I need to wash my Duvet after having an BM accident.

Some smells are lingering on it.

I washed all my other bedding including wiping plastic mattress cover over, Need to wash Duvet as its lingering.. its a single. What setting and temperature do I put in on. In the group home I live we have 3 washing machines and we have a large drum one so I think it'll fit in there. Maybe I need to purchase another one it it doesn't fit?

You should get a duvet with a removable cover, so it's easy to remove and wash.

I don't know them specifically, but a lot of duvets are white and then you put a cover on it with your print or pattern/colors.

This sound like a crappy situation to me  the washable duvet cover is a great help

To wash it you want to use the hot setting and the extra dirty setting if you have it.

IKEA has a large selection of sizes, colours and thicknesses of duvets with removable covers.

If your washing machine can't handle the one you have now you should find a laundromat, they have bigger machines.

Sorry about your luck there Goerge.  I've had a few messy incidents that I've had to deal with over the years and its never a good time.  I wish you luck in the future with these issues.
