Weird. I wonder if this is someone in the "purge" phase of their journey, or if they think it's funny to be in the news in a relatively harmless manner, compared with, say, starting fires. Still, it's a waste of diapers in a world where many who need them can't afford them, it's tying up law enforcement resources, and it is, as they point out, littering. It's also unsightly - most people coming across a diaper in the ditch or where ever, are going to assume that it's soiled, even if it's not, and be suitably grossed out by that. Beware deliberately courting the public's ire.

What a waste!  Unused diapers!  Now, if they were Wings brand, best to get rid of them!  I wonder just how many people reading this are flocking to the area volunteering for clean up detail!
