I do not go to the Dr anymore, they just push drugs. I do not infuse or rinse the bladder. I have read about it but no. Too much risk for me. Cypro is a drug I have been given when I get UTIs and I was later warned by another Dr to not take it at all. Come to find out it can lead to ligament failures and separation. I am quite active and strong and sure enough tore three in my elbow about 6 mo ago and had a pretty serious surgery to fix it. Wish I had been warned earlier.

I drink a lot of water, avoid sugars, and cranberry pills each morning. Azo I feels works but that is just my feeling. I use a indwelling quite a bit and just let it drain. I take it out once a week and deal with the spasms for a day or two. Intermittent I find to be a lot of work without the gain. I still wear pads or diapers 24x7 to catch leaks as they happen.

Well we are 9 months or so into the journey. Laser is complete and there are basically no hairs with color that come back. I do still have some white hairs that are being stubborn so we address those every 5-6 weeks with electrolysis. This is working well and I think one or two more sessions and it should just be yearly maintenance. Overall the experience has been good and the cost was reasonable for the outcome I wanted. about 1500 all said I think. no more hair from my belly button to the top of my butt crack, and all the way around my waist. If you are considering it, it does seem to work for me and I would recommend.

Your story is much like mine. Had the bilat orchie and scrotum removed and the pain went way down. Once in a great while I still get that being kicked feeling for 10 min or so, but get better each year. It really did not have much impact on bladder spasms and they did find lumps and calcification in the removed bits that was precancerous. Bladder is ok with indwelling. When it is out, the spasms start after 15-30min until I spontaneously void. Estimating about 300ml when that occurs. I drink a lot of water throughout the day as I found concentrated urine way worse for me and UTI risk goes way up. UTIs can really put me down if I do not address them at the first signs. I try to avoid antibiotics as well and only use as an emergency relief. Diapers and catheters are my life for many years now. I too am with you guys. Been almost 20 years now. At this point I wear a very capable diaper like rearz, Northshore or Tykables. I find with a booster I can get 5-6 hours if I am drinking as I go, or longer if on a flight and dehydrated. I no longer worry about it and just live life. I have had massages, been to surgery, doctors and the gym with diapers on without much said. I did have a nurse make a comment about how cute my diaper was a few weeks ago when I got an unexpected EKG and had a Tykable on. People really are self absorbed and not looking for crotches that scream diaper wearer. I did make the decision to invest in permanent hair removal and could not be happier. The smell is way less and clean up much easier. Diapers are my underwear and always will be now. I enjoy them at this point for making my life less stressful looking for a restroom and the designs are just fun and amazing these days.

What about using tens pads on the pubis skin rather than attaching to the pensis? Just enough to cause a contraction of the stomach muscles?

Here I am 6 or so months later. I have done 5 laser treatments and have one left in 2 weeks. The reduction in dark hair is amazing. I have not shaved for 2-3 months now and while there are a few dark ones growing again, probably 95% are not in any way. I have been doing electrolysis for the blond/light hairs that have started to show. This has been a much slower process, but I am seeing improvements on that front too. So far I have spent about 1200 bucks total using packages to get discounts. The technician says we should start spreading the remaining treatments further apart as the growth is so much less now. I am basically planning on once a month until this summer. It is nice to look down and not have to worry about shaving anymore. The smell is really much less too now at the end of the day. I used to be very aware of the stale urine smell on warmer days after sitting at my desk working most of the day. I find that is much less now and that was my real desire. While not for everyone, the process, costs and outcome has been really acceptable for me.

Funny to read this. I had elbow surgery a few weeks ago and the same situation. Before my surgery, I changed into a fresh diaper with the help of the nurse. She assured me it would be best to be fresh and due to location of the work, no one would bother it. When I awoke, I barely remember it but my wife definitely does. I guess I woke and asked the nurse to help ensure I was pointed down, and then flooded my diaper in my sleepy state. When they tried to get me up, the diaper was not tight from the initial application and slid down due to the weight of the 3 hours in surgery and then the flood after. The nurse and my wife redid things as I could not move my arm at all and the other was fairly useless in my stupor. Next time I will take a few fresh ones, but I hope no more surgeries for a bit. Further humbling is during the next few weeks, my wife was required to help change my diapers. We tried standing and laying down. Laying on the bed having your wife diaper you was very embarrassing, so we did most standing up. While she knows I wear and has for over 20 years, it has always been my problem and she has not taken part in it. She does know of my bladder issues and the spasms and regularly places her hand on my stomach to feel it, like I am pregnant! My elbow is working again somewhat, so we are back to my putting my own diapers on. She still sees them and never says anything. Just treats them like underwear.
