I have autism myself and have noticed there are lots of abdls with autism

lately I've been thinking about building a fort to either chill in or sleep in. Does anyone else ever sleep in a fort or chill in one to help them feel in little space? Also, any suggestions and tips on building a fort if you still live with your family and don't want them knowing? I would also appreciate pics of forts you made!

I'm thinking about trying bisacodyl suppositories instead of an enema. Would that be a better idea? I've tried glycerin but I've heard bisacodyl is more effective

I am planning on going to the drug store to buy a disposable enema because I wanna experience uncontrolled messing. I drink a lot of water all the time so I have no constipation what so ever. Would it be safe for me to do? Should I double diaper? Hope I can get some advice
