How many adaptations for your diapered life?

.Just wondering which of the following adaptations you have implemented to live your diapered life to the fullest

I'd add that I don't have a special closet, but I do have a shelf in the basement and a diaper drawer in my dresser. As to the "too little underwear" question, I guess I could have said yes to that. I actually have no underwear, and I haven't had any in the house for about 18 months.

In order to avoid having to defecate, I use enemas. This reduces the frequency of changes and cuts cleanup by 95%.

I have a diaper pail in my bedroom. I also carry a diaper bag wherever I go. I do have a collection of Onesies I am starting to build.

So I didn’t have many on this list but there have definitely been other adaptations. Here are just a few that come to mind: 

Shaving down there

Daily skin care regimen to prevent diaper rash. 

Diaper pail 

Keeping a spare change of clothes and spare diapers in my car  

Detachable shower head

Swim diapers (admittedly not useful for urinary incontinence)

Under the "OTHER" column I would add carrying an extra set of pants/clothes with you, in the car just in case of leaks.

Pants will dry but messy leaks...well
