Electrolisys is a bit painful. Laser is like a slight sun burn for me. Being pretty well hairless, worth that pain. The cost is not insignificant. I like the outcome.

Adam and NS are the best. The work to make diapers less awkward is awesome. I went from tissues to piddle pads to depends. All failed and the embarrassment was real. At some point my wife told me to just get diapers. The word shocked me and I tried to skirt it. Diapers.... I wear diapers. Him and his team, made it less awkward along with the wife. NS products are great and being made better all of the time. Bless what they do. I wear diapers, I am successful in life, and no one cares what underwear I have on. I feel the same way as Oliver. My wife sees me, but no one else really does unless I end up at the doctor's. I use the Tykables subscription, so I get whatever they send. One case was mostly unicorns, and I admit I was timid about being seen by my wife in those. I do order Mega Max and InControl for days when I need more discretion, like at the airport. TSA loves to provide the good old Freedom Grope, almost every time for some reason. I limit who sees, but I do not avoid it at all costs anymore.

I do not go to the Dr anymore, they just push drugs. I do not infuse or rinse the bladder. I have read about it but no. Too much risk for me. Cypro is a drug I have been given when I get UTIs and I was later warned by another Dr to not take it at all. Come to find out it can lead to ligament failures and separation. I am quite active and strong and sure enough tore three in my elbow about 6 mo ago and had a pretty serious surgery to fix it. Wish I had been warned earlier.

I drink a lot of water, avoid sugars, and cranberry pills each morning. Azo I feels works but that is just my feeling. I use a indwelling quite a bit and just let it drain. I take it out once a week and deal with the spasms for a day or two. Intermittent I find to be a lot of work without the gain. I still wear pads or diapers 24x7 to catch leaks as they happen.
