  1. And now I'm closing this. The "Happy and Well Adjusted" baby is just being a mean-spirited prick at this point and I've had enough of it.
  2. I've got one bag of 24 (and 5 1985 Attends left) and then that will be it. Found good deals on those, but most of the "vintage" diaper sales go crazy expensive quick.
  3. Not lucky. They don't have my size. But good find for those with a Pennies near me.
  4. Wearing one of the 1995 Attends this morning and they are - without a doubt - the noisiest diapers ever made! I thought it was just me until Mom was walking behind me on our way to the kitchen and she started chanting "Crinkle...Crinkle...Crinkle" in time to my steps. "You might want to wear panties over those when we go out!" She added. "Panties" means plastic pants
  5. I'm okay with that Just a warning for those who need real discretion
  6. From a Box to a Bag. From 6 to 24 Diapers From White to blue. Thikcer to thinner. White embosed tabs to blue printed tabs The Biggest difference - The loss of side padding (Hourglass shape to rectangle.) Size and shape of the outer shell has not changed. (Diapers Reversed: 85 on the left now.) Solid thick padding throughout, versus boosted center panel padding.
  7. Got my "discreetly sent" sample of the latest GoodNites today, and thought I'd drop a warning to you closet bed-wetters that their definition of discreet may differ from yours lol. Front: Back: On the upside, it's a three-pack of samples. I've always felt you need at least 3 samples to evaluate any continence product as one unusually heavy or light wetting can lead to an unfair opinion of a product. Also a $2 coupon.
  8. Never understand the pokes at John Stewart: his politics lean left to be sure, but his show skewers both sides - especially the extremes. No fair comparison can be made between him and Beck.
  9. I get what you are saying, but I see no difference between this energy efficiency rule and say vehicle MPG standards.
  10. Happening to me too, but if I return to the forum list and enter again it works. Haven't found the reason yet!
  11. EVERETT, Wash. -- The Everett School District has suspended cheerleaders they believe were conducting initiation rituals in violation the district's athletic code. Sources say some of the older cheerleaders on the Jackson High School squad made the new members wear diapers, then shot them with squirt guns and hit them with hot dogs. A mother of an accused cheerleader said the alleged hazing happened inside her home in Bothell. The school district suspended several cheerleaders, saying they violated the athletic code of conduct which prohibits hazing. School officials released a statement that said, "When students make poor choices, it is disappointing to us, just as it is disappointing to parents. We hope, as parents do, that each action with appropriate consequences is a positive learning experience." Several parents of the cheerleaders met with school officials on Thursday, but the suspensions were not overturned.
  12. Energy Security & Indendence Act of 2007 (EISA) New performance standard for general purpose light bulbs Requires light bulbs to deliver a minimum amount of light per unit of energy consumed Mandates 25% increase in lumen per watt efficiency over current incandescent technology The standard will be phased in between 2012 and 2014 Other Facts: EISA in NOT a ban on incandescent bulbs nor is it a purchase ban. EISA is technology neutral and is a ban on manufacturing and shipment of inefficient products. There are 22 special purpose light bulb types that are exempted. EISA Compliant Technologies: Halogen: currently available new infrared halogen may be twice as efficient as standard incandescent will be priced below CFLs currently meet EISA requirements: 72 watt, 53 watt, 43 watt, 28 watt CFLs: surpass EISA requirements still have some light quality and proper application challenges still have mercury and need to be recycled LEDs surpass EISA requirements cons: higher cost and newer technology
  13. Don't really know. 20, 21? Love her blogs and pics though.
  14. And this is why these posts get closed. Somehow we've gone from Stanley to Disability to Censorship to Government control to Lightbulbs! But since we are on the subject: After the tornadoes came through here I had a chance to see the benefit of CFL bulbs. I was running my office from a UPS battery and could visibly see the power consumption difference between 'standard' and CFL bulbs. My CFL used one 5th the power my standard bulb lamp used, and the energy saving benefits of switching to all CFL's became clear. Also, I have had my current CFL bulb for over a year - 8+ hours of use a day, not bad!
  15. Your posts on the topic are just getting to be idiotic. First, you can't use Stanley as a poster-child for everything that is wrong with our country, especially now that his disability status has been investigated and confirmed. Second, your posts on depression which amount too "I've been sad before too!" show a complete lack of understanding of the difference between temporary situational sadness and clinical depression. Did you actually see the show? The full show, not the edited clips online? Stanley did an excellent job of explaining non-sexual adult babies and did not make us look like idiots. The people who were disgusted by it were never going to understand it or accept it. Most of them didn't tune into the show, but saw bits and pieces of it on other programs where the hosts told them how they were expected to react before showing it. People who watch "Taboo" are interested in learning about the sub-cultures of the world. It was the right forum to try and create awareness. If you have to cling to this story to make political points, I suggest you pick up a newspaper. There is PLENTY to enraged about these days that doesn't involve kicking a guy when he's down.
  16. Glad to hear it's over now and you can calm down and return to normalcy.
  17. Wearing a Depend for Men Prints Pull-Up right now.
  18. Try the B-sure pads if it very light leakage: http://www.quickmedical.com/birchwood_lab/b-sure/anal-incontinence-pads.html
  19. Paypal will freeze any account I show on this site.
  20. I'm a kid who needs (medical) and wants to wear diapers!
  21. Our billing agent charges a $1.95 processing fee per order, whether you order one item or twenty. Been using them so long I forgot about it. Need to find a way to add a note about it to the new shopping cart system.
