I called Best Buy's customer support, but it was no help. Also didn't help that the guy was very hard to understand since he sounded like he was in the middle east, but I guess that's no surprise either. 1 Link to comment

id0ntknow Posted June 29, 2022 Share Posted June 29, 2022 I called before work yesterday to dispute the charge, and was told that I should have the funds back in my account in up to 8 business days. Kinda slow imo, but at least it's being worked on. One thing I didn't like seeing was that when I looked at my account, it shows that transaction as a recurring one, so I guess I'm going back to the bank before work again just to check up on the situation. 2 Link to comment
