  1. I started wearing 24/7 and trying to loose urinary incontinence in 2022. Worked with a hypnotsist at least a few times a month for at least 2 years, and listened to countless audios, tried catnip tea for a while to. But I'm still not at my goal, I'm not even a bedwetter, I feel so upset and strangely broken. Does anyone have any advice? Anyone who struggled with this for a while and had a breakthrough?
  2. This thread is really just me asking if anyone has had any luck with listening to hypnosis files while asleep and if so- what ones? I've talked with my hypnotist and he was telling me that listening to anything while asleep doesnt reslly have a benefit since your unconcious isn't accepting alot of new input. But I've heard some people have success with hypnosis while sleeping- at least in stories anyways- is this just fiction? (Also is it truly possible to pee while walking? Like at a normal pace- i can if i waddle very slowly and like a duck- but thats it!)
  3. Hey! Yes so the device seems to log wettings based upon when surrounding temperature and humidity increase. That being said, the app it comes with has a button you have to press to let it know that you've changed the diaper and that it should now take the temeprature and humidity readings it has in that moment as its base line. That being said, the batteries in the device dont last very long, 2-3 days, and then you need to buy a new watch battery, unless I can find some rechargable ones. I've also still been looking at trying to change the app to fit my needs- but so far it all looks like jargon to me lol
  4. Oh sorry! It's like this!
  5. Update! The wetting tracker seems to work fine- although it's not great at tracking small wettings. Or ones while youre laying down since the sensor is only in one spot over the diaper. Wondering how complicated it would be to add a timer to the app to notify when it's been a while between inputs.
  6. Gotcha! Thank you for answering that! So I'd be looking at 4-8k? I'll admit that's just a *little* out of of my price range, haha! To update this thread though, I went ahead and bought the Opo9 Smart Diaper Sensor on amazon for $49 https://www.amazon.com/SmartDiaper-Bedwetting-Real-Time-Monitoring-Notification/dp/B07934MXY9?ref_=ast_sto_dp&th=1&psc=1 It seems to use temeprature and humidity to detect usages, and logs wettings via that. It also uses a small circular battery, sorta like a watch one! Which I found intriguing. That being said, I've only been wearing it for a few minutes, so I don't know how dependable it truly is yet. Some pics of the app:
  7. Oh awesome! Thanks so much! Might I ask, and not to put you on the spot but, how much money you would charge for such a job?
  8. If I really think about it, I'd say I'm mid to late stage, this august will mark 3 year fulls of actively untraining! That being said @Enthusi, I'm still so curious about your method! I just started a new method of work with my hypnotherapist where we look at the envisioning the biological reversal of toilet training and the return to origin for the pons part of the brain. But I think I'm having a slightly harder time grasping it, what did you imagine when you thought of this?
  9. I'd definetly go the thinner path, never know when you might be hopping into the water! And no need to waste a super thick expensive diaper by not using it completly. That being said, I wouldn't do pullups, far less superior leakguards. And you might consider packing a few boosters to add to the thin padding in case you do learn you'll be wearing for a while. Like at night time or when going to a nice dinner. As for peakage, theres always belts! Although that might not be the most comfortable for a vacation. Polo onesies are an option.
  10. This is something I think could he really helpful though, and while I don't have alot of money, I'd be willing to pay someone to help work on such a device and app!
  11. Good thoughts! Aspects I hadn't thought about! I'd say ideallt it woukd be for multiple wetting sthrough the night, try to get a consistant flow going. And I was thinking the sort of discentive to not bedwet, woukd be that if you don't, you get woken up and thus poor sleep. Hopefully training your body to let go as you sleep so it can stay unconcious. Alternatively, the fic this was inspired by mentions the device giving an unpleasent shock when the user doesn't wet for a while. Though I'm assuming that would be harder to do. And yes sudden temperature increase woild have to be the way then, good point! A watchdog, interesting! I had no idea tjere was a proper name for it! And at the moment I'm unable to find such an app, not one connected to a device with a sensor that is. Ideally I guess what I'm looking for is the first products app logging ability, with the second prducts sensor and vinration ability, with a timer on the app that's controlled via Watchdog.
  12. Hey it's been a while since I've posted on here! But thanks to a recent fic i read, I've been thinking about something and was curious if there are any tech geniuses on here that might be able to tell me if this is possible- or even help me make it! https://diaperstoryarchive.wordpress.com/2013/07/28/the-trainer/ (Here's the story if you wanna read the full thing and get some background) Basically, I know that bedwetting sensors exist, usually in comnevtipn to a type of alarm or even an app to track said wetting and deter against it. Basically I'm wondering if it's possible to reverse the goal of these devices, set a timer of some sort (that could perhaps be lessened over time) that could instead go off if the user DOESN'T pee in that time frame, and if they do, it could reset the timer. Eager to hear others thoughts! Here's an example of current anti-bedwetting devices. https://www.amazon.com/SmartDiaper-Bedwetting-Real-Time-Monitoring-Notification/dp/B07934MXY9/ref=asc_df_B07934MXY9/?tag=hyprod-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=693129867815&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=16126625833182969956&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=m&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=1016367&hvtargid=pla-628251080769&psc=1&mcid=139959cc785a3691becc5fa428ba3cdc&gad_source=1#aw-udpv3-customer-reviews_feature_div https://www.amazon.com/DryEasy-Plus-Wireless-Bedwetting-Alarm/dp/B01N5HEEO3/ref=asc_df_B01N5HEEO3/?tag=hyprod-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=697035123266&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=10196462897409974440&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=m&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=1016367&hvtargid=pla-418348959255&psc=1&mcid=41be48eb5e9f3e5e991e17476b4af8df&gad_source=1
  13. Always always, can't remember a time I didn't go at least a few months without fantasizing about being incontinent. I remember having a few accidents when I was younger that resulted in some serious punishments and later all out trauma when it came to using the actual bathroom, which ended up with me achieving a steal bladder that I still struggle with and urinary retention. Didnt do accidents on purpose as a kid unless I was 1000% certian I could clean up after with no one noticing. It wasnt until a few years ago now though that despite still noy being in the absolulty best and sound situation to unpotty train, i was tired of living in fear, I didnt want to go one more day of my life without at least trying to be my authentic self. My imaginery friend when I was really young was incontinent and constantly in diapers to lol, which now that I think about it, was probably the biggest sign of them all. Or I remember when I'd find a book with a scene of someone having an accident, usually in very little detail, but I'd read it over and over again. Was the youngest sibling so anything diaper/accident related camr from books, tv, and my imagination.
  14. So recently I've read something that has me slightly concerned, supposedly the act of masturbation can strengthen ones pelvic floor, which had me thinking, could that undo progress in someone that is unpotty-training? Is abstinence neccesary? Has anyone seen back sliding in progress because of this or vice versa?
  15. Commenting because I love this story! I read it a while back but then couldn't find it again for the longest time! Defiently saving it so I don't loose it again, fantastic work!
  16. Ideally I'd like to go cloth full time to cut down on costs once I have my own washer and dryer. But as it stands I usually only spwmd 60 a month to stay 24/7, a case of prevail airs from Carewell. Minus the bi yearly splerge on a pack or two of more fun diapers.
  17. 1. Severe total incontinence 2. Constant Leaky faucet 3. No awarness of having to pee 4. Heavy bedwetter, frequent pee dreams 5. Perminent 6. Severe total bowel incontinence 7. Yes
  18. I'm sorry to hear that this has been your experience @Spudnick, though might I suggest telling your doctor this in this wording if you haven't already? (Perhaps not the part about stapling his genitals but the rest!) I hate how often we see this with this desire, personal viewpoints aside, its a matter of autonomy, I think that if the patient truly feels that it can improve their way of life and isn't deadly, and is of a sound mind, then they should be able to make such a decision for themselves. All that said, I am sloghtly glad to hear of another individual that wishes to untrain/be incontinet due to retention issues. I myself have struggled with it ever since I can remember. My shy bladder would rather bleed then let loose in a siuation it doesn't agree with. From one currently fattally continent indivifual to another, I wish you the best of luck!
  19. I've noticed that when I go for periods (usually anywhrte between half an hour to several hours) of keepong my sphincters and pelvic floor successfully relaxed, dribbling or rather urinating in very small voids, often my bladder will start to ache. It's not painful though a bit odd, are others experiencing this? I once read that when you've relaxed enough your bladder might spasm on occasion on it's own, whether you have anything to let out of it or not, is this what that is? Wasn't sure where to post this but I do vekieve it relates to my untraining activities!
  20. @Enthusi that's such great progress! Im so happy for you! Might I ask how you handled telling your health care prpviders about your incontinence? Did you tell them it was intentional or or simply that you were experiencing it and diapers were your preferred way of dealing with it? Also do you use any specific files for your meditiation or stent hypnosis? Been untrianing for a few years mtself and i gotta admit, feeling a little discouraged by progress levels. Also would it be alright to message you to chat more? If not no worries!
  21. Hello! Been a little bit but I've been steadily working on my continence. A newer development has been that of looking for a hyonotist to help me achieve my incontinence goals, of which I beleive I've found one! The biggest stop currently though is that they require a letter of recomendation from a medical professional in order for them to perform hypnosis for untriggered incontinence. I've had a therapist for several yeard and we've gotten to the point where my mental health is in a good ppave to where I onky have appointments as needed. You might be asking why I don't just ask her to write my letter, in which case I would, if I had not already found out early on in ir sessiojs that she is adamantly against ABDL, as well as Furries and other things. That's why I am coming here for an odd request... Does anyone happen to know of or is an abdl freindly amd certified therapist that would be willing to meet to disscuss a letter of recomendation for hypnosis? I'm looking for someone who has rrasomabke process. Ideally under $90 a session. I contacted Dr. Rhonda, a vertified abdl therpaist online, and one of the only ones I could find that advertizes herself as much, but her rates are far out of my price range! I know this is a shot in the dark but I thought it was worth a try! Thanks for reading!
  22. It sounds like your diet is the culprit, seeing as its more protein rich and highprotein levels are associated with increased testosterone I'd say your best bet is to go back to a lower protein diet (though still low calorie if your concerned with weoght) for two weeks or so and see how things are then.
  23. 1000% Not just am I getting my dream, but another person would be able to get what they wanted and needed. And I think that's really great. I think for alot of folks that want to be incontinent thus otpion would make them feel bettter as well, less gulity, not that we're doing anything wrong neccesarily, but it's always nice when a situation is beneficial for all involved!
  24. Hey folks! I've seen some people talking about their experiences with https://alittlehypnosis.com/ and wantes to make a thread speicifically to talk more about it For those that don't know Alittlehypnosis (from my understanding) is a small privately owned company and owner of Abdl specific hypnosis files. They have a few that you can buy pre-made (I bought the Bedwetting protocall one for $25), and all suggest you listen for 14 days in a row before you'll see any affects. And if not the website reoxmends you schedule a one on one appointment with the hypnostists to personalize and further your progress. I'm still within the 14 day window of listening to the file I bought but am interested in getting a one on one session to achieve complete incotinence, but am wondering what other people's experiemve with them has been and if they're reallt worth the money. If you have experience with them: what was your contienence before starting with them? How many sessions have you had? And where is your contienve now afterwords? Have a lovely day!
  25. Perhaps you could use the argument that diapers are your preferred method of handling incontinence because it's one of the least invasive options? You know the side effects and outcome with diapers. But medicene or surgeries effects can vary from person to person.
