Down to just post emptying dribbles but having to get up several times thru the night due to bladder shrinkage from being in a cath for so long sucks. Hope to know my pathology results this week. I go back to work on the 14th of November baring no problems or other issues that have to be dealt with. I did wear all day yesterday as i was on the go and at a halloween party. Taking a break today a bit, but the post dribbles still there, so my pj pants are off into the laundry tonight. My procedure was called TURP that he preformed.

Went to a nearby model train show yesterday and found some great deals. Picked up a nice set of Lionel Santa Fe diesels and some matching passenger cars from the 1950's. The engines cleaned up really nice and run beautifully as most all Lionel from that era do. We are coming up on the Christmas season and the holidays and Lionel go hand in hand for many folks. AD

Thanks. I had my post op check up today. He said it will take 4-6 weeks for things to settle down and return to normal. So I am in pullups 24/7 for a bit. I go back to work in 3 weeks, so I will be wearing at work as well. Its quite a walk from my station on the assembly line to the bathroom.

Survived my prostate surgery to open things up so I can pee again without a cath. Cath came out this morning, just a bit of pre voiding and post dribbles right now. But I was in the cath for nearly 2 months total. So I picked up some pullups to wear for now. Local Walmart only had huge bulk packs of regular adult diapers. I want to try one but not buy 60 of them right off the bat. So, just pullups for now. My urethra is still super sensitive, the post op cath was huge due to having the ability to iragate things internanly Was not fun taking that out this morning at all.

My main hobby and obsession is model trains, have been since I was a very young boy. I have 2 train layouts, one indoors that features rare Lionel OO trains that were made just prior to WWII, and a G scale layout outdoors for my LGB and live steam powered G scale models. The first picture is of the Twilight LImited passenger train on my OO layout(which is still under construction). The second picture is of two G scale locomotives. The one toward the rear is the common LGB brand Stainz locomotive that comes in most all the starter sets from LGB. The front locomotive is the live steam powered version made by a company named Regner, also from Germany. It was a special model made in the early 2000's for Regners 25th anniversary. I love my weighted blanket, I have trouble sleeping soundly thru the night without it. They are highly recommended for those that are on the autism spectrum and the weight of the blanket is based off your body weight. There is a simple formula to figure out how much your blanket needs to weigh. Being under my blanket is my safe space where I can calm down if I am stressed or overwhelmed. AD

Thanks everybody, trains are my obsession, have been since before I could walk. There are other obsessions but trains is the main one.

Nice layouts, even if temporary. I have a raised 10 by 50 railway in my back yard under a shade tree for my G scale. Indoors I have a 4x7 table for my prewar OO trains. Since I work 2nd shift, many times I do not get home till after midinight. After a shower to get the factory grime off me, I will go out and run trains on the garden line in the summer time, atleast once I have done that in nothing but a pullup and a pj shirt. AD

Thanks Bill, I have mostly LGB along with a couple live steam locomotives in G scale, A live steam version of the Stainz locomotive that LGB made famous, and another one from the same company that is a 0-6-0t in black and red. Indoors I have Lionel OO from the pre WWII period. Hopefully the surgery goes well on the 24th of this month, I am ready to be able to pee without a cath inside me. AD

Count me in as an Aspie that enjoys being in pullups most of the time. I remember being a late potty trained being in diapers till around 5 or 6 yrs old. Was not diagnosed on the spectrum till my mid 30's. AD

Anyone close by or in town want to be friends or more? I work 2nd shift thru the week. AD

Hello everybody, been a DL for several years, well more like pullup lover as I have not yet tried a regular diaper yet. I am high functioning autistic, I do work in a large factory on the assembly line. I enjoy my model trains, antique garden tractors and most anything associated with those 2 hobbies. I am at the point in life where I started to have prostate issues, having the "roto rooter" surgery in just over a week. Been in a cath the last month as I was not able to go at all. I did have some of the after dribbles this past year, have to see if the surgery results in further IC or not. But if it does, just a reason to remain diapered all the time. AD
