  1. GUYS (and GALS)

You all gave me grief when I asked $25 for the last 4 I had.

Apparently maybe I was too low.

If you think they are too expensive, no one's holding a gun to your head.

These are in fact very rare just after 3 years...

    Let people set their price.

The market will dictate if they are worth what the OP is asking.

And Good Luck!!! B/C if yours sell, mine are going on right after you sell yours. :P

  2. I wet my pants twice in 3rd grade.

Not a wet spot either, it was a FLOOD.

Even the bullies felt bad for me and although they noticed, they didn't tease me.

We had to play dodge ball the second time it happened.

So the ball was a little wet and to avoid further embarrassment, I rubbed it on the dry part of my shirt.

My teacher and school staff had to know, but it was the 70's.

They thought acting like nothing happened was the best was to handle it.

The school nurse was the Principals secretary. So she wasn't going to get involved either.

I'm glad things are handled a little better in this day and age for kids in school, although they have a ways to go...

  3. Being the anti-deficater of the thread, I sometime just get that urge and say "OPPS!, I crapped my pants."

So if I ever do it (voluntarily) I like to make it count...

I agree, much better to squat. And I like the sneaky feeling of hiding off somewhere to do it.

    Feels more naughty...

Haven't done the oatmeal with baby oil trick in awhile. But I find it a good alternative if there's an overwhelming urge.

    To each his own... ;)

  4. So I'm assuming anyone can get a catheter w/o a RX?

I may need the smallest size as I still have my baby sized... B)

Are there sample sets to try different sizes?

I assume there's some pain involved, but I'm kinda into that. :screwy:

How far in do you insert the tube, so don't end up in the ER trying to explain.

I've already visited the ER wearing a ABU SDK under thin shorts b/f.

    Thank goodness there is HIPPA...

Although, I'm sure that didn't stop some Nurse or Dr. from going home and saying, "Guess what I saw today at work!" :roflmao:

Then again, I'm not that important and may just be parinoid.

  5. Have you ever tried taking an ATN and stuffing the Pamper in between the fluff and the plastic cover?

It looks more babyish to see the characters through the plastic and you don't need to poke holes in them either.

If you wanted to go a step further, use isopropyl alcohol to wipe away the ink and wetness indicator on an ATN.

Never tried it with a Molicare (yet), and I tried and failed removing the cloth covering on the new Abena's.

  6. It's damned if you do and damned if you don't on diaper sizes.

SDK's and Cushies in large are a perfet fit for me. Plus they're so damed cute! :girl_happy:

Plastic backed Attends are a close second and are easy to stuff with a Pampers diaper for a booster.

I scored at the thrift store recently on an almost full pack of Tranquility TopLiner Pads for a $1.50 :D

They usually are about $10 but I was so impressed with their capacity, I plan on getting some more @ regular price.
