One of the best movies I have seen. Glad I wasn't in a theater, wouldn't have wanted everyone see me crying ;: Pretty intense for those that served. Good movie for those that haven't to understand. Clint Eastwood is just as good a Director as he is a actor

How we dress and act in public is part of the social contract that exists whether we like it or not. While it does vary from country to country and city to city, that social contract governs what is 'acceptable' rather than what is legal.

Well first, this isn't going to go away for you- almost everyone into diapers can't shake this and it comes back. So that's step one and it's yours to do; not hers- self acceptance. If she doesn't understand that, you need to get that message across to her too- though it may come and go it is here forever. As far as her participation, well that's her choice and you need to respect that. As your partner she should understand your needs and at least occasionally go out of her way to make you happy (and you should do the same).

Ooh, One other time a while back I was asked if I was wearing a diaper, I replied by instead asking them if my underwear preference is going to be up for discussion I'd first like to know what kind you're wearing. That person replied it was none of my business, to which I replied exactly.
