I find that no matter how bad my day has been, not matter how screwed up the world is watching the news at night, I can put on my thick cotton diapers, a soft t-shirt, and teddy, I can forget the troubles of the day and sleep in a safe, warm, place.

Just pin them up rally tight.

I agree with toddler, and it may depend on your build, but if find that pinning up the diapers before putting them on give me a much tighter fit.

OK, just got my samples in of the new cushies and tried my first diaper. First impression is good but not great. The cloth cover does not feel like the cloth cover on pampers or others with a breathable cover, it's a bit more plastic feeling but definately quieter than a bambino. Also, as with all ABU diapers, too light weight (thin) for more than 1 good wetting, i still wish they would listen to their customers and make a heavy weight diaper. the two tape velcro system seems to work great. i like a tight fit and the tapes held great. they also unhook and refasten great, so that part is really cool. so are they worth a try? well, if you want a light weight play diaper - definately. if you are looking for something a bit thicker or longer wearing, this isn't it.

Has anyone ordered anything from this site? They advertise very nice looking stuff custom made to your size, but i can't find any reviews on their quality.

I love the 2 tape system on the ABU diapers, they look and fit exactly as a baby diaper should and their tapes are the best i've ever found. And i love the thickness of the Bambinos and the all white design, they are the best overnight diaper for me. What i keep waiting for is for the folks at ABU to finally wake up and make an overnight version of their SDK diapers, these would be the best ever.

Me too. This is my favorite outfit, a soft T-shirt and curity diapers.

I have tried sewing my own and I love them. I use the old style curity gauze diapers and sew them together so that they resemble a pre fold diaper but with the pinked edges. They are incredibly soft and comfortable.

OK,, i'm curious just how many of us out there actually get to sleep in a crib every night? and if you do, how do you explain it to friends or does it pretty much mean you can't have any visitors?

Yes, especially agree on the ability of the AB Universe tapes to hold. I also really like the fit of the one tape system. The two tape diapers tend to pinch my legs and never feel quite comfortable. As for leaking, i have never had a leak with the AB Universe diapers. If they made a night time version of these (as thick as a Bambino), my life would be complete.

With the AB Universe one tape diapers now available, i have really started to like the one tape system. The two tape bambinos are great, especially the Teddy's, but i like the fit of the one tape diapers. Anyone else have an opinion?

Well, i was scared to death, but on the flight back to the US yesterday i did it. I wore my AB Universe diapers under my clothes and i don't think anyone noticed. And as someone mentioned, there's so much noise in the airplane that no one could hear anything as you move around in your seat anyway. It was so great to finally be able to actually relax and sleep on the flight. And as someone else mentioned, near the end of the flight, i just went to the bathroom, removed the diapers, folded it up real tight, and put it in the trash. Thanks everybody.

OK, then one more question if you don't mind. What's the best diaper or pullup to buy that's not too bulky, not too noisy, but absorbent enough for one medium size wetting?

The wet pants, or worse, a wet seat. Maybe baggy pants? Does that really hide the diapers?

With collegues, that's a large part of the reason i'm afraid.

I'm out of college and working for a company that occassionally requires me to visit our European offices. I'm only an occassional bedwetter, but it's enough that i'm scared to death to sleep on the long flights. I'm also too afraid to wear my diapers on a plane. Does anyone else have this fear? Any suggestions?

This is an interesting string for me. Like a lot of you, i never quite stopped wetting the bed. My parents did not deal with it well, so at 4 OR 5 i learned to hide the accidents using towells. All thru high school, i would still have accidents once every week or two, just enough to make me angry, and also just enough that i could never take for granted that i would not have an accident. In college, once i had my own appartment, i started to try all kinds of adult diapers, i didn't wet them oftern, but that one or two nights a month was enough to make me wear them every night. Now that i'm out of college, i have really learned to enjoy wearing my diapers, especially bambinos and the AB Universe one tape diapers. They let me sleep at night and not worry about ruining the bed.

OK, here's a loaded question. Is it possible to have too many diapers in your stash?

I've written about my GF before, but she really surprised me this time. I had just received a new onesie that i bought on EBay (a really cute print thermal cotton onesie) and was opening the package when she surprised me in the bedroom. Looking at it, the workmanship was beautiful, but the size was way too small for me. My GF looked at it and beacuase of the small size, thought I had bought it for her - and she loved it. At bedtime, she wanted to be dressed, so i used one of my AB Universe 2 tape diapers with lots of baby powder, put her in the onesie, and put her to bed. She curled up in her blanket, stole my Teddy Bear, and was asleep in about a minute. It just doesn't get any better than that.

This one is just for fun. Who prefers to wear a t-shirt and their diapers and who prefers to wear a onesie and their diapers? My choice seems to run with the seasons. When it's winter and cold, I love my onesies. In the spring and summer, nothing is more fun that a t-shirt and diapers. What do you like best?

Yup, it is one large tape and seems to be the right size for an adult diaper. Been wearing this one size my nap this afternoon and the tapes work great.
