You have created a dimension that can be used for endless continuations. This technology is being introduced to the world and the regressive effects would presumably occur for many more people in varying ways. I never was much of a fan of the "diaper dimension" stories. But this dimension is one angle I think I would very much enjoy seeing more of. You'll have to give it a name. Perhaps the 'tech dimension' or something like that
