Obviously nothing is going to beat cloth as far as thickness goes. But if you want a super thick, super absorbant disposable diaper, then a Bambino with an Abena Abri-Let Maxi booster blows away anything else I have ever tried. And I've tried many brands, trying to find the "perfect" match for me. It's the best adult diaper combination I've found to date.

Alright, the sample packs come in a discreet manilla envelope that is impossible (even by touch) to tell what lays within. I also have a 32" waist and have actually ordered a sample pack of both the small and the medium. The small will fit me, but it's almost too small. I go for the medium because I like to wear it with a thick Abena booster which then fits perfectly. So if you like a snug fit, (no booster) then the small would probably work for you. What Brutal said, was pretty much on the mark for me as well. For the most part, (meaning, if it had yet to become the target of talks shows, plots, etc) I do not think that the community should go public. But seeing how there are always going to be crazy retards that go and do something stupid to make the rest of us look bad, then it wouldn't be a bad idea if it were approached in a more educated manner. Seeing as we have had a lot of negative light on our community, it would not hurt for some positive light to be shed on it. Talk shows are definitely not the way to go about it, especially since most of them are trash anyways. Depending on the person and how the topic is approached, going public can be done in a positive way, as BriGuy experienced. But basically that is going to depend on how the message is delivered and how accepting the other person is. But that's just the way I view it. Everybody that I felt needed to know, I told. Anybody else... who cares? What difference does it make to me? It's not like I'm gonna parade around town in a shirt and diapers.

I used to wear the Tranquility ATN's exclusively. They are a great diaper and aren't as expensive as the Abena's or Bambinos. They fit well and are quite comfortable, but alas the tapes do suck. I always had a roll of packaging tape on hand that I ALWAYS used to reinforce the tapes, lest I be in public when the tapes decide to pop. And repositioning the tapes is definitely a no-go. But if you don't mind using a bit of extra tape, they are awesome diapers.

This is something that any diaper-wearing Christian is going to face at some point. (And by the way, I think this was a good place to ask your question.) I still struggle a lot with my own faith and believe me, the diapers haunted me for a while when I looked at them from a religious stand point. Whether or not diapers are right or wrong by biblical standards depends a lot on why you wear them. Biblically speaking, masturbation would be wrong... so to wear diapers to do that would also be wrong. It doesn't however, mean that people don't do it anyways.. everyone makes mistakes. The way I personally look at it, is this: Diapers are an article of clothing. I like wearing them. I feel good when I wear them. It would be no different than wearing a raggedy old pair of jeans simply because they're broke in and feel good. The intention behind the diapers make all the difference. And like it was already stated, when they start to take precendent in your life above all else, you could have a problem on your hands even despite the intention behind wearing. I hope my own views will help you in your spiritual quest.

Actually, I think your idea is really good. The leak indicator would help a lot of people avoid potential embarrassment.

I'm wearing my first diaper since February of '08 and it's funny how you can go that long without doing something, but the moment you engage, all the familiar things you love come rushing back in a single instant. So you can probably tell that my morning has been one of euphoria.

Back before I kicked the diaper wearing for a year and a half, I did a lot of shopping at Diaper Connection. I went there recently to see what they had and a lot of their links didn't work. I was just wondering if Diaper Connection went out of business, or something along those lines? I'd appreciate any input. Thanks.

I am just curious how the rest of the community fares when telling people about their diapers. I have had some negative reactions, but they've been mostly positive and/or supportive believe it or not.

As a 24/7 wearer, I really don't recommend them. They are fantastic when used as a stuffer in conjunction with another diaper.. but stand alone, not so much. They come loose waaaayyy to quickly, but this can be remedied by wearing some tight underwear or any kind of tight shorts. If you can get them to stay in place, then you might do alright with them. I bought the Walmart brand some time ago and they held up well enough... I just hated the inconvenience of wearing something extra to keep them in place. Good luck with them if that's what you decide to go for.

It's kinda funny, I was just trying to explain this to my boyfriend yesterday... (unsuccessfully, I might add) about how I wouldn't consider my preference to diapers a fetish really. They can be sexual for me, but 90% of the time I wear simply because they are comfortable and convenient. They are great stress relievers too. I definitely consider diapers more or a lifestyle as opposed to a fetish. Even if they do start out as sexual for some people, they can quickly become a part of you. I do have to admit, it really is hard explaining this stuff to an outsider. Kudos to you for giving it a go.

You know, it always saddens me to enter conversations about video games when I am the only girl. I've had Resident Evil 5 for about two months now and am getting ready to go through it again, only on Professional mode. My favorite weapon is definitely the S&W M500 (infinite ammo and fully maxed of course). It makes for some quick gameplay times. However I do have to argue that the Sheva tribal outfit it the best outfit Sheva has in this game. I play Left 4 Dead online, but online play hasn't interested me for Resident Evil 5. My boyfriend and I play in co-op mode, so I really have little need to go online.

Normally, I stick with a medium Bambino or X-Plus with an Abri-Let Maxi and that usually satisfies my need for a thick diaper. However, back before I quit wearing for a year and a half, I wore cloth diapers to satisfy the desire for a super thick diaper. It was cheaper because I never seemed to have enough time to wet through the disposables I was wearing. So in essence, it was kind of a waste. But no single diaper can compare to the feeling of a diaper + booster or just multiple diapers.

There are several swim diapers on the market, but probably the best out there right now, you can find at XP Medical. Diaper Connection used to offer a swim diaper but it was pretty flimsy and really not worth the money.

Hiya! I guess you could say that I'm new here, being as I just created a profile, but I've been around DD for awhile now. I just decided that it was about time that I made my own profile. My name is Del and I was an AB from the time I was 12 until last March when I renounced wearing diapers. I haven't touched any since, even going as far as getting rid of everything that reminded me of being an AB. I still feel like it's a part of myself, even if I no longer partake in it.
