  1. I agree with what you say, but I think that you might be over reacting a bit with little information. Did @Kawaharu mean when toilet training a child first and dealing with primary nocturnal enuresis, OR when dealing with secondary nocturnal enuresis. When it is primary, the child never had night time control, so leaving them in diapers at night until they get to the stage where they can be trained is the right process. When it is secondary, this is where diapers must not be used, and would comply with what you stated.
  2. I prefer to take precautions to reduce my risk of exposure rather than presume I am 100% sheilded. It is the prevention is better than cure concept, and dealing with the side effects to also enforce the presumption, in my mind, would be silly. Yes, I will prob. be exposed to a variant eventually - pure mathematics - but also expect my strong uncompromised immune system to be able to handle it - as has been proven with the growing list who recovered from same. This virus is mutating and will continue to. As a result, we will all be exposed to a dose eventually - as @DailyDi elludes to - so there are two paths - vacinate and presume medical science is ahead of the mutations - which has been proven wrong, or avoid and allow small versions to teach your immune system to adapt faster than medical science. I fully respect your choice to vacinate, and will fight to give you the choice. I chose not to vacinate.
  3. I have never got a Covid shot... and don't ever intend to. Also, I have never got Covid.
  4. Underwear, the term tends to refer to any garment under the top garment - and that can be knickers, underpants, boxers, vests, or whatever garment that one wears next to skin. Therefore, without any doubt, diapers ARE underwear. Babies are dressed with their diaper exposed most of their life depending on whether they are in public or not. Some parents prefer to add a onesie as the top, as if that hides a diaper, but at home, a baby is in a diaper and a top (in winter) and just a diaper in the summer. It is not until the baby is going out that one adds the extra layer of clothes - but that is out of sence of pride. The reason a baby is in just a diaper and a top is to cut down on laundry. Having a baby fully dressed in a house and one is changing said baby every 30 mins to 1 hour depending on the age of the child, not only does one need to change the diaper, any poo that escapes the diaper, and one needs too change the whole layette. Baby poo on clothes tends to stain - due to the natural colours - and baby clothes need such care when being washed, a fully dresed baby is almost illogical. A newborn baby is fully clothed until s/he reaches roughly 3-6 months old, but those 'super soft' clothes normally end up in a bin once they are hit with a poonami (as Pampers refer to it). This concept was addressed partially in the topic Diaper-Skirt-Win, where the design and functions of a baby doll was identified, and where, in the era of cloth diapers and no plastic / rubber pants, diapers were fully exposed to allow a carer to watch and react to their childs wetting the diaper. After all, in that era every diaper leaked. Today, diaper leaks are rare when it comes to wetness if the diaper is changed often enough, but poo diapers are a different story - where on a young baby lying in a crib filling its diaper from a pure liquid diet, the poo does oze out almost everywhere. Go to an older baby sitting in a high chair filling its diaper before/during or after a meal, and you will have a similar issue. Lets look at a toddler, they tend to hide before filling their diaper - and most poo diapers is almost liquid choclate (sorry for the image) or, if you are lucky, broken tea bag, but the reality is that poo diapers leak on babies. On adults who are diaper dependent, the poo diaper might leak if the diaper is wet from earlier, but that is avoidable if the diaper is changed often enough. In relation to the question asked, at home I am in a diaper and a top most of the time, but fully dressed when I leave the house etc. I do have a dressing gown that I wear also indoors so I can deal with callers etc., and/or a pair of shorts / tracksuit leggings. My partner is also similar dressed - dressing gown / shorts + top, so that is not an issue. My office being next to my house, I might put on the leggings / short going to/from the office, but most if not all the time, the diaper is exposed. Overnight, since I don't wear pjs, I am only in a diaper - but the dressing gown is with easy reach if I need to jump out of bed for any reason - but that is rear, as my Plushies protect me
  5. I think that you have already crossed to the AB world - since wearing and wetting the diaper is a stress relief. You seem to be getting the same response a baby gets from its diapers - the sences of comfort, security, pleasure, relaxation and stress relief, all combined with the relief of voiding. This all aids in concentration and is prob. increasing your productivity. In relation to productivity benefits, most AB aware diaper stores are aware of this, and encourage their staff to wear diapers plus other stock - like onesies etc. In relation to who know, everyone is aware, but due to their perceptions, never link diapers to a person older than average toilet training age. However, I know of 55,329 people that know that you are wearing and wetting a diaper in work - the members here, and by simple averages by reverse calculation of adult diapers sold compared to world population, .5 - 1% of your workmates also wear and wet diapers, so there is a chance that they also know. Don't worry, they won't tell as they are hiding it also. You know the subtle signals of a diaper wearer - so see if you can find them - you never know, you might find another similar minded friend to play with.
  6. Babies normally see the diaper as an obstruction and interference. They don't understand the need, so in a way, they are more tollerated than loved. If you doubt this, look at a baby / toddler who has had their diaper taken off and cleaned, they run away enjoying the two sences of freedom - freedom to move without the bulk of the diaper, and freedom to run as fun away from their parent / career. The babies behaviour is always looking for aproval and to be chased / played it, and is giggling constantly when it gets that interaction. However, the bulk of a diaper to a baby is a familuar object - something it has had since birth, and something that it misses when it is gone. That is why it is thrilled with the temporary freedom, giggles when caught, but cries when it realises that it is being put back into a diaper. That dissapointment goes very quickly when the baby acknowledges the thickness and security it feels with the diaper. These concepts are why the diaper is the primary fetish object for both ABs and DLs. The baby play is where one attempts to recreate the perception of oneself as a baby. You might not have reached that level yet, so it is understandable that you think that a diaper is tollerated only - but you miss this tollerated object when you don't wear it - so I suspect that you are closer to the edge than you wish to admit - and that is based only on fear - fear of the unknown (although you do know the baby feelings) you still fear going back to full babyhood as if it is a failure in moving from babyhood to adulthood. Remember, your wife seems to accept your little side to such an extent that she allows / like you sucking her breasts. She prob. sees it as cute and you letting barriers down.
  7. This site has changed over the past 16 years that I have been a member, so I can see, and agree to your concerns. The chat room are still here, but the members that used to be the life and soul of chat have left Stories are still here, but certain authors have left and brought their stories with them. - ie CS Fox etc. Pictures are still here, but that has also changed over 16 years The average 30 odd year old now were under 18 ten years ago, and some of these people believe that since they are now online, they are influncers. To me, an influncer is like the first lemming in the 1990s PC Game 'Lemmings' where the first few were sacrificed or exploded in order to get the rest out. With the growth in the number of scam artists in the world, there is a few here also. In my humble opinion, it is almost as if some of the younger members here expect the older members to act as their babysitter, and when things don't go their way, tantrums are thrown. Things like respect, courtesy and manners is almost foreign. They have been replaced by backbitting, agression, slyness and obsequious behaviour - most of the traits that a parent would have trained out of children. I think that is the result of 'latch kid' and 'creche raised' people, now here as over 18s. Social Media platforms almost thrive on that type of behaviour - where the real reason for social media most people don't care or realise. Before social media, nobody knew what an Influncer had for breakfast. Today, the members do know. The real question is - does the world care - NO. Does a post on a social media site help the world - and the simple answer, most of them are just junk. I don't pretend to know where this site is headed, but I percieve that if it continues down this path unchecked, either the relevant people in charge will pull the plug OR some legal action will be taken to shut this site. It seems to be destined to become another ABDL site that had its time - similar to D.P.F. and others. Even most of the people that appeared on the Jerry Springer show were members here, and are now gone to the anals of history or their own forums.
  8. Hugs back at you, and I am happy for you that you have learnt to handle the Pavlov dog training, if not defeat it.
  9. @FretaBWet I love your description, but that device is a torture device. It is prescribed by the twisted civil servants - continence nurses - due to their lack of knowledge and/or care. The think that they have to do something to help a child who bedwets, and precribing this torture device is something, so they do it and think that they help. Actually, this device sounds when it even smells water - and wakes the child. This trains the child to wake when it wets, not before it wets. Therefore it disturbs the sleep cause a woken wet child can't get back asleep until it strips and remakes the bed to wet again and wake again. Its design is flawed. It is similar to Pavlov dogs, who were trained to salivate at the sound of a bell, but this has zero gain to the child. It gets to a stage when even if it is removed, the child still wets and then wakes up to realize that it is wet - gets depressed and annoyed, gets up to replace bed clothes etc., goes back to sleep and repeats this torture forever. I am not surprised that you are still in diapers, and I'd guess that you still partially wake after you wet your diapers at night - but time has made that less of a problem.
  10. @~Brian~ Yes, I agree that allowing a child to stay in a wet bed can lead to rash, but there are multiple items that need to be dealt with when it comes to bedwetting, its causes and its solutions, and these don't include *abnormal issues like disease / *irregular bladder actions. Causes: stress tiredness bladder not large enough to cope with 8-12 hours sleep not enough vasopressin being produced sleeping too deep to be able to wake from signals of stretching bladder insecurity - feeling that they are still a baby cause they think they have failed to progress from infant-hood Due to these issues, where a bed wetter will have one or many, when addressing the wetting, all these have to be considered. The solution that had been proven is the following, with the childs agreement:- Place an underpad on the bed - to protect the matteress, and not a plastic matteress and pillow. After all, the child is not a baby, and you do not need to protect the bed as one would do with a baby and/or treat the child as a baby. You need to build the child's confidence, not remove it to force the child to regress. If at half the sleep cycle, the child has not wet the bed, wake the child so it can go to a bathroom. If the child has wet the bed, do not wake child and let it sleep and deal with the wet bed etc in the morning. Next night, wake the child earlier. Allow the child to blame you for not waking it - say you forgot or fell asleep. Therefore the childs stress levels will drop. If the child wets later in the sleep cycle, after the mid waking, let the child sleep and deal with the wet bed in the morning. Tell the child that it must have been overtired, and to try again tomorrow night. Do not use diapers or any form of percieved infantile garb, and do not allow others to tease child over bed wetting. Again, the child is not a baby, and any form of diapers etc may deal with the wet bed - an object that can be replaced - but diapers also reinforce what the child feels and fears that it has failed toilet training and/or promotion from babyhood. As a result, diapers may protect the bed, but can add to the stress level the child is already under, and any added stress can cause the child to seek resolution in its own mind - by regressing even further. Avoid the negative reinforcement of failure - don't use the bed wetting calendar OR if you want to record it, do it in private where the child / other siblings do not know. Do not react / tell the child of how long it is wetting the bed. If this goes on for longer than a few weeks / month, there IS a stress layer that you either don't know about or do know about, have dismissed as nothing and is not being addressed. The reasons are : Allow the child not to be overtired by ensuring the child gets the full nights slee - even if it wets after mid cycle waking Remove the stress levels by dealing with the wet bed as if it is natural, and just a phase in the childs life Waking mid sleep cycle to void, teaches the child to wake itself so it can void - i.e. focus on its growing bladder Not using diapers etc and protecting child from teasing reinforces childs security and also tells child that it has NOT failed to progress from infant-hood. Diapers in any form reminds the child of its percieved view of babyhood, which it is trying to avoid. Bladder size grows normally with practice - overnight control is about two items - 1 capacity and noticing / reacting to same filling AND 2 bodily fluid control mechanisms. So, although you see that leaving a child to be in a wet bed overnight may seem cruel, but there are more things to consider in helping the child than just diapering the child. If you have ever toilet trained a child, you would know the cruelty that is enforced on said child in order to teach the child to use a toilet instead of diapers. Yes, on this site, there are people that wish they were never toilet trained - but the reality is that if one does not toilet train their children, it can severely restricts their future development. Toilet training a child teaches said child that pee and poo belongs in a toilet, and it is not a toy to be played with. Most parent here can recall the early morning they went into their young child's room and found the childs diaper on the floor somewhere and eneryhere else covered with poo. Many people in the world believe the comercials in that a pull-up / bed wetter pants / pyjama pants is the ideal solution for a bed wetting child - after all, the actor in the comercial portrays happiness at wearing same going to bed and waking up the next morning. This is the concept that the advertisers are selling - that their product will help your child. The truth and reality is that your child wearing this product helps the company and no one else, but the company will not tell you that. They put the commercial together in order to increase their sales and profit. The fact that this product does not help you or your child, they really don't care. After all, they are still getting your money. * I absolutely hate and despise the terms that refer to biological processes as abnormal / different. No-one is abnormal as each person is unique. As a result, the way you do things as compared to another is different but also the same. Life is different and unique in everyone, so one can't refer to another with a different ability as abnormal as there is no normal.
  11. The only nappies that would suit that type of bulk, in my opinion is cloth in multiple layers. There are companies based in the UK that supply large 'flats' - thats what they call the original flat terry type diapers, that are meant to be folded in kite or other designs to fit as a nappy. Using a few of these, one can get a very thick nappy and since these are adult sized, one can get the nappy folded to fit in the same proportions a baby cloth nappy used to be - ie spreadding legs and thing enough to almost reach the knees. In relation to plastic pants, look for the vinyl pants as that type of plastic is very crinkly - and these type of plastic are available in pure white and clear. If you want to try the look / feel, try it first with one of those large bath towels or similar plus a large black plastic bag cut open at the seams. The thicker plastic of a green garden rubbish bag might be more crinkly - and use same as tie on, similar to the design of Golden Babe Snuggi Pants of the 1970s - 1980s, probably what you wore when you were a baby of the 1970s-1980s. I think I understand what you are looking for - to almost repeat this image
  12. It is almost acceptable to use a diaper for laughs, 1954 - Baby Buggy Bunny - Bugs Bunny Cartoon - 'BabyFace' hides swag downs Bugs rabbit hole and dons baby attire as a way to get it back* 1943 - Baby Puss - Tom & Jerry Cartoon - Tom (cat) ends up in diapers and being fed a bottle by Nancy, a child playing house. 2006 - Little Man - almost a copy of 1954 'Baby Buggy Bunny' script 2017 - Boss Baby - animation - The new baby acts like an adult when others are not around, and is the Boss of 'Baby Corp.' a spy based secret agency. ...plus loads of others. and the programs you mentioned did that. Some other programs use diapers as a functional object 1990 Awakenings - set in 1969, Paitent Leonord Lowe (Robert DeNero) has 'sleeping sickness' and is placed in a diaper in bed after treatment fails. Grey's Anotomy S6E7 'Give Peace a Chance' - Dr Christina Yang & Lexi Grey wear a pull-ups rather than reducing fluids in order to handle a long surgery. ... some of, if not all medical dramas and films where the paitents are long term bed bound. Diapers in TV and/or film have existed, as @ValentinesStuff stated, for a very long time, and have either been used as comedy or as functional. In some media presentations, the associated baby actions have been envoked by the relevant actor/actress' but none, I can recall, have been as cringeworthy as 'MANBABY'. Where they have been used as comedy, the relevant actor/actress played it as an older toddler, never as a spoilt tantrum throwing infant. There are a few exceptions, but that was done to enhance the story - i.e. in Little Man, Calvin cries to get car keys so he can escape with the jewel. He also acts infantile as a distraction to defeat Mr. Walken (the mobster) and his cohorts. - The baby/diaper concept in this, and most films I have seen, tends to push the baby side into the background where they focus on the main story. There is a comedy TV series called 'Big Baby' from 2011, in where a couple adopt an unusually large newborn baby called Wayne. It lasted for 14x30 minute episodes, but seems to have grown old very fast. That was cringeworthy, and is, I suspect, probably the source for the film Manbaby. As a parent, I would cringe at that type of comedy AFTER my children have pased the stage, but similar to most parents, I also find it, in someway, too close to home and critical in how I dealt with my own children when they were babies. When I looked at that type of comedy before having children, I found it funny, but also didn't understand the reactions of parents with young children. I do see it now, and the associated stress parents of young children are handling - and how 'spoilt / very dependant baby' as comedy fails.
  13. It seems to me that you may be moving to be more of an AB than a DL. It is understandable that you like the feeling of being padded - you spent the best part of 2 years padded, and that was one of your familiar zones as a baby - the thick padding between your legs. The time you spent at home wearing almost constantly reminded a part of your mind what this is like. Therefore, it is understandable that you missed the feeling of padding when you went back to the office. It is almost as if the padding is a long lost friend / plushie that you can't go anywhere without. The second part, wetting same is so natural to you due to that being accepted behaviour when you did wear diapers as a baby. This is a part of you that you reawakened, maybe by accident. I don't know where you want this journey to take you, but I suggest that you find your plushie, paci and blankie and enjoy this part of you. You can choose to fight it if you want, but I suspect that like most ABs, this will send you down the spiral of binge / purge until you make the decision in your own mind. Best of luck in which ever path you choose.
  14. In relation to bladder issues:- Any medical intervention either opens the sphincter or closes same. As a result, the retention issue will get worse OR, the opposite, it defeats the bodies defense mechanism and makes you suseptible to infection - urinary tract / bladder / kidneys. This would include using indwelling catheters also. Intermittent catherization has been dismissed as not only due to your hand control, it is difficult, it also will damage linings which would be source of infection. If you want, you may be a candidate for hypnosis in order to regress to infantile voiding behaviour - and that would mean diapers also. This, your team may not have considered. Increasing consumtion of carbonated fluids (Coke etc) has the secondary effect of increasing ones need to void, but as you know, it does not help teeth. This tells me that your team wants this, but may not have considered diapers as most medical / urological teams percieve diapers and their usage as a failure. With you, I wouldn't think so. In relation to bowel issues:- Diapers would be functional to contain leakage, but you have a weak anal sphincter which prevents you holding even medication in your bowels for the prescribed 30 minutes. I would suspect the the two symptoms - bladder over retention and bowel leakage to be related - and it to be one of the muscles in your lower abdomen. This should be repairable by surgery - but I'd also suspect that your team is reluctant to do that incase in decreases your continence to such an extent that you become diaper dependant - which they see as failure. It might be a good idea for you to communicate to your team that diaper dependence to you is not a failure, and would be an improvement in life. It is all in how you deal with this, and what you want. Bladder retention can be surgically addressed but the risks include continous leakage. Bowel leakage can be surgically addressed, but long term leakage means weak sphincters which involves toilet training the individual - if that is possible. It is all about what you want, and quality of life. Is there a way to improve your quality of life - yes, but you need to decide which way you want to go, and discuss same with your team.
  15. That would be nice, but I'd add to that in that the happy face changes to a sad face when the diaper gets cold. Then the diaper would be functional for an ABDL - who is happy with a warm wet diaper, but needs their diaper changed when the face gets sad OR one of a baby lying down etc.
  16. Sometimes, when in 'little space', I percieve the person that is taking care of me, and that is just out of view / in the other room is a younger version of my own parents - but in the fantasy, these people never appear. If they did, I don't think it would be right. On the other hand, as an adult version of myself, with my parents at their current age, somehow that doesn't seem right, and not that it is my parents, it is more like being babied in real as opposed to being babied in fantasy.
  17. You are right - and I was pulling this from memory... which is not perfect. Thank you for the corrections. Re 50 Shades... It is a conversation between Christian and Anatasia in their bedroom and not the dungeon. I can't recall if Anatasia did wear a diaper, but I do recall the conversation. The whole story, and the associated film was marketed as being risque / porn etc... were there was partial exposure which would have classed the book and/or film as 18+, but as hard core porn etc which people were led to believe - not really. Looking at the book as being good literature, I really don't think so. Looking at the film as being watchable is also wrong in my opinion. I suspect that if suggestion of hard porn was not in 50 Shades, not even the book would have been published. This was the point I was trying to make - without the hint of fetishism / porn / outside normal vanilla behavior, none of the listed episodes would be anyway memorable. This is not an attack on the makers of CSI / Grey's Anatomy or 50 Shades, but more of showing my disappointment in where these shows went by adding something for sensationilism rather than for enhancing a story line. Each would have worked without the diaper added to the story line. Maybe the last scene / few lines in the CSI King Baby episode might have been changed from Grissom: Why not? Where would you go if you had the connections and the cash to go anywhere you wanted? Brass: I hear Fiji's nice. Grissom: Eiger went further. He went all the way back to his childhood. Brass: Yeah. I think I'd take Fiji. ...but apart from that, it didn't add to the core story of how corrupt Eiger was. All it did was try to explain Eiger's power and his fear. If this was anyway true, I doubt that Eiger's secret would have been kept. I see similar on pay porn sites that advertise they cover ABDL interest, and when I look deeper, what is revealed is a person in a cheap pull up saying 'goo goo gaa gaa' as if that is anyway close to ABDL! To quote @DailyDi, That sentiment I 100% agree with.
  18. That doesn't seem likely in my opinion. Reasons for my opinion: The charachter Sal Howard, is dressed up as the halloween view of a baby, and this is supposed to be comedy Sal Howard when 'regressed' is still wearing the halloween view in the cot, but also wearing a cheap pull-up This type of 'pull up' has been used multiple time in media as a stunt This type of 'pull-up' has been used multiple times in 'porn sites' where exposure of genitalia is portryed, and not the childlike innocence The acting is of a spoilt todder at times, and then a infant at others Putting this all together, stating that this comes from someone with intimate knowledge of ABDL and/or who sees him/herself as a baby etc. is kind of very far fetched. The baby image that most have in this arena includes some if not all of the following - thick diapers plushies sleepers onesies baby prints cribs / cots bottles - with baby prints etc. pacifiers wanting to be diaper dependant baby play - colouring books / blocks / crayons etc ... and I don't think anyone within this world sees it as a source of comedy. It is not that we do not giggle etc., it is more like that we see it as part of ourselves. Also, very few would use it as source material in public - most of us wish to hide this part of ourselves from the world. In relation to my other post, what in it confuses you?
  19. I though that you would have first looked at the trailer. From my view of the trailer and the description of the story - the male lead is a commedian that dresses up as a baby onstage and uses same as material for his stand-up. That might work as a speciality act once or twice before it gets boring. As a result, there is little to the story that is anyway belivable, and the film seems to go downhil from there. Even the image of the male lead in a cot, it is easy to see that he is wearing a cheap pull-up. It reminds me of the failure of the film 'Ted' where the concept is good - a Teddy Bear becomes real - but where it is implemented is not in childhood, but more as a bad friend during youth that introduces the lead to drugs etc. The concept another mentioned that Manbaby is wrote by an ABDL seems far fetched - the story line lacks the cuteness that is within most ABDLs. It is more likely that it is wrote by someone who knows about the ABDL world as an outsider. This type of 'ABDL' for a story has been repeated by TV and Film many times ER, where Christine wore a pullup to handle a long surgery Fifty Shades of Grey, where Christian convinces Anatasia to wear a diaper Criminal Minds, Bruce Eiger and his AB nursery etc, .... and each in their own way although used AB themes, none shows the love and or cuteness. In the Criminal Minds episode, there is some of this within the interaction in Forever Baby shop between Grissom, Nick and the saleswoman - where one might suspect that the authors may have a deep interest in the ABDL world to get this so accurate, but it is more likely that the authors have excelent research agents. Simply, Manbaby is another tat film that is trying to use a diaper / baby play as something to make it more interesting, similar to 50 Shades and other tat films.
  20. The restriction in information that was the intention of the UK government was attempted to be implemented via a routing server based in Athlone, Ireland. What is important about this router is this is the primary route for all data traffic to and from Europe to USA. Internal code within said server blocked data packets, so the same data packets were routed via France to USA. Since this would, effectively ruin the UK financial industry (due to 3 of the largest financial industries capital being tied into the fibre optic cable that connects Athlone, Ireland to USA data centres) this law was revoked before being implemented. As a result, the code that forced the relevant data packets to be refused / blocked in Athlone has been removed and data traffic has been restored. In relation to data traffic in UK, since the data connection is Scotland based, the UK government needs a change in Scottish law to force the Scottish Parliament to enforce the blockage. This is not likely to occur since the Scotland Act of 1998, concensus is required with the six sherrifdoms of Scotland to enact this. UK Parliament alone can't enact such a change. Also, if a person along the data connection attempts to restrict any data, the owners of the fibre optic cable connection have vowed to either charge data rates and/or block all access for said country to the cable. This would effectively cut said country off from the rest of the world in both data and telephony. It this occurs between UK and USA, UK would not be able to communicate to anyone outside its own borders. The main company involved in this is Erricson, based in Atlone, Ireland, and ex employer of mine, and well capable of putting a pacifier in the mouths of the UK. Communications cables that run from the UK to the rest of the world is Scotland to Ireland and South UK to France via line parallel to the Channel Tunnel. Both go via an Erricson exchange, one in France and second in Athlone, Ireland. The code to block specific data sites is complex and takes time to implement. It can either be implemented on the data line comming in to a country OR on each router in a country. Any error in this code can easily effect financial data traffic, which very quickly can financially ruin a country - something that no country want to risk. @Elfy i don't really think that you have anything to worry about.
  21. .... and what do call the 55 thousand odd members here? I'd say the odd one of us would hug you. You both have friends here no matter where in the world that you decide live.
  22. For training a child not to bedwet, or more correctly, to learn and react to a filling bladder, there are a few alternatives, and using a bedwetting alarm is counter productive. A device that wakes a child post the event is similar to Palov's dog training. Thus, the child learns to wake as soon as he starts to wet. This can help, but analysis has found that the child reverts to wetting without the bed alarm as it is waiting for the alarm of the system for it to wake. As a result, this type of training tends to delay what the child needs - to react to the expanding bladder and not the moisture hitting the bed wetting pad. Using goodnights / underjams is also a problem as it tells the child that it is OK to wet. They are in a diaper, so why not use same. The proven method of teaching a child is to place an underpad on the bed where the matteress can survive with wetting. Next is to wake the child mid sleep period if the child is dry, and let him/her go to the bathroom and void. If the child wets during the second sleep period, leave him to deal with it in the morning - wet pyjamas and wet underpad. Eventually, the child starts waking mid sleep period and goes to the bathroom him/herself. As his/her bladder gets to handle the night load, the child stops waking mid sleep period. If the bladder signals a mid sleep period need, this wakes the child.
  23. You are not incontinent, AB, DL, and/or differently abled - you are trying to participate in a site / forum where you have no commonality with any member here. What then do you have to contribute other than misunderstanding, preconceived notions and biased beliefs. You are not smart enough to know when someone laid a trap for you - so you dived in head first, and instead of leaving where you are not wanted, you kept digging deeper and deeper. You also percieve that one can 'win' or 'loose' online. If so, what is the reward for winning other than self arrogance / smugness - or do you see those as traits that you aspire to? On the reverse side, on an ABDL site, what is the result of loosing.... is someone going over someones knee and getting spanked for being a naughty baby? I could bother to list the gramatical errors within your post, but since you are the expert author, you already know.
  24. This concept may be foreign to a lot of people, but the way we handle this in acceptance of others shows our understanding of the concept at a deeper level than I explain here. To All: A fetish or, more correctly, fetish behaviour might result in sexual release, but sexual relief is NOT the driving force of the behaviour. The driving force is stress relief. Conclusion 1 = Any action that results in the relief of stress can be referred to as a fetish action and/or behavior. Human behaviour is determined by ones brain, as is the sence of self. In the sence of self, this is the idealistic view of oneself where perception of oneself may be different than physical description of self. Options - One can be born into an anatomical male body, but percieve themselves as female. One can be born into an anatomical female body, but percieve themselves as male. One can be an adult, but percieve themselves as a baby any combination of the above, as the perception of self is as varied as there are grains of sand in the desert. Any form that relies on an object either real or imaginary in order to attain stress relieve identifies the object as a fetish object. Conclusion 2 - Any behaviour where the person uses sence of self to attain stress relief is fetish behaviour. Therefore, combining the conclusions, any behavior that results in the relief of stress be it inclusive or exclusive of sexual gratification, where ones view of self may or may not equal the anatomical description of self IS a fetish behavior. This conclusion has been reached by thousands of therapists worldwide starting with Freud and continuing, where they accept that certain human behaviour may be instinct, reactive, self sating or other, where the other is a result of ones perception of self. What also has been realized is that attaining that satisfaction is imperative to a healthy mind. In males between 17-24, this need drives hormones wild where most will masterbate hourly/daily just to function in normal society until hormones settle down. A baby percieves itself to be a copy of its plushie. Children's TV makers use this view to create charachters the child trusts - see Teletubbies where each charachter is in a footed sleeper with the same visible lines as a diaper makes. Therefore, the baby accepts this as a copy of self. This is also what anime charachters use, the propotion of eye size to face. Simplification This may be head melting to some, but in simple terms, we see ourselves as, for example, a baby with all the bells and whistles. Dressing up and behaving as we see ourselves, causes us to enter 'little space'. When in 'little space' the problems of the world melt away. This is the result of entering little space - we allow our mind to handle the stress of the day while we play / regress. To the business man that at the end of the day, goes to a bar and has a drink of his favourite tipple, the actions may be different, but the results are the same. We are never in a position to judge another for their actions - they are all doing what they think is best to handle stress, and since fetish behaviour at its core is to handle stress, who are we to question it? It is difficult enough to understand the behaviour never mind, analyse it from another persons view. At that stage, analysing fetish behaviour becomes futile. In relation to the question - what is ABDL, that cannot be answered as it is different for each and everyone in the world. All you need to ask and answer to yourselves is, if you want, what is ABDL to me.... and you will see that it is a self view of your idealistic scenario. Since it is a view of self, as is any in a sexual behaviour, it is exactly the same as seeing oneself as any of the vanilla / non vanilla sexual terms. Life is all about making oneself happy, and if you sate your veiw of self, the result is the release of endorphins which make you happy. After all, you are being the best you that you can be.
