  1. I am just saying that having the manufacture's name on a diaper doesn't really seem like they are trying to advertise since it doesn't get much view time.
  2. Exactly how much public advertising are you doing with your diaper?
  3. I wrote a big thing... and then realized other people can say it much better then I can: Life is half spent before we know what it is. -George Herbert
  4. In Bambinos the amount of absorbent material (i.e. the expensive stuff) between the Medium and Large is significant. When they jump from Large to XL they get most of the additional size from the side flaps which are much cheaper. Novelty.. Why have a diaper with designs on it.. or for that matter why would anyone, who doesn't need them, wear diapers? I will buy a small case for sure.. I have always had good experiences with ABU.
  5. Please for the love of all that is holy change the background on your site.
  6. I believe they said they'd be offering Small and a X-Large size by the end of the year.
  7. If you like a girl tell her!!!! Biggest mistake I see great guys make is to not tell the person they like how they feel... WE DON'T BITE DAMMIT!! (maybe sometimes..) Don't be a creeper about it.. just go up to her and say "Hey, I really like you.. Would you like to hang out sometime?".
  8. My fiancee and I are almost exactly in the same situation, so I look forward to other responses. If I am in the mood to be the mommy I go over to his place (not living together yet) and immediately check to see if he is wearing a diaper. He usually isn't as we usually don't plan ahead. If he is not he gets a spanking and I put two diapers on him (the additional bulk makes him waddle). We don't really worry about logical reasons the baby is in diapers.. It's not as important to us so I can't help you much on that one. After he is diapered up I put him in some babyish clothes we have (girls pajamas from walmart/target are cheap and can be very babyish). Once he is diapered and dressed properly I go over the rules. The rules often vary, for example if we are tight on budget I don't make him use the diaper so that one can last the whole day. I find it important to go over the rules every time as it is a very patronizing to the baby and it establishes the mommy/daddy as the dominant individual. Real babies have control over absolutely nothing and absolutely everything simultaneously. While they have no control they demand complete attention. I attempt to mimic this when I am the mommy. Everything from how I talk to him to what he is allowed to do has to compliment the fact that he is powerless, yet the center of everything. I do this a variety of ways: I allow him to play video games but almost regardless of which game he sits down to play I tell him that game is to violent or scary or whatever and then I pick a game for him to play. I usually find some kiddie game on a Disney website. I never let him out of my site.. If I need to go make lunch I have him come play Legos next to the kitchen. I pick the movies we watch, the food we eat, the things we do and the places we go (Ladies: Best way to make your man go shopping with you). If we do go I out I only put him in one diaper put I put a liner in it. This doesn't add much visible bulk but it makes him waddle just a little bit. No one notices but it embarrasses him a lot. When we are in public I make sure no one is within ear shot then ask him if he needs his diaper changed (his face turns bright red every time ). I also make him hold my hand whenever we are out.. no one thinks twice cause it just looks like a couple holding hands but he knows if he doesn't hold my hand he'll be punished. My new favorite trick is a leash. I ran a small chain through the babyish pajama pants we have and lock it so he can't take them off. I then lock another chain or this cute dog leash we have to the chain around his waist. Then I either hold on to it all the time or lock it around something solid. For example when he is on his computer I lock him to his chair. I never use a leash when we are in public. Whew this is getting longer then I thought it would be, I'll try and wrap it up. The most important thing for me is to constantly find ways to remove control from the baby. Control and responsibility are the biggest things that define an adult.. so if your goal is to make a baby.. remove those two things. When I am the baby it pretty close to the same.. just with me as the baby instead of the mommy... edit: Forgot something huge.. I check his diaper at least 3 - 4 times/hour. If hes not locked in his pants I make him stand up and pull his pants all the way to the floor and inspect his diaper. Sometimes I punish him if he is wet and din't tell me... sometimes I punish him if he tells me hes wet.
  9. Both! They are somewhat similar so the question was aimed at either or. And what I mean "24/7" would be all the times were it is possible to enact your AB/DL side. I personally am on a constant binge/purge cycle, and I know a lot of other AB/DLs experience the same thing. So I guess what I am really wondering is if there are people who do not have the binge/purge cycle. Or if there are individuals who used to binge/purge and have found a way to be more consistent. The question started because my fiancee gets frustrated because he never knows when I am "in the mood" to be his baby.
  10. Do you live the AB/DL lifestyle 24/7 (Obviously with necessary exceptions)? If so what does a day or week in your life look like? Do you always want to be an AB/DL or do you fight through the times when you are not so interested in being an AB/DL?
  11. In the summer big diapers make my lower back sweat which I think is gross.. But the rest of the year I like it when they are a little to big for me.
  12. Ban him just to freak him out!!! Ya I have had nothing but bad experiences with ADISC. If people find a home and community they can relate to there, more power to them... but not the place for me.
  13. I can has? Ive always wanted a crib, but unless it was a good foot or two taller then me it'd have to have a top or lid that could lock. I'd love the helpless feeling of being in a crib.. but can't have that unless I can't get out (easily.. always have a safety backup!!).
  14. I give up.. It is obvious you completely miss the point. People whine, bitch and moan because no stores carry AB/DL stuff... no wonder.. you guys try to crucify the one store thats trying to change that.
  15. The complaint was that ABU is just re-branding Pig Mats and charging more for them. While they may be re-branding Pig Mats, my point was that they are not actually charging more for them. Their purchase price to sell price markup had not come up until now.
  16. Pretend it doesn't exist until I pass out at work.
  17. Pig Mat offers an Oil Only product and an all liquids product. Pig Mat does not offer a 10x15 mat on their site, the closet thing is a 10x13. This doesn't mean what ABU offers isn't a Pig Mat. However, ABU is not marking their product up very much at all. The 10x13 Pig Mat is $0.63/sheet, but you have to buy a minimum of 100 sheets. ABU offers a 10x15 sheet for $0.70/sheet but you can buy in much smaller packs (10 per pack) and in prettier colors. It is very common for larger quantities to cost less per item, so this shouldn't be a surprise to you. Even if it is a Pig Mat, ABU is offering a competitive price (actually cheaper price because you get 20 square inches more, if my math is right...) with additional options (colors). ABU has always been a very solid company and I have been consistently pleased with my purchases and with customer service. A Subway sandwich costs more then their trial pack so please give it a try before bashing it.
  18. Net Neutrality is being pushed heavily by Google (http://www.google.com/help/netneutrality_letter.html). Notice the creative language they use to describe the evil cable companies. This should make anyone who has been following Google suspicious. Google has a track record of ignoring the public's best interest (Google Buzz, Street View, etc). Things to keep in mind: Comcast has consistently been an embarrassment to the business world. Legislation should never be made because of Comcast's alleged plans. The FCC was a terrible thing for television. The FCC has no legal authority over the internet. The FCC is acting without public or representative vote of any kind. Which should be a crime. The FCC has consistently been 20 years behind the rest of the world. They are an outdated, useless bureaucracy that is desperately trying to justify its existence by inventing false threats. That being said I encourage everyone to research the issue thoroughly from both sides and come to your own conclusion. This could change the world (for better or worse) forever.
  19. That was an incredibly brave thing and I have nothing but respect for you. Thank you!
