(All characters are adult and 21+. This is fictional story with fictional characters and should be treated as such.) 

(I'm just looking for constructive working from a small snippet of my short story and better ways to edit) 

"Are you sure you want to do this? What even is an ABDL?" Mark said as he held the white diaper in his hand. Mark was standing in his boxers in front of his bed when his wife told him the news. Mark's world was falling apart as Kelly had made a final choice to spice up their sex life by getting into ABDL role play. 

"I do. I've told you for months that are sex life was dead. Some how when I pleasuring myself, I found a point video that turned me on and I just dove deeper. Adult Baby Diaper Lovers is the proper name. I feel the sexual need to be dominant." Kelly said as she wiped away tears from her eyes.

"Kelly.....I'm sorry I didn't listen. I just don't think I can add diapers to my sex life." Mark said as he laid the diaper down on the bed.

"That's what I'm talking about Mark. Its always about you, I knew I should have listened to my mother before I married you!" Kelly yelled as she started to storm off. 

"Kelly! Wait, your right. I'll give the diaper thing a try or this adbl stuff a try. But can I just ease myself into please." Mark pleaded as Kelly stopped in her tracks. 

"Either we start tonight or I'm going to my mothers for the rest of the week." Kelly said. 

"Look, just no diapers or baby stuff tonight. Why don't we cuddle, pick out your favorite movie and you can be the big spoon tonight?" Mark asked. 

"That's fine." Kelly softly said. Kelly was shocked that Mark was trying to meet in the middle. Kelly had never been the big spoon since there five years of being together. 

"But I get to pick the ice cream." Mark grinned.

It pretty good. I might add more to the physical description of things. That could be the room they are in, the way they look, motions, etc. 

Also, there is a story section, maybe try finishing it and posting it

Your dialogue seems off.  A guy who doesn't have any interest in wearing diapers is going to say something like "I don't even get why you want me to wear diapers!  It's weird and sick!"

All the dialogue seems too formal to me.  Also, you have homonym issues you might want to fix here.  

For the record, the premise you're hinting at here is definitely something unique and, if executed well, could be a really good story.  Partner who wants to be a CG wearing down vanilla partner until they agree to participate, weird things blossom, lots of tension in between lots of sexy stuff?  Sure, I'd read that.
