  1. I will be on O'ahu from late November to mid-December this year. I travel annually for a 3 week visit to my favorite hangout on the Windward Side...Lanakai Beach in Kailua, and to run the Honolulu Marathon as well. I've been doing this for years, renting out the same rental property every visit. I love the Windward Side, from Kahuku to Makapu'u Point. When I'm there, it's like I'm on another world...hard to imagine there is the huge megaopolis lurking on the other side of the Koolaus. While in Hawai'i, I make it a point to visit at least one of the outer islands for a day trip. Last year, I travelled to the Big Island and made a visit to Na'alehu and South Point, via Hilo. I've visted every island in Hawai'i, except Lana'i, and of course, Ni'ihau and Kahoolawe. I have even been to Kaluapapa on Moloka'i! Where about on the NS do you live, diapered67? I usually make it up to the NS for the obligatory visit to Matsumoto's for a shave ice..make mine lilikoi with some azuki beans, please!

    Diapers 2010

I love the look of both varities of Bambinos and keep an ample supply on hand at all times. Which one I use is ultimately determined by what mood I'm trying to create at the specific time I'm going to use one.

    Firsts

The first diaper I bought as an adult was a Pampers Size 6 from the Super Stop and Shop in my hometown. Actually, it wasn't just one, I bought an entire package of them. Thought they were wonderful, though I have since moved on to Bambino Classicos for my diapering enjoyment.
  4. Hanger Nine (Note: Hanger Nine was a college party bar, on the Strip in Carbondale, IL, which is home to Southern Illinois University. During my days at SIU (early 90's) Hanger Nine was pretty much considered a party bar (once very hot) that had seen better days in terms of student popularlity..the Greeks were hanging out more and more at T-Birds at that time...and for the most part, was thought of as a passe place to party. I have no clue what's on the Strip in Carbondale now...I haven't been back there since I graduated from SIU.)
  5. I don't role play with baby food, but I do enjoy Gerber's bananas and Hawaiian Delight as an occasional light snack.
  6. ^ Never tried (Welcome back, Dolly!) V Sudoku puzzles?
  7. ^ When I wear a diaper, I usually have nothing else on...just the diaper. Occasionally, depending on the weather, I might have a sweat shirt on, or if it's warm, a plain white T-shirt. But I'd say when I'm in a diaper (which I am only in the presence of a mother figure) I'm in nothing else but a diaper 95% of the time. < Getting ready to go run some distance before the heat get turned on here today; the forecast high for this normally cool place is 92. V Bambino Diapers: If you tried them, which do you prefer: The Classic (baby print) or the (I think it's called the) Bianca (plain white)?
  8. A bazooka, but that would really be mean, don't 'ya think?
  9. Red Bull. Caffeine-loading for the 13.1 miler I'll be running in about 15 mins.
  10. ^ Illinois State Beach, on the shore of Lake Michigan, not far from Zion, IL. That's one of my favorite places to pleasure myself in a public locale. < Getting ready to shave off my 3 day old facial hair. I really hate shaving. It's such an act of futility. V Have you ever seen what is known as the "Green Flash" at sunset? The Green Flash is a brief, momentary flash of green light that apprears on the horizon, just as the sun sets below it. Good places to see it include Mallory Square in Key West, and the North Shore beaches of O'ahu, Hawai'i.
  11. Subtract an a, i, and s from malaise V Male
  12. Dictionary V add s, r, and e to make: Discretionary
  13. ^ Cold V Baby lotion or baby oil?
  14. In my opinion, I'd say nobody really pays/paid much attention to the DD blogs. I used to maintain a decent blog of my own, making regular contributions to it, but after a while, I simply gave up on it as nobody really seemed to be interested in what I had to say. In fact, all but one of my entries are now on "draft" status...no sense in keeping material up that is of no interest to anyone. I'd delete the blog entirely if I could. I'll have to check and see if that option is now available. (It wasn't at the time when I gave up blogging on DD)
  15. Speaking of football: Where is the banter amongst our UK members discussing the upcoming UEFA final match between Chelsea and Man U? I must say that, overall, UK premiership teams were outstanding this round of the UEFA series. As for my favorite American football teams: NFL: Currently none. I just love to watch the game, whomever is playing. I do admit to admiring the old Steel Curtain days of the Pittsburgh Steelers from the 70's though. Bradshaw, Swann, Ham, Lambert, Bleier, Harris...what a team! I doubt the NFL will ever see a team that was quite like that one. College: Gotta support the alma mater: Univ. of Hawaii Warriors. I'll be attending a game at Aloha Stadium this December. Will see the Wisconsin Badgers.
  16. ^ Abrams and Bettes on the Weather Channel. < Drinking a can of Coca-Cola, poured over ice in my favorite glass. V Do you own any lounge pants ("pajama pants") that have, as a pattern, recognizable cartoon or advertising charecters?
  17. Pampers brand (any variety) all the way!
  18. ^ Love V $2 Bills (I received one in change yesterday)
