Interesting Commercial

Interesting new commercial with Jennifer Aniston.  It's not advertising diapers (but might as well be), so I put the thread here.  Commercial shows Jenniofer tossing and turning in bed all night trying to sleep.  At the end it says, "Good days begin with Good Nights!"  It could easily be a commercial for Goodnites!  Now I picture her pulling on a Goodnite before getting into bed!

I saw that the other day and had the same thought. Pretty sure they had an  ad at one time that said Better Mornings start with Goodnites

It's a commercial for Indorsia Pharmaceuticals.   https://www.seizethenightandday.com/  

They hide what they're really doing, but they were just approved in January for a drug they call Quiviviq (generic name daridorexant) for insomnia.

There have been several articles about this exact symptom: thinking you cannot get back to sleep and thinking about how much time is left (besides everything else your thinking about).  If I recall it was on Pyschology Today.  I use to solve coding problems overnight and now it has transferred into other things.  Simply taking notes and leaving them at my desk has helped.    

Drugs do not work, only temporarily.
