Ironically, in WW2 the fighter airplanes had a tube for the pilots to pee in since some of their sorties lasted most of a day with drop tanks.  The thing is, they flew at such high altitudes, 30,000 feet, that their relief tube would freeze and be useless.  Just a piece if historical information.
