect for disposables, but not for cloth. The pant helps with diaper droop and some protection from leaks. I like Angela's idea of putting in a single cloth baby diaper in the plastic pants, very smart. Bob.

Anyone else using these diapers. Look very much like a Pamper Cruiser, with stretch sides and only two fastners. Cloth like outer cover and I found they can hold two wettings. Bob

The U.S Canadian Border is the longest non-defened border in the world. Billions, if not Trillions dollars of trade cross it each year. The border between our two countires is not fenced, or in some areas not even guarded. On British Colombia's lower mainland the only thing seperating our two countires, is a ditch. The border works on the honor system. People crossing are expected to honestly declare everything, cash, merchandize, alcohol, tabocco products and firearms. I cross frequently each year, and I'm asked about cash that I maybe carrying. I declare all and pay my the duty and taxes that are over my personal limit. The majority of people do. If they do not they are not supporting the countires they live in, in over words stealing from all of us. Only a criminal would not declare, and the border guards treat them as such.

You must declare all sizable amounts of cash, I think $10,000.00 or more when crossing the border either way. The only reason that some one would smuggle this kind of cash is to avoid taxation, which is illegal.

I have heard many stories from friends who work in a ER. One story of a guy wearing a womans girdle,or another with a guy wearing a chastity belt. I'm sure they pass around these stories for all to enjoy, but I have never heard them mention a name, or any description of the individual. I wear printed cloth diapers and plastic pants, luckly never had to go to an ER. but my Doctor has sees them ever two weeks, when I have to get a shot in my butt. I soon stopped concerning myself with what the Doc thinks. He has made comments, like "Quite some pants you got there!" My responce "Yeah I like them too." My Urologists suggested an internal exam, and put a long skinny camera up inside me. End result, I retain too much urine, causing my Overactive Bladder problem. But he also left a staff infection that almost killed me. In the past I have been treated poorly by nurses who think incontinence is an age disorder. Only for the very young or the very old. No one in the medical field has ever called my cloth diapers, diapers. It just is not politically correct. Yes, I, also have been told that disposable pads are the best. However I have been treated by good nurses who understand, and my current doctor who uses humor when seeing me in my diapers and plastic pants to make me feel better. I no longer go to a Urologist.

When I was about thirteen I was kicked by a school yard bully, where a boy hates to be kicked. Sparing the details I was admitted to hospital for several days. After I healed, I started to have wetting accidents, what today we would call overactive bladder (OAB). Throughout my youth I tried to deal with this problem, by wearing several pairs of underwear. At the time there was no parental person living in our home. (My mother was there but only in name). When I left home for another city, in 1977, I went to a surgical supply store. A nice lady called Margaret, who owned the store asked if she could help. I was very embarassed, but explained my problem. She assured I was far from the only person having bladder control problems. She suggested the same snap on Inco Pants with snap in diaper used in the movie The Baby. As you can imagine these did not work well. But Margaret, never gave up and seached all the supplies until she found the best pants and diapers for me. I'm now working on becoming totally diaper dependent in order to cure my OAB. So far my bladder is holding less, and wet more often and without the hugh floods I used to have.

Well it has been 31 days of diaper dependency. In that time I have not had any OAB flooding, just as soon as I feel the need, I wet. My bladder is starting to hold less and wet more often. Based on what is written on DD forums I should be diaper dependent in five more months, and my OAB will be cured. We shall see, and wish me success. Bob

Thanks Babykeiff for your feedback. I used to wear KIN's cloth velcro diapers and baby pre-fold booster and plastic pants. This worked fine for OAB, because it could take large void. Also, if I did not have an accident that day I did not waste a disposable diaper. But since I started this plan I have been wearing Tena's Ultra Stretch Diapers and KIN's plastic covered terry trianing pants. I have total confidence in this diaper system, it will last upto four hours. I wake around 6:30AM change out of my nighttime nappies, (three drylife nappies) shower and put on my Tena's, I will need a change around 10:00AM to 10:30AM which I do in our office bathroom. After Lunch one more change, and after work I will change into cloth for the evening, and as mentioned in another post, Dee has me put on my nighttimes Nappies around 8:00PM. I have no plans to become bowel incontinent. I work with the public, and meet with people all day, being bowel incontinent would make this very hard. I have already found that my bladder is holding less, and I would be happy if all it would hold 3 to 4oz, before emptying automatically. Based on what is happening so far, I have no doubt I will reach my goal. Thank you again for your insight, I will keep you posted. Bob

Most of my life I have suffered from Over Active Bladder. Even as child I would have accidents from this condition. My urologist told me after urodynamic testing, that only half my bladder would empty when I voided, and I retained the rest. He suggested intermitent catherization. I tried this for three months, but I contracted several bladder infections and stopped catherizing. When my OAB kicks in, I fully wet with a complete bladder voiding. This meant I had to wear diapers that could take a full voiding in a short peroiod of time. Then I needed to change ASAP. I have discussed the drug option for treatment of OAB, with my Doctor. But after we reviewed the drugs negative side effects and interaction with the drugs I must take now, we both agreeded that this was not a good option. So here is my plan, which I started 18 days ago, become totally diaper dependent, shrink my bladder and reduce it from retaining so much. This way I could get a diaper to last for hours, and would not have to change right away. I have not used the bathroom for urinating since then. So far I have not had a OAB incident, and wetting is becoming much easier. Based on what I have read here, after 6 to 7 month's I will be diaper dependent, wet often and not retain, and have a much more healthier urinary system. When I wake up, I take off my soaked nighttime nappies (3) and plastic pants, then shower. I wear Tena Strech Ultra's plus a KIN's plastic covered terry training pants. I change about every three hours during the day in the office bathroom. I find the Tena's hold three hours of pee without booster pads. In the evening I wear KIN's velcro briefs with a pre-fold baby diaper booster. Then about 8:00PM Dee will insist I put my nighttime nappies, to be ready for bed, Weekends I will try to wear cloth diapers all the time. My bladder only holds about 4oz of pee, so I wet at least two to three times while wearing my Tena's, and two times in cloth. Bob
