It is an interesting question, but the issue that is not really addressed is that people dont just want an experience; they want far more. Mothering isnt a 2-3 hour job. It is 24/7/365.

Put on your damn seatbelt... I work enough wrecks where people are killed, but could have been saved by simply clicking it in. Not wearing a seatbelt is illegal for a reason, and I'm getting tired of having to do death notifications for extremely preventable deaths...

how hard is it to just put the damn thing on? its the first thing I do when I have to go anywhere, it just takes a second

I don't know about the jailers, but I think I'd be more worried about the other inmates!
