What I suggest may seem counterintuitive, but try it, and then agree / disagree.

Increase then quantity of water you are drinking and forget about it. If you diaper up in a thick cloth diaper (with liner), this should reduce your stress / worry also.

Why

Multiple logical , but only one or two physical reasons increase ones urine output. The two physical items are water balance and bladder capacity (based on whether you are awake / asleep). Stress & worry can increase (in simple terms) toxity in ones cells, as a result the cells want to get rid of this (into the blood). This costs energy, which depletes ones reserve = more 'rubbish' within the blood & more 'rubbish' to be filtered by the kidneys. Since the rubbish level is high, this makes urine more concentrated = increased voiding to get rid of it. This also reduces water balance which increase the toxity level in the blood, and is a never ending cycle voiding, filtering, voiding, stressing, little to no apetite, poor absorbtion of food energy, lower energy levels, increased toxity, increased stress, increased blood pressure etc.
