Hi, I like all 3 Chapters you have posted so far. Each of us has a different format when posting. Yours is effective because it is easy to read. The paragraph breaks are appropriate. You make very few typos. You spell a few common ABDL words in a different way from me, but this is a matter of style. Please relax, knowing you are entertaining us. Just keep on writing because I'll be reading!

So far I've only read the entire story twice. Clearly I missed the reference to Emily's age. Never the less BACK TO THE NURSERY is an interesting approach to a commonly used theme.

Hi Sissy at Heart, you are off to a fine start about July's reaction to her daughter Emily deciding to leave off her Pull-Up. Her wetting was an accident that apparently happened most nights. Not wearing a Pull-Up was naughty. I hope July was pragmatic enough to protect Emily's bed with a waterproof sheet. I can hardly wait to learn more about Emily's nursery and new bedtime routines.

It well could be a machine like that could substitute for a serger.

Those of my law partners and support staff with a need to know are informed that I am urinary incontinent. Some of my female partners and staff have seen me changing in ladies' rooms. None have ever asked me about how I wear diapers. BTW, apparently bladder problems are more common for attorneys than the general population. At university there were enough pre-law majors we filled a dorm building. I started pre-law in August 1981 just after Attends reached the market, a few years ahead of Depend brand. My roommate also needed diapers for bed and long lectures, as well as parties. We never bothered to hide open packages of Attends. At law school an even higher percentage of students wore disposables to classes. By then I needed them 24/7. At both schools the campus store stocked a full range of disposables.

Going back to the 1930's before my mother was born my grandmother made adult gauze diapers by combining 2 or more classic Curity 21x40" gauze diapers. Conventional sewing of gauze is frustrating. Granny and Gramps bought a commercial multi-needle over-lock machine. Granny still uses that machine and has a technician maintain it. Years ago consumer versions of over-lock machines became available. Those are called sergers. Most of the same stores selling better sewing machines also sell sergers. You might want to consider that approach for Birdseye weave cotton.

I look forward to reading more about Elliott and his Mom. As a teen I did not do much babysitting so the only 2 boys I ever diapered were the 9 and 2 year-old sons of my favorite Aunt Betsy and that was a one-time thing. From age 9 until I left home for university I did diaper my youngest sister for bed because she never gained night control.

What an interesting story. Reverting to bedwetting at age 12 actually happened to me. Allison is also 12. I reached puberty a couple of weeks after turning 12. A week after that I wet my bed for the first time that I could remember. According to my family I was toilet trained day and night by 33 months. Unfortunately my bladder was tiny and over active. The same was true of my older sister by 5 years, as well as both of our younger sisters.Our Mom was totally urinary incontinent, so we all grew up knowing diapers were needed by adults as well as babies. I was 7 when my older sister reverted to bedwetting. She was taught how to pin on her diapers. That was 1971 when Pampers still did not have sticky tabs and adult diapers were not available apparently. Mom wore pinned gauze diapers. She used those on us. Because of our OA bladders we wore "Just-in-Case" diapers on trips. Our youngest sister never gained bladder control at night, so there always was a stack of classic Curity 21x40" flat gauze diapers around. After breakfast following my first reversion to bedwetting Mom started teaching me how to pin on my diapers. I only jabbed myself a few times before I got the hang of it. Because of the just-in-case diapers I had a supply of Gerber vinyl panties in my size. It will be interesting to read about Claire needing or wanting GoodNites or even disposable diapers.

I make at least 2 round trips on airliners a month. Because I am urinary incontinent I have never flown without a diaper. This has been so ages before TSA was started.

I reverted to bedwetting in 1976 shortly after reaching puberty and turning 12. I was born with a tiny over-active bladder so I wore just-in-case diapers for trips and so forth. in 1985, at 21, I lost my daytime bladder control. Consequently I've needed diapers of some kind 24/7 since then.

Hello Diaper_Boi, all I can do to help is to share my own history of bladder control problems. When I was born in July 1964 my mother, her mother and Mom's youngest sister all were urinary incontinent. My oldest sibling by 5 years, Penny, needed diapers for all car rides longer than 45 minutes. Of course all this is what my family has told me. Penny does not remember when she was toilet trained, but we were told that was before she turned 3. This was also true for me except that by age 5 in the car I could hold it for an hour. I remember going to pre-school at 4 wearing cotton trainers covered by vinyl panties. I wore those most of the time until I was finished with 1st grade. By then I had a younger brother and 2 younger sisters who needed at least trainers and vinyl panties virtually full time. Penny reverted to bedwetting when I was 7 and she was 12. To make life easier all of us wore just-in-case diapers on trips. I reverted to bedwetting in July 1976 about the same time I reached puberty. That was when I was taught how to pin on my own gauze diapers. For school I still wore trainers with vinyl panties when it was cold and without vinyl panties when it was warm or hot. For pre=law university in 1981 I had to learn to deal with Attends disposables because my dorm did not have a coin laundry. In June 1985, as I was moving to law school, I lost most of my day control. Until late 1991 I had just enough control that if I had to stay dry enough to wear conventional panties I could, but doing so required a lot of concentration. It was not until 1996 that I met a female urologist. What my supportive family told me was that there is no shame either wearing diapers or having wetting accidents. The difference being that it is less messy to wet a diaper. The fact is it costs a lot of time and money to be urinary incontinent, so you need to budget carefully. Be thankful for days when you can get by with a minimum of diapers, but please do not be embarrassed to wear a diaper when you are not sure you can hold it long enough to use a toilet. There are health risks to wetting a bed or clothing instead of a diaper. Good luck!

Mike, most weekdays I am inside in temperature-controlled environments: autos, offices, court rooms, home. Since the temperature is virtually the sames daily, my wetting hardly changes day or night. This is a long weekend, I took a vacation day today and Monday is a holliday, so we will doing outdoor activies Saturday through Sunday. The weather will be hot and dry, so I will wet slightly less. I'll wear the same GoodNites Tru-Fit during the day as usual, but I probably not need to change the disposable liners quite as often. Mights and when home I'll be wearing pinned gauze diapers. Since the weather warmed up in June I have not needed a night diaper change.When it cools down next week I probably will need a change soon after midnight.

Wetpants, what a fascinating vivid memory. Bummer that when you were 2 and a half that a pair of PlayTex baby pants failed. A downside to all rubber pants, especially latex, is that they are perishable. It was great luck that at the same time your mom bought you a new pair. The thing is, according to PlayTrx, they stopped production of their latex baby pants in November 1954 because customers by then preferred vinyl pants which are not very perishable. My mother is her parents oldest child, born in 1939. Granny says that she splurged and bought PlayTex panties for my mom. WWII rationing of rubber products forced PlayTex to suspend production of their baby pants from early 1942 until mid 1946, by which time vinly pants were being made. Gerber vinyl pants cost less and lasted much longer. Sad, but that's how it goes.

Potty, of course there are many ways to spank. You ask for my opinion and feelings. Usually I see no point in starting a spanking over shorts or a skirt, progressing to undies of some kind to eventually spank the bare bottom. When I am getting spanked I find all those preliminaries anti-erotic. When I am being punished I just want to learn my lesson, cry it out and be forgiven. What super annoys me are most adult spanking videos, even those made by talented folks, many my good friends. Typically the spankee is placed over a lap fully clothed. Spanks are delivered to the skirt, with the threat it will hurt more on the panties. Then while the panties are being spanked the threat is it will hurt more bare bottom. First of all, it has never been my experience that spanks through my skirt hurt less. What I do know is that hardly ever is a model only spanked once on a production day. Ages ago, around 2003, my husband and I hired a respected consultant to help us explore investing in production of disposables far larger than Size 5. What came as a huge surprise to us was when the consultant told us the market for adult disposables was then far more profitable than infant disposables in the USA.

Potty, can we assume you are talking about consensual spankings fro mutual pleasure? Both the spankee and the spanker must be on the same page re covered or not. Personally my kink is getting spanked sensually. I insist that romantic spanks be administered to my bare bottom. Years ago before I married I attended a few adult spanking parties with a rule prohibiting spanking bare bottom. None of those spankings did anything to satisfy me. As the spanker I have only spanked bare bottoms be that with my hand or an implement. Using an implement I believe it is vital to see the results. Clearly your experience is different. I assumr you have enough experience that you spank covered bottoms without causing injury.

I had stayed at the St. Frances several times before the incident where I was seen with a pacifier. It happens that the San Francisco office of my law firm is located within walking distance of that hotel. We get a corporate discount there. No, although I am quite familiar with the Arbuckle criminal case, I never asked the hotle to show me those rooms. Never was it my goal to practice criminal law as either a prosecutor or defense attorney, in a pre law undergrad class Arbuckle was a case study. More recently in view of contemporary changes of attitudes in re sexual workplace incidents, because my firm represents corporations, we have formally studied the evidence. It is important that under USA and California law a defendant is founf either guilty or not guilty, not innocent. My opinion is that the prosecution was deeply flawed, resulting in the mistrials. I share your view that in the case brought to trial Arbuckle might have not been guilty. However, he fits the pattern of a common sexual predator. Even today show business has a lot of folks willing to take advantage, By all accounts Arbuckle could be charming. He was a big star in early silent films, but by the time of his trial his popularity at the box office was slipping. His style of comedy was old fashioned. He was bypassed by younger and hipper comedians. History of Hollywood shows us hundreds of similar career failures. in the early 1940's a far bigger star, Errol Flynn, was accused of stat rape. His jury included several women who disliked the accuser. In the Arbuckle trial only men were on the jury. Anyway, the judge in the Flynn case stated on the record that Flynn was found not guilty but added, "Don't do it again!"

I have been profoundly urinary incontinent since late June 1985. Since then I have never felt a need to pee and only rarely do I feel the actual wetting. What I can feel is my diaper getting heavier. I also start a stop-watch as soon as I change, so I can schedule a convenient and discreet time to change my diaper.

I always smile when I watch even a couple of minutes of Ashley so casually walking and riding a train with her pull-up in plain sight. To me the best part ib about 3 min in. Ash is seated so her diaper is not on screen. She says, "I like my diaper." Within the 16 minutes of this video her diaper appears to be dry. If she is incontinent, then she is at peace with needing diapers. Has anyone ever seen another video like "Walking in Diapers"?

I have never paid attention to wetness indicators. As a teen babysitter, in my limited experience I never changed a disposable, only pinned cloth diapers. I have only changed disposables worn by fellow ABDL when they asked, in which case I do not care about the wetness. With my own disposables I can feel the weight of a wet diaper before it is so saturated it will leak.

Given that since I was toilet-trained in 1966 I wore just-in-case diapers on trips, reverted to bedwetting in 1976 and lost my day control in 1985 A whole lot of people, mostly other women, have seen me changing in public restrooms. I try to be discreet but I do not try to keep my urinary incontinence tap secret. Since 1990 I have used playing AB as a coping strategy, so at least I can have a little fun in my diapers. I try to keep my AB private. The major getting caught as an AB happenedearly in 1991. I had only accepted my AB a few months. I had not yet met my future husband. I was an associate attorney for my law firm and on the partnership track. I was second chair lead by a very senior partner as a team of 20 from my firm staying at the St. Francis Hotel in San Francisco. It was nearly midnight. I was still awake and reading documents, about to change my diaper. There was a knock on the door. I answered it, to find the senior partner. He gasped because I had a MAM pacifier dangling on its leash. He talked to me normally briefly. Neither of us ever spoke about that subsequently. There were no consequences. I was elected to partnership in 1993 two weeks before I turned 29, the youngest partner of our firm until this year, a guy who was a month younger. That senior partner nominated me, so he did not hold my pacifier against me.
