The Future of Amazonian Fertility (Diaper Dimension) The End

I have so many thoughts on everything I just read.

From the best case scenario for Caroline to the worst case scenario, and what feels like 50 different possibilities of what could happen.

There is so much information in all the chapters.

I really have to admit this is one of the few stories where I don't know what could happen and I'm not even able to formulate what's going on in my head.

It's an interesting feeling.

Thank you for that.

I'm looking forward to the next chapter.

I attribute this feeling your experiencing to the fact that there's just so many different factions with their own agenda that have Caroline as their focal point.

You have the native scientists who just see her as another baby just like our favorite Soldier who is dealing with her own conflicting emotions in regards to Caroline.

There's Dr. Barbas who is the most progressive and normal person in the room because he sees a bright young woman who can do what he always wanted to do, but what was deemed "unimportant" by his teachers, colleagues and the society he grew up in so many decades ago; he only wants Caroline to reach her true potential which is similar to what the Pannonian government itself wants. They have invested millions of dollars and hours of time into actually comong up with a cure or, at the very least, a cause for their declining population. So they've spared no expense hiring the best and brightest minds in the world which is how Caroline was brought into the facility.

This leaves us with Dr. Devereux who has her own motives, goals and is basically the person running the entire compound; she literally only has to answer to the government which is completely in the dark as to what's actually happening in the facility.

Ultimately, I'm glad I could keep you wondering and trying to guess what's coming next. Thank you for your support and feedback! I loved reading and answering your comment!

  • Cya changed the title to The Future of Amazonian Fertility (Diaper Dimension) Updated 2/8/2022

Caroline felt the huge hand of Zsófia wrap around her own and, before she knew it, the much taller woman was leading her out of the laboratory and down the hall. The Little Geneticist found herself having to speed walk just to keep up with her huge friend. Suddenly, they both came to an abrupt stop, Caroline found herself looking past the Amazon's legs to see the elevator's doors. Roughly a foot above her head, she heard Zsófia swipe her card and type a code into the security panel which granted them both entry into the elevator.

As the doors closed, sealing them both into the glorified box, Caroline found herself looking up at the woman who was still holding her hand. Zsófia had punched in the code and swiped the card with her left hand, never letting her go. In the back of her mind, Caroline worried that this woman was getting a bit too attached to her, but the fact that she was taking her up to her room, and not to some nursery, helped mitigate her fears. It would've been nice if they had given Caroline her own card.

'Shit, Dr. Devereux didn't give me my card.

"Umm, Zsófia?" The auburn haired little asked, tugging slightly at the giant woman's hand.

"Yes, Caroline?" The much taller woman chirped.

"I think we should go back to the lab."

Zsófia gazed down at the little woman with a raised eyebrow. "Why would we do that? Don't you want to see your room?"

"I do, but Dr. Devereux didn't give me a card for the elevator or my room." Caroline answered.

Zsófia couldn't contain her laughter which caused Caroline to scowl slightly.

"I didn't mean to laugh, but I've been assigned to help you out with those things." Zsófia explained.

"But I don't want to bother you with all of that."

"Nonsense. I wouldn't want you getting hurt by standing on your tiptoes or using a stepping stool or something silly like that. After all, I'm more than happy to take you to the elevator and accompany you to any place you have to go." The Amazon smiled.

It was the same smile she had given her when Caroline had awoken on the shuttle bus.

"Thanks, I guess." Caroline forced herself to smile back at the woman who would be accompanying her whenever she needed to go from now on.

"Think nothing of it. Until you've finished your research, think of me as your bodyguard." The giantess winked down at the Little Geneticist.

'Bodyguard, huh? It sounds more like she's going to be my babysitter.'

With a ding, the doors to the elevator opened and they were practically off to the races. Caroline had to kick it into high gear just to keep up with Zsófia who seemed excited. The hallway wasn't much longer than the one that led to the lab, but Caroline was almost out of breath by the time she found herself standing with her "bodyguard"  in front of a huge door.

Once more Caroline heard the swipe of a key card followed by the taping of fingers against a digital screen while her hand remained firmly in the much taller woman's grip.

"Here we are! Your new home for the next few months!" Zsófia announced as they both walked over the threshold.

For the first time since they had embarked on their journey through the facility, Caroline felt Zsófia relinquish her hand, allowing her to walk into the massive room on her own. It was a rather impressive room when you considered that it was meant for a scientist working for a foreign government.

There were wooden floors beneath her feet, but Caroline wasn't entirely sure what kind of wood she was walking on. She had only ever known carpet and tile. The open layout led into the living room with a kitchen off to her left. As she ventured deeper into the huge space, she could see that the couches were made out of black leather.

"Power on."

The humongous flat screen TV that dominated the wall suddenly came to life at that moment, causing Caroline to crane her head up to see what was going on. It was perfectly positioned on the wall for an Amazon to enjoy, but Caroline could see that she would be able to watch it comfortably enough from the couch.

"What do you think, Caroline? It's voice activated. Just tell it what you want to watch and it'll find it."

"I like that." Caroline grinned.

The thought of not having to change the channel without a remote made her feel more at ease. She didn't have to worry about accidently putting it on some show meant to destroy the minds of those poor souls trapped in diapers. Speaking of which, it looked like the TV was on a news channel showing the daily news and not some show meant for toddlers which was definitely a plus in her book.

"I'm a bit jealous." Zsófia chuckled. "We soldiers don't exactly get to enjoy this level of luxury."

Caroline turned away from the massive screen and looked over at Zsófia. "I keep forgetting that you're a soldier. Is it a ceremonial thing or have you seen combat?"

"I've seen combat in regional conflicts, but Pannonia only goes in to assist our allies and I rarely get called into battle. The last few years have been peaceful save for the invasion of Ruthenia by our allies. We got the southern province for our assistance and they got to keep the Littles." Zsófia explained, her eyes looked sad as she finished speaking.

"What do you mean when you say "keep the Littles?" I was under the impression that your nation was trying to abolish the practice of "adopting" Littles?" Caroline tried not to get too emotionally heated.

"I shouldn't have said it like that. What I meant to say-"

A cheerful, electronic jingle came from Zsófia's coat.

"I have to answer this. Just a minute." The giantess turned away from Caroline and started walking towards the kitchen.

Caroline couldn't make out who Zsófia was talking to, but it seemed rather serious.

"I had no idea she-"

"She was doing what?"

You found that in her-"

"Yes, I understand. I'll bring her down to see you immediately." Zsófia hung up the phone and slid it back into her pocket as she walked over to face the smaller woman.

"That was Dr. Devereux. She wants to talk to you about your research and has requested your presence."

"I see." Caroline replied.

'She's probably really impressed with what I've already accomplished in just an afternoon's worth of time. I can't wait to see what she has to sa-'

Zsófia tugging on her arm, forcing her to come along interrupted Caroline's thoughts. She was already being dragged out the door by the time she realized just what was happening. It took a bit of effort but the Little Geneticist did her best to start jogging so she looked more like an adult and less like an unruly toddler being dragged by her babysitter. The last thing she needed was one of her new colleagues seeing her being pulled around like a brat.

Finally, they were at the elevator door again and Caroline was afforded a moment to catch her breath. The card was swiped, the code was entered and just like before; Zsófia did it all without letting go of her hand.

'She must be ambidextrous.' Caroline realized as she was ushered into the elevator.

Awkward silence filled the ten by ten cabin as it descended. For some reason, the normally restrained giantess seemed tense to Caroline. With nothing better to do, she looked up at the digital screen and noticed that they were going past the floor that the laboratory was on.

"I don't want to sound rude, but I think we missed the floor that the lab is on."

"We're not going to the research lab." A quiet voice answered. "The facility has a few subterranean areas and Dr. Devereux is currently waiting for you down here."

Caroline wanted to ask Zsófia why Dr. Devereux was meeting her in a different part of the facility, but she barely had time to watch the doors slide open when Zsófia pulled her out of the elevator and into a long corridor. Caroline could barely keep up, but hustled alongside the giantess. Her breathing was getting heavy and it felt like the hallway would never end.

"Can we please slow down?" Caroline heard herself shout.

Zsófia's brisk pace suddenly came to a halt.

"I apologize, Caroline. I didn't realize that I was walking so fast." The giantess looked down at her. "It's just that this part of the facility makes me feel so uneasy. I don't want to be down here any longer than is necessary."

"Why does this place make you feel uneasy? What do they do down here?"

"They do unnatural things down here; Terrible things." Zsófia instantly covered her mouth for a brief moment before lowering her voice, "I shouldn't have said anything. It's classified information and Dr. Devereux didn't exactly tell me why we're meeting her down here."

"But I'm here researching the same genetic abnormalities as she is! It shouldn't be kept a secret from me!"

"Shhh! Don't shout!" Zsófia crouched down in front of Caroline and looked her directly in the eyes. "Look, I can only say that your idea of a cure, and Dr. Devereux's cure, yield two completely different results. I just hope that you can solve the problem so Dr. Devereux's solution doesn't become the only one." Zsófia replied in a hushed voice.

Caroline frowned and allowed Zsófia to resume leading her through the labyrinth-like series of hallways. The further they went into the building, the more anxious Caroline became as she thought about what Zsófia had said. The stillness and unknown purpose of this part of the facility seemed so eerie that it bothered Caroline to her core. It didn't help that they both were walking past doors every twenty feet that lined each side of the hallway with clipboards hanging from the windows. It felt more like a prison, or even a hospital, than a research facility.

Her thoughts were running wild by the time they reached their destination; a pair of large doors which had no windows.

"We're here." Caroline heard Zsófia announce into a little box on the wall next to the doors.

"Bring her in." A voice replied in a neutral tone.

A hiss of air could be heard as the doors opened. Caroline gazed into the huge room and realized that it looked like it belonged in some kind of hospital. Standing alone in the middle of the enormous space was Dr. Devereux.

"Thank you for bringing her down here, lieutenant." The woman in the white lab coat smiled.

Zsófia frowned. "I don't know why you would need to talk with her down here, but I hope that it won't be very long. This place gives me the creeps."

Dr. Devereux chuckled. "After all this time you're still bothered by what we do down here?"

"I don't think it has any medical value, but I suppose that's up to the government to decide." Zsófia shot back, her hand never leaving Caroline's.

"Oh, but you're wrong. The government's main goal is to increase the population, but they have sanctioned my operations here since my research has shown that I can create Amazons out of some of our younger test subjects." Dr. Devereux grinned, her lab coat adding to her aura, making her seem like a mad scientist.

Caroline felt her annoyance vanish when she heard what Dr. Devereux said. 'She's talking about creating Amazons from the test subjects!' It was so weird, they were talking about these things like she wasn't even in the room.

"I see. I suppose that explains the last batch of volunteers, but who am I to judge what the government does?" Zsófia replied with a sigh.

"Yes, a few preschools will be missing their little students for a few years, but what they will get in return will aid your nation in ways never before seen!" The scientist proclaimed.

"Just what exactly are you doing down here?!" Caroline demanded.

"Well, I was wondering when you would ask that question, Caroline." The giantess lowered her eyes to meet the smaller woman. "I will be happy to answer your questions in time, but there's an important matter that we must discuss first."

Dr. Devereux turned her gaze back to Zsófia. "You're dismissed."

Caroline felt Zsófia squeeze her hand tighter than she had ever felt her squeeze it before. Any harder and it might've broken a bone or two.

"I'm not leaving without Caroline." Zsófia stated in a firm tone.

"Lieutenant, I have business to discuss with Dr. Miller; classified business that's above your pay grade. I'll call for you when we're done down here." Dr. Devereux explained before adding, "you may leave now."

Caroline felt Zsófia release her hand from her iron grip. She looked up at the Zsófia's face before the giant turned to leave. It might've been her mind, but Caroline could've sworn that there was sadness in those eyes.

Dr. Devereux waited for the doors to close before she spoke. "I must admit that I'm very impressed with the progress you've made in a single day. It's truly phenomenal."

"What can I say? Your computers are amazing! The processing power is really what helped me get so much done. I was able to do what would've normally taken me months to accomplish in my lab in just a single afternoon here. I think I ran something like twenty genome sequences an hour and then I cross checked the Amazon samples. Once I singled it down to native Pannonians, it all just fell into place. It was almost like I was playing connect the dots." Caroline boasted, a smile spreading slowly on her face as she noticed the look of surprise growing on her colleague's face.

"But how is that possible?! I have an entire team under me who has been working on this for almost six months!" The giantess exclaimed.

"I've dedicated my whole life to trying to help your kind have children and it is that dedication which has given me a rather unique perspective. I have studied the different regions of the world and have a unique perspective of how different Amazons operate on a genetic level. I want to see a world where all Amazons can have children; their own, biological children. If I had the proper tools, I dare say that I probably could have achieved that goal by now." Caroline explained, feeling oddly empowered.

"My team has spent months trying to do what you have done in just a single day." Dr. Devereux repeated in a neutral tone, trying not to show any hit of emotion.

"If it's any consolation to you, I'm happy to report that with my findings alone we can raise the Fertility rate up from twenty percent to at least thirty five percent."

"I see." The giantess paused and walked over to where the little woman was standing. "I suppose this calls for a celebratory drink."

Caroline was surprised to see that the doctor was reaching down to hand her a glass of red liquid.

"I hope you don't mind drinking it out of a shot glass. It's the only thing that we have that you can drink out of." Dr. Devereux explained.

"I don't mind. At least it's not a sippy cup."

Both women laughed at Caroline's joke.

"I still can't get over just how much you've accomplished in just a day. I should've been overseeing the research team instead of letting that old fool, Barbas, direct everyone."

"He's not an old fool! He was trained to spot documented defects, not uncover unknown ones." Caroline stated defensively. "I personally believe that Dr. Barbas could've done what I've been doing if his professors didn't discourage him from seeking out the mysteries that exist in your genetic code when he was a young man."

"I see, but he wasn't my choice. The Pannonia Government assigned him to my team." The taller woman replied, taking a sip from her own glass of wine.

"Well, the Pannonians were smart enough to get him on board and to allow me to join you all." Caroline replied, eyeing her drink before taking a sip. She rarely drank alcohol.

"We can sit here and talk about Dr. Barbas all night if you want, but that's not why I called you here."

"Why did you want to see me?" Caroline asked, lowering the glass from her lips.

"I hate to mention this, but when my associates were checking your belongings for contraband they came across something very distressing. Som-"

"You went through my luggage?! How dare you violate my privacy like that!" Caroline shouted.

"Your privacy being violated should be the least of your worries, young lady. I'm not going to allow someone like you to use my facility to-"

"Call me crazy, but it sounds like you're threatened by me. Threatened that I can do what you haven't been able to do." Caroline declared boldly, interrupting the giantess.

Matilda eyed the Little bitterly.

The Little Geneticist paused to take a sip from her glass. "How would the Pannonian Government react to the news that a Little cracked the genetic code and solved the Fertility Crisis?" Caroline wondered aloud, feeling oddly empowered as she held her glass of wine.

Dr. Devereux tried not to scowl, but the little bitch was starting to get on her nerves. It was bad enough that this child had basically done what her team had tried to do during the course of the last few months in a single day, but the way this tiny woman acted was truly irritating her. She had no idea how much work she had done while Barbas made little progress above. However, the giantess was able to keep her cool because she had this cocky little brat right where she wanted her.

"Yeah, Doctor Caroline Miller cures Amazonian infertility and gets a statue in every capital in the world!" Caroline proclaimed, her arrogance fueled by her growing alcoholic buzz.

Matilda Devereux ignored the Little in front of her.

"I couldn't believe what my assistant told me so I personally read your diary, as well as your notes with a magnifying glass, and I've come to the conclusion that you're simply too smart for your own good." The giantess stated as she walked closer to Caroline. "Wanting to help us cure our infertility is very noble of you and why you were granted such benefits and protection when you landed in Pannonia. However, if my superiors knew of your ulterior motive; your plan to alter the genome of Littles thus creating a generation of Littles that can grow as tall as us… They would wipe your mind clean and throw you into some orphanage."

'Shit. They know about my research!'

Caroline instantly started to feel a bit queasy, but she also knew that she was far too valuable to simply be discarded like any other Little. She was the key to solving their biggest problem!

"Is that a threat? Because I'm no use to you guys if I'm sitting in a playpen, waiting to be adopted in some opraphange." Caroline calmly replied.

"That's true, but you're also a liability and if I were to tell my superiors about your true motive for assisting us, you'd be lucky to even know the difference between a playpen and a crib after they get through with you."

"But I have done nothing wrong!" Caroline whined.

"But you have. Even if you do increase our chances of conceiving a child. Even if it's an absolute guarantee that all Amazon's can have their own biological baby, you fail to realize that there will always be women who want to adopt a Little and-"

"But that is why I'm doing this! I only want to help my people and end our infantile imprisonment to your kind! What's wrong with that?!" Caroline demanded.

"Like I was trying to explain before you interrupted me… Entire nations depend on Littles. Millions of people across the world work in industries manufacturing furniture, clothing, food and diapers for your kind. Thousands more work as doctors, teachers and daycare workers for you tiny tots. If you actually manage to crack your own genome and grow a generation of giant Littles, the world would literally descend into a global depression which would ultimately lead to chaos and war."

"But that is crazy! Those industries could be retrofitted to produce furniture and clothing for a new generation of people! Those teachers and doctors would still be able to do their jobs and even the daycare workers would still have jobs because they would be watching over a new baby boom!" Caroline stood there with stars in her eyes. "Imagine it; a world where my people and yours could procreate together and not live in fear. There would never be another short progeny for them to worry about. Imagine a world where we all live under the same rules, equal and free to pursue the future in any way we see fit! The death of Littles wouldn't doom the world. It would usher in a new era of prosperity for all of us!"

"I'm sorry, Caroline, but such thinking is counter productive and dangerous to our society." Matilda replied as she brought a little remote control out of her lab coat pocket.

"What's th-" Caroline felt her whole body go numb as Dr. Devereux pressed a button on the remote.

In the blink of an eye, Caroline was on the ground. She could barely keep her eyes open for a few moments, just long enough to see Dr. Devereux's heels clacking on the cold tile as the giant walked towards her. The sounds were echoing around in her head and just as the giantess picked her up from the ground everything went black.

Oh no who could have seen this coming?

Oh that's right I saw that coming.

1. how stupid can she be to write down such dangerous research somewhere and take it with her into enemy territory.

2. my guess is that she was given nanites through the drink.

3. i think she is now made into a good little baby of Matilda which can still work nicely on the research.

Yes we really did have to know that something like this was coming.  The little industry is worth so much money to the governments  that the amazons live in, real babies have to grow up but littles can be kept in their diapers andd daycares till they die.  I am wondering about the basement lab, it is eithe a lille mill or a rebirthing of littles for some reason.

Well, there's a reason why anyone would write down a physical record of their research; digital networks can be hacked or spied on. The latter would be especially true in a Dimension such as this. With a physical copy of her research she could stay off of her laptop and still be able to reference her notes safely and without worry of being hacked or watched.

It's possible. Nanites do many different things such as heal the recipient during and after surgery.

Hmmm, that's still too early to say for certain, but Matilda has multiple motives for removing Caroline from the equation.

Thanks for taking the time to comment. I apologize for the delay, but life has been hectic. I'll explain later.

Exactly! I typically reference this fact in every DD story I've written. The industry catering to littles is just too massive to ever be outlawed or phased out. It would be akin to banning pampers and huggies in our world; billions of dollars would be lost and millions of workers would be out of a job. Legislation is a Little's only hope of making it harder to adopt.

The basement lab is basically the place where Matilda does her more unethical experiments away from the inspectors that the Pannonian government sends to review her research.

Sorry for the delay everyone, real life has kicked my ass... I'll explain later.

That's extremely concerning...

I just checked my page and it's still there. I go by "Daymare" on Patreon.

Got it now had to do via Google due to patreon adult literature rule ...

Which is a bit stupid but hey I just binged on this story ,

What happened to her bodyguard....

Sorry for the delay, my grandfather passed away and I had to pay my respects in Phoenix before moving all of his furniture out of his house. I literally drove over a thousand miles in three days and barely got any sleep. My phone broke while I was moving his belongings and, when I got back to Orange County the phone repair company I picked scammed me. It took almost $300 dollars and a week just to get my phone fixed by a professional. So, that's why I haven't been able to update this story.

---

Caroline felt her entire body shiver from the cold air as she awoke from the darkness. She tried to sit up, but felt something strapped across her arms and chest. Shaking off her momentary disorientation, she looked down at herself out of curiosity and spotted her bare breasts. For some bizarre reason her stomach was hurting and she was naked and pinned down on top of a lab table!

Fear began to overwhelm the Little woman as she tried to remember the last thing that happened before she found herself butt naked on the table. It was a bit hazy, but she recalled being escorted down to the lower levels of the facility with Zsófia to meet Dr. Devereux. The Amazon had wanted to talk to her about somethi-

'My research!'

It all came back to Caroline. Dr. Devereux had used her position to have her goons search her luggage. They discovered her notes and ultimately found out about her research! The last thing she could remember was trying to explain her life's work to Dr. Devereux before that crazy bitch pulled out a remote and everything went black.

'That bitch must've drugged me!'

She tried to wriggle her arms free, but they barely budged. The strap was so tight that she could feel it pressing down into her body, pinning her to the table. A growing sense of anxiety caused her to kick her legs, but they didn't even move an inch. She could feel a secondary strap running over her ankles as she tried to move her legs.

In the midst of her struggles, Caroline spotted an IV pole set up next to her and a portable metal table with a syringe laying on a tray. She traced the line hanging from the bag and followed it until it led to her left arm. The fact that the bag looked empty made the Geneticist even more worried. Had they pumped her full of some kind of chemical to slowly induce mental regression?!

Using her strength, she lifted up her head off of the table to look around the room for Dr. Devereux, or anyone else for that matter. The lighting in the room wasn't exactly the best, but she caught a glimpse of an odd looking chair directly across from her position that stood underneath a spotlight. Caroline squinted her eyes and began to study the bizarre looking chair. From what she could tell it was at an angle and looked to be a chair that was used for gynecological examinations. The two mounts sticking up on each side of the chair was a dead giveaway.

"Someone help me!" Caroline cried out, hoping that someone, hopefully Zsófia, would hear her cries and save her.

"Looks like you're finally awake." A voice that Caroline didn't want to hear answered her call for help.

"Why are you doing this to me?!" Caroline cried out in fear.

"I already explained to you why you must be regressed and shipped off to the orphanage, sweetie." The woman replied in a calm and sickly sweet tone.

"You can't do this to me! I'm the only one who can cure your people!" Caroline shouted.

"Silly girl, I already have what I need thanks to you." The cocky voice of Dr. Devereux chuckled.

"What are you talking about? I haven't figured out how to eliminate Amazonian infertility yet!"

"You were already able to figure out which gene was responsible for the Pannonian population's infertility. Their Government will be thrilled with this breakthrough that I single handedly discovered!"

"So, you're just going to steal my research and put me in some orphanage?" Carol couldn't help but ask.

"Oh, I can't risk you telling somebody about what you know. Even though most everyone will treat you like a baby, there's a chance someone might listen to you and I simply can't have that. You're a loose thread. So, I'll wipe your mind clean, diaper you and dump you off on the doorstep of an orphanage. That is, after I discredit all of your work and reveal to the world that you were an impostor all along."

"I should've known that you were going to double cross me!" Caroline shouted. "All you Amazonians are the same!"

"Such a bad attitude you have." Matilda tsked.

"Should I be happy that you're going to destroy my life?!" Caroline cried out as she renewed her struggles against the straps holding her down.

"Calm down, Caroline. You haven't even heard my offer yet." Dr. Devereux said as she stepped out of the darkness wearing what looked to be a light blue medical gown.

"What proposal?" Caroline asked, her body instantly ceased squirming.

"If you participate in a little experiment I'm conducting, I'll let you keep those big girl thoughts and even give you all the credit you deserve for participating in my experiment once everything's complete." Matilda explained.

Caroline didn't like where this was going, but she had to try to stay positive and hear her out. After all, it seemed like Dr. Devereux was offering her a way out of this crazy situation. She laid there waiting to be told about the experiment, but the Amazon remained silent.

Caroline sighed, "I don't even know what you're attempting to do! How can I be expected to agree to participate in an experiment that I have no knowledge of?" Can you at least give me an idea of what you're trying to accomplish before I make my decision?"

"I wanted it to be a surprise, but I've been working on a new type of prenatal supplement to help facilitate a different kind of pregnancy. It's based on the ancient Honsho myth that a Little can be made into an Amazon's baby by being inserted into her. Now, that may be an old fairytale that we used to tell Littles in school to scare them, but the drug I've developed can actually help the new mother grow an umbilical cord which attaches to the Little's belly button. Once the bond is made, the Little can breathe and be fed naturally by their new mother.

Caroline felt like her jaw was going to fall off! She had heard many insane ideas during her time studying Amazonian biology, but the rumors she had heard from the nations in the Far East had to take the cake. She, like any other sane person, had dismissed those crazy tall tales as nothing more than superstition and now this deranged woman, who was raised in those lands, wanted to mix myth with science.

"How about I give you all of my research and you let me go home? I'll never tell a soul that I came here!" Caroline offered.

"Silly girl, I already have all of your research and you aren't going anywhere except to an automated orphanage unless you participate in my experiment." Matilda replied with a grin, knowing she had the Little lady right where she wanted her.

"You've got to be fucking with me!"

"Watch your mouth young lady!" Matilda barked before regaining her composure.

"Seriously?! That's your plan to solve the Amazonian Infertility crisis?!" Caroline asked in an incredulous tone as she squirmed against her blinds.

"I think the government will be pleased with my ingenious solution to the Fertility crisis. I could see them using it to make sweet little babies out of all those foolish rebels that are in the prisons across Europa." Matilda cooed.

"So, you're telling me that I can either get shoved up inside of you or be shipped off to an orphanage after you s- scramble my brain?" Caroline struggled to find the strength to finish asking the question

"Yes, that is correct." The deranged doctor answered. "It's either help me make one of the greatest breakthroughs in Amazonian history or spend the rest of your days disgraced, brain dead and diapered in some state owned orphanage."

'Those are my options…'

Caroline couldn't believe the options she was given. She literally had everything to lose if she refused to go along with this crazy woman's experiment, but if she did go through with it she might suffocate or drown. There were so many variables that could go wrong with what she wanted to do and, if everything actually went right, she would most likely be, for all intents and purposes under the law, Matilda’s baby by birth.

"If I go along with this experiment, would I be allowed to go home once I'm… pushed out of your body?" Caroline asked, phrasing the question in such a way to avoid using the word 'born'.

"Yes, of course." Dr. Devereux was quick to answer.

This made the Little woman pause. Even though there was a chance of death, once she was born or, in this case, pushed out of her body, she would be allowed to go home and get credit for being a part of history. However, what was stopping the woman from claiming her as her daughter, taking her home and putting her in a nursery after the experiment was finished?

Matilda saw the look of concern and uncertainty spread across Caroline's face.

"If my research is correct, you will be given a better life. You will end up getting some of my genes and be able to grow up to be big and tall instead of being such a tiny little thing for the rest of your life." Matilda smirked.

Caroline wondered about her future if Matilda was right. If she did survive, there could be a freak chance that she might take on the genetic characteristics of her host. It wasn't exactly possible and sounded quite ludicrous since she was done growing because she was an adult, but what if this prenatal drug Dr. Devereux was talking about made her an Amazon? It was a crazy notion, but was it any crazier than being put into another woman's body? She had to try to think of the positives. If she was going to be forced to literally become an adult fetus then why shouldn't she hope for the best? The only thing more bizarre than becoming an Amazon through some bizarre genetic manipulation was the idea that Dr. Devereux had developed some kind of drug which allowed her to survive in the womb without oxygen or food.

'But what if it didn't work? What if the umbilical cord doesn't deploy? Do I end up suffocating and then pooped out of Dr. Devereux?'

Ultimately, both options would lead to her dying, but only one option gave her a slim chance of surviving and possibly coming out ahead in the process. Giving up and being lobotomized wouldn't kill her, but she would effectively be dead. She wouldn't be the same person afterwards and would need twenty four hour care for the rest of her life; everything she had fought for would be gone. If she did survive the experiment then at least she would still have her mind.

"What's it going to be, Caroline?" Matilda asked. "Do you want to be rendered mentally retarded and dropped off at an orphanage while I discredited everything you have ever done or do you want to become a part of history?"

Caroline didn't want to but she knew that she had to agree. "I guess I have no choice but to accept your proposal."

"Wonderful!" Dr. Devereux clasped her hands together as an ear to ear grin spread across her face. "Ladies! Caroline has agreed to the procedure!"

A flurry of footsteps echoed off the floor as the room was flooded by light. All of a sudden there were at least half a dozen Amazons wearing medical scrubs standing around Dr. Devereux.  Three women to the doctor's right and three to her left. They all stared at Caroline ominously from behind their surgical masks.

"I need her to be prepped for the procedure." Dr. Devereux said to the woman standing closest to her.

The giantess nodded and approached the Little strapped to the table while the other women got to work.

"Let's give the baby her medicine." The woman cooed as she picked up the syringe off of the tray.

Even with the woman's face obscured by a mask and hair cap Caroline was still able to recognize the woman; it was that horrible Ajnácska who she had bumped into earlier in the lab. That baby crazy Amazon was now standing over her holding a syringe.

"What's in the syringe?!" Caroline cried out as her mind instantly thought that Dr. Devereux had gone back on her word.

Ajnácska watched the Little wriggled around underneath the taut straps in amusement. She leaned over the girl and held the syringe in front of her face. "This is medicine to help your body grow an umbilical cord to accept your new mommy's nutrients."

Caroline's eyes went wide. Was this seriously happening? Was that why her stomach was hurting so much? Did she already get injected with some of Dr. Devereux crazy chemical concoction when she was asleep?

Ajnácska smiled as she undid the strap holding down Caroline's legs and, with her left hand, she lifted the woman's lower body up by her ankles. "Hold still." She cooed as she jabbed the needle into the Little's bottom and gave her an injection.

"I think you have figured out that we already gave you the first dose hours ago through an intravenous solution." Ajnácska said as she removed the needle from the girl's butt.

Caroline winced. "If you already gave me the medicine then why do I need a shot?

"For someone who is supposed to be a smart little girl, you're asking an awful lot of dumb questions." Ajnácska chuckled to herself, loving the look of fear on Caroline's face.

"That's not a dumb question!" Caroline whined and kicked her legs. "I just hate needles…"

"If you must know, this shot that I just gave you is only to be administered right before the procedure starts. It activates the medicine that is already in your body and starts the bonding process." The giant nurse explained in a voice reserved for children.

Caroline didn't have time to feel insulted by Ajnácska's condescending tone because, within a minute after the needle left her arm, a powerful spasm started to overwhelm her midsection. The pain from before paled in comparison to the tremors that were coming from her gut. With each passing second the pain seemed to be building up as her stomach started to wildly pulsate. She tried to grab her tiny tummy, but her muscles refused to respond as they grew numb, rendering them completely useless. Not that it mattered since she had completely forgotten about the straps holding her limbs pinned to the table.

"Ugh! What the hell is wrong with my stomach?!"

"That's the medicine taking effect on your little tummy, but don't you worry. There's a fast acting anesthetic that works in tandem with the medicine. It's gonna make you feel all better." The giantess cooed as she poked at Caroline's belly button.

Caroline could barely focus her eyes due to the tremendous pain emanating from her stomach, but she did watch her tormentor poke at her belly button. At least, it was a button when the woman had poked her. Caroline watched in disbelief as a small mass of skin pushed upwards from the tiny navel in her stomach until she had an outie!

"Aww, that looks so cute on you." The giant cooed down at her as she pulled out a jar.

"Wh-what's th-th-that tuff?" The Little Geneticist struggled with her mouth which was rapidly growing more and more numb with each moment's passing.

Ajnácska's big hands started slathering a bizarre kind of gel all over Caroline's naked body. She started at her shoulder blades and worked her way down past her new outie and down the Little woman's legs. Once the front of her body was thoroughly lubricated, Caroline felt the strap across her chest get removed. She was then flipped over and given the full body rub down all over the back of her legs, back and butt cheeks. It felt kind of like a massage and would've been pleasant if it was administered for a different purpose.

"Matilda, the baby is ready!" Caroline could hear Ajnácska's voice calling to Dr. Devereux.

"Good, I'm at maximum dilation. Bring her to me!" Matilda demanded from the other side of the room.

"Yes, Dr. Devereux." Ajnácska scooped the small, toddler sized woman up and held her against her body.

Ajnácska wasn't kidding. Caroline could barely feel her greased up arms as they hung limply at her sides. With such limited control over her limbs, Caroline was forced to rest her face against one of the giant's large breasts as the woman carried her across the room. It was a strange feeling; being completely numb and held against a giant's bosom due to how heavy her body felt.

“There’s my baby girl!”

Caroline could hear the familiar voice coming from behind her, but she couldn't move her head. A moment later Caroline could feel Ajnácska using her hand to support the back of her head as she was adjusted against the crook of the woman's bosom. Matilda Devereux slowly came into view as Caroline's body was reoriented until Caroline found herself staring at the lead scientist in utter disbelief. The woman was sitting with her legs spread wide and held up by the stirrups, but that wasn't the most shocking part. It was the sight of the woman's completely dilated vagina which triggered the realization that this was actually happening. Caroline could easily be pushed up into the woman based on how wide her vaginal lips were parted.

"Is my baby ready for her special time with mommy?”

Caroline shuddered at the thought as she stared at the woman who was going to be carrying her for-

'Wait! Just how long did I agree to do this crazy experiment for?!'

The Geneticist tried to speak, tried desperately to ask Dr. Devereux just how long she would be imprisoned inside of her womb, but her mouth wasn't working properly. Just like the rest of her body, it was too numb to function.

Matilda took note of her new baby's fussing and suddenly realized that the women had forgotten something very important.

"Réka, put the biodegradable rebreather on her." Matilda ordered.

Caroline saw one of the nurses approach her holding what looked like an oxygen mask that had two circular drums on each side of a mouthpiece. With very little effort, Caroline felt the plastic nipple of the rebreather enter her mouth. She tried to spit it out, but Ajnácska held it firmly in place.

"Bad girl." Ajnácska admonished.

"You need to keep that in your mouth until the umbilical cord is formed or else you will drown in my amniotic fluid." Matilda explained in a no nonsense tone.

Caroline ceased trying to dislodge the plastic mouthpiece and started to listen intently to what Dr. Devereux was saying. If this thing fell out of her mouth, at any time after the implantation, she would die of suffocation!

"I think she's ready, Dr. Devereux." Réka said, observing the Little woman in Ajnácska's arms.

"Yes, she is. However, unlike the standard procedure, I want to be able to do the honors myself."

All the women present stared at Dr. Devereux, unsure of whether or not that was a good idea, but none of the Amazons wanted to upset their boss so they simply remained silent. It was Ajnácska who finally held the small woman out towards Matilda. The lead researcher had to sit up to accept her petite bundle of joy with outstretched arms.

"Try not to squirm too much, Caroline or you might lose your rebreather." Matilda warned as she held Caroline from underneath her armpits.

Matilda didn't wait for a response from her little rival. She quickly lowered Caroline down to her pelvis and pushed the Little face first into her vagina.

"Mmpphh!" Caroline exclaimed as her head was engulfed by darkness.

It had looked so much wider, but it was still a tight fit. Caroline could feel her head and shoulder blades being squeezed between Matilda's slick vaginal muscles as she was pulled deeper into the woman's birth canal. She tried to move her arms and legs to grab onto something and keep herself from being sucked in, but her body was covered in the gel and was completely numb and useless. Despite her attempts at wriggling, the wet tunnel was taking more of her now that her shoulder blades were completely consumed. Caroline wanted to scream, but knew better than to do that. So far she was still breathing thanks to the strange plastic equipment she had been given.

Matilda pushed her legs against the stirrups as she struggled to take the rest of Caroline's body into her womb. Her hand was pushing against Caroline's slippery bottom, trying to get leverage over the tiny thing and push her in. As she pushed Caroline in, her breathing grew more rapid and labored as her muscles worked overtime, clasping around Caroline's midsection and pulling the Little woman deeper into the Amazon's body, inch by inch. Even after being injected with an epidural she couldn't believe how much pain she was in!

"That's it, Matilda! You're halfway there!" One of her colleagues praised.

The identically dressed scientists were watching over the woman. Réka stood in front of the monitor, watching her boss' readings while the rest of the women gawked at Dr. Devereux. Normally, they would be the ones pushing the girl in while monitoring the mother's vitals, but Matilda was a strong and stubborn woman. It came as no surprise that she would risk her health and do this on her own without any help.

Suddenly, a strained and painful shout came from Matilda as she felt Caroline's limp legs withdraw into her swollen pussy.

"Oh, my God!"

Caroline heard the muffled scream, but all her eyes could see was black as her body was pushed out of the tight tunnel and into a cramped enclosure. An immense pressure came from all around her as the muscles surrounding her pushed inwards on her body, forcing her into the fetal position; it was a very odd experience. She felt claustrophobic at first, but her mind started to associate the warmth of Dr. Devereux's uterus with an oddly familiar sense of comfort which proved to be quite welcoming in its own way.

That feeling of comfort and tranquility was swiftly interrupted by her mind focusing on the pain in her stomach. It seemed that Dr. Devereux's experimental prenatal drugs were forcing her to grow something from her stomach. Caroline curled even more in on herself as her limp hands tried to clench her throbbing gut. The amniotic fluid seemed to aid her weak attempts at moving her arms and she actually managed to accidentally brush her hand against a large, snake like mass that was coming from her midsection; her new umbilical cord!

She held her breath due to the immense pain that overwhelmed her body. A few minutes passed before the pain subsided she tried to breathe normally.

'Wait a minute. I haven't been breathing the entire time!'

It was such a weird sensation. She was getting oxygen, but wasn't breathing.

A thick membrane of cells started to cradle her as she settled into her new home. The mass that was slowly starting to surround her body would form her womb and the lifegiving placenta which would sustain her. She felt herself becoming extremely exhausted and allowed her consciousness to drift away as the warmth of Matilda's body claimed her.

Matilda's breathing slowly returned to normal and she reclined her sweat covered body back against the chair. Somehow Caroline's body had stretched her vagina to its limit, but the pain and tribulation of the procedure was well worth it. Matilda smiled as her exhausted hand caressed her pregnant baby bump in a loving yet possessive manner. "You're with mommy now."

Oh no how surprising.

No times seriously interesting chapter I'm really curious how it continues.

This was one of the ways it was going to go down. Caroline was cautious, but she was also too idealistic and believed herself to be too valuable to the Amazons. That last part is actually true too. Any sane Amazon would see that she is basically their savior, but these Amazons are baby crazy.

I am very sorry for your loss!
It is never easy and always comes at an inopportune time.

But it also clearly shows that there are more important things in life than writing erotic stories or consuming addictively.

Why don't you just take some time off?
To process everything in peace, I'm sure most people will understand ...

My condolences, be sure

I actually had a ten hour car ride back home to process things. Plus, my phone broke so I had a few days to think things over on top of the drive. It's sad and I will miss him, but he's no longer suffering. He had battled skin cancer for the past 5 years; he's at peace now. If I take any more time off from writing I run the risk of becoming homeless. Thank you for your concern though.

I am sorry to hear about you losing your grandfather.  I had a feeling that this is what was going on in the lower level.  Looking forward to see how it comes out.

Thank you for your condolences.

It is a highly secretive level on an already top secret research facility so there was bound to be unethical experiments going on down here. Interesting choice of words... we will see if Caroline comes out herself or something that looks like her but acts like a baby. ;)

---On The Other Side Of The Compound---

Zsófia laid in bed, staring at the ceiling after leaving Caroline alone with Dr. Devereux in a subterranean ward of the facility. She spent hours lying with her head on the pillow worrying about her little Caroline, fearing that the crazy doctor had taken her away from her forever. Every hour or so, she would check her phone, hoping to find a missed call from Dr. Devereux to retrieve the Little Geneticist and guide her back to her private suite, but that call never came. With nothing better to do, Zsófia would look over the events of the day on her phone's news feed. It seemed like a decent distraction from the overwhelming anxiety that continually threatened to overwhelm her.

Once she came across the fashion trends for new mothers and their Littles, she had thrown her phone across the room in a fit of rage before rolling over and crying into her pillow after seeing the pictures. Try as she might, she couldn't stop thinking about Caroline or the fact that she was still in that damn ward; that unholy place where Littles went to join with the desperate Amazons who would do anything to become mothers in the most literal sense of the word.

She was nothing like those women!

Yes, Zsófia wanted to spirit Caroline away from this facility and spoil her for the rest of her days in a lavish and luxurious nursery where she would have everything a baby could ever desire. However, she wanted to adopt Caroline the traditional way; the normal way! She wanted absolutely nothing to do with those women who were crazy enough to risk destroying their babies! What was going on in the depths of this facility was wrong and immoral!

Zsófia wanted to be a mommy, but she wouldn't dare risk Caroline's life like the fiends in the underground lab were doing!

As dawn approached, Zsófia struggled to keep her thoughts positive as the image of herself walking away from Caroline kept plaguing her conscious thoughts. Why didn't she scoop Caroline up and run for her car the moment she got off the phone with Dr. Devereux? Why didn't she tell Caroline what was happening to the Littles at this research center? At least that way she could've gotten Caroline to leave of her own accord.

Zsófia pulled her face out from the hot and moist confines of the pillow which was soaked with her tears. Despite how she felt, despite how much she wanted to keep crying, the surface of the pillow had become unbearable for her face to endure. She flipped it over and laid on her side, wanting nothing more than to fall into a deep sleep; the giant woman was both physically and mentally exhausted.

Out of the corner of her eye Zsófia noticed a glimmer of morning light catch the barrel of her nickel plated nine millimeter pistol which sat on her dresser. Thoughts of the front came flooding back to her. She recalled being dispatched with her squad to aid an allied platoon to help liberate a village on route to the capital of what was once an enemy nation. Images of dead and dying Amazons littered the streets of the once quiet village came flooding back to her in that instant. The dead were partisans and were killed by the hands of her countrymen and the allied forces whom her squad had been assigned to. It had been a bloodbath, but they prevailed over the poorly trained defenders.

Troops slowly walked the streets with their machine guns drawn as a few searched the dead and dying for anything that could aid them in their future engagements. It was at that moment a group of Littles emerged from a battered building and started firing on them from a busted in doorway.

Zsófia replayed the scene slowly in her mind as she watched the horrible moment unfold; a comrade from the allied nation had taken a bullet in the shoulder from what she thought was the enemy. In a split second, she was on the ground and returning fire before he had dropped to the street.

How she wished she hadn't been so well trained.

If she hadn't been so fast on her toes she wouldn't have ended the lives of three innocent children. Of course, she had trained herself to refuse such labels ever since that day and tried to think of the Littles as fellow adults, but at the end of the day, they were simply children and she had killed them. Oh, sure, the rest of the troops in her area had peppered that doorway with enough lead to fully stock a gun store, but she had been the first to unload her machine gun. Zsófia knew that she had put at least one bullet between the eyes of a Little woman; no more than a girl really.

Once the barrage of hellfire ended, she disregarded every ounce of common sense and abandoned everything she had learned in basic training; she got up and ran over to where the poor things were bleeding out. While the rest of the troops watched in shock, she scooped up the dead Little woman and held her close to her chest, screaming to the dead girl. It didn't matter what she said, there was no bringing her back.

That was over ten years ago and one of the main reasons why she was assigned to work as a security officer at the facility.

Suddenly, an overwhelming urge to jump out of bed, pick up the gun and jam it into her mouth consumed her entire being. She was ready to atone for her sins; she was prepared to die. Fighting back the impulse, she clenched her tear stained eyes shut and desperately prayed that Caroline was safe. She hoped that Dr. Devereux had simply reprimanded the Little and sent her back to her room with one of the other security personnel. Clinging onto that thought, she was able to shake away the darkness and find the strength needed to continue living.

A steady, but ear piercing sound came from beside her bed from the nightstand.

"Shit, it's time to get up." Zsófia muttered,  as she dragged herself out of bed.

The shower warmed her body and washed away the tears, but ultimately it passed by in a blur for Zsófia who felt like she was doing everything robotically as she finished getting dressed into her uniform. Things suddenly came into focus when she grabbed her pistol. Normally, she would just holster it and go off to start her shift, but she couldn't stop herself from staring at it.

'I left her down there; down there in that fucked up part of the facility where the implantations are performed. There's nothing I can do to save Caroline from that crazy bitch. Why should I continue liv-'

The sound of her ringtone snapped her out of that macabre moment and pulled her attention to the ground where her phone laid. Zsófia holstered her weapon and picked up the phone.

"Hello?"

"Hey, Zsófia. Dr. Devereux is requesting everyone's presence in the main auditorium." Zsófia heard her friend Erzsébet say.

"Why?" Zsófia asked in a monotone voice.

"The blanket statement that was issued to the front desk implied that she had an announcement to make in regards to her research." Erzsébet explained.

"I see." Zsófia replied.

"Zsófia, I can tell by the sound of your voice that you're worried about that Little doctor." Erzsébet stated before adding, "I looked her up and I don't think Matilda would do anything to her."

"Erzsébet, I-" Zsófia found herself pausing to think of how she should word her statement. "I am worried because Matilda had me take her down to the subterranean labs."

"Oh, I see why you're so upset." Erzsébet replied in a more somber tone. "I didn't think she would be foolish enough to throw away such-"

"Erzsébet! Stop!" Zsófia shouted into the cell phone. "I don't want to hear it!"

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to make you feel any worse. Maybe you shouldn't go to the auditorium and just relax in your room. If anyone asks, I'll tell them that you weren't feeling well." Erzsébet offered.

"No." Zsófia replied. "I can't continue to hide my feelings like this. I'm going to the auditorium."

"That's the spirit! Maybe Matilda and Caroline spent the entire night working together down there and made a breakthrough." Erzsébet replied, trying to be optimistic.

"That thought hadn't crossed my mind, but I highly doubt Caroline would approve of what goes on down there. Hell, I don't even think what they do down there has any merit at all." The lieutenant stated, her distaste shining through her words.

"I'm not a fan of it either, but if what Matilda is doing can help us have our own children one day, I think we can all agree that it's for the greater good." Erzsébet explained.

"There is no 'greater good' in this world, Erzsébet. That's just what we tell ourselves after we have committed crimes that we cannot atone for." Zsófia replied bitterly.

"Zsófia, relax. They're just Littles. If you want a Little that badly then ask for a few days leave and adopt one."

"That's not going to fix what's wrong with me." The disheartened soldier said before hanging up the phone.

A sudden wave of sadness washed over Zsófia. She had never thought of her friend as that kind of woman; the kind who could just grab a Little at random and adopt them. For years, Zsófia had fought her maternal feelings and stuffed them deep down inside herself. However, Caroline was someone special. She wasn't just any Little; she was her Little!

All of a sudden she felt even more determined to do something about that crazy woman. If Matilda Devereux did what Zsófia feared she did to Caroline then she was going to pay dearly.

Zsófia left her private quarters and marched down the hallway leading to the auditorium with a purpose. A few scientists and her fellow security officers were walking towards the main entrance to the assembly hall, but she briskly passed them by. Upon entering the glass covered amphitheater Zsófia realized that the people she passed in the hallway were stragglers since most of the seats were already taken. Still, that didn't bother her, she could stand in the aisle near the front of the stage and wait for the bitch to take the podium.

Despite the glass ceiling, a spotlight fell upon the curtain dividing the stage into two sections. In between a partition of the velvet red curtains, a tall and bloated figure emerged, proudly walking towards the podium while waving her hand. There was no mistaking her for anyone else; it was none other than Dr. Devereux and she looked like she was nine months pregnant!

Zsófia had to take a deep breath as her mind suddenly went blank. It was one thing stressing over it all night long, but to actually see the culmination of all of her fears standing before her very own eyes was a shock to her system. Everything slowed down as she heard her own heart beating inside her head, thudding away like a jackhammer.

"Good morning, everyone!" Matilda Devereux announced from the side of the podium. "As you may have noticed, I am with child."

A round of applause and a few cheers erupted from the audience. Everyone was so happy to see this development since they rightfully assumed that the good doctor had made a breakthrough. However, a few of the nurses present grinned and chatted amongst themselved as their boss played it up; they knew the truth and soon the rest of the audience would too.

Matilda waited for the applause to die down as she bathed in the attention of her colleagues. This was a rather warped facsimile of what had happened the previous day and she couldn't help but grin. Yesterday, she had introduced some of these people to Dr. Caroline Miller, but today she wasn't introducing Caroline Miller. No, she was introducing her unborn baby; Caroline Devereux to the facility!

She suddenly heard heavy footsteps start approaching her from the side of the stage as the crowd gasped. Matilda glanced towards the source of the echoing footfalls on her stage and immediately scowled upon seeing that the intruder was none other than Lieutenant Zsófia Szalai. Before she could even utter a word, the disgruntled soldier raised her gun and pointed it at her.

"Zsófia!" Matilda exclaimed. "What do you think you're doing?!"

Oh geeze! You had to go and leave us on a cliff-hanger! ^.^ Can't wait for more!

If I left you wanting more than I did my job. ;)

Here's the exciting conclusion to last week's cliffhanger!

"Shut up, you crazy bitch!" The normally reserved lieutenant growls with her trigger finger poised. "You have stolen Caroline from me and lied to my government; the government that I and numerous others in this room swore an Oath to protect!"

"I cannot steal what was never yours to begin with, Lieutenant." The overly pregnant scientist stated in a calm voice.

"You're right. Caroline didn't belong to me, but that's because she is an adult; she's no one property!" Zsófia shouted, holding her weapon steady with both hands, ready to pull the slide back with her left hand and pull the trigger.

"And that's why Caroline volunteered to test my new prenatal supplements. The very talented Dr. Miller wanted to help in anyway she could and when I offered-"

"That's bullshit!" Zsófia screamed. "Why would she risk her life by being a Guinea pig in your sick experiment when there's three dozen Littles who could take her place?"

"I'd let you ask her yourself, but she's busy sleeping right now." Matilda grinned.

"I don't know what you have on her, but this stops here!" The former frontline officer cried as her left hand pulled back the slide of her pistol. "You're going to get your ass down to your fucked up lab and I'm going to keep this gun pointed at your head until Caroline is free from your gut!"

"No, I'm not leaving this stage." Matilda replied in a calm voice.

"You're wrong!" Zsófia exclaimed. "You're leaving this stage in a body bag!"

"If you kill me then you'll also kill poor little Caroline." The pregnant woman stated with a smirk.

"No! That can't be true!" Zsófia felt her arms begin to shake.

"Oh, but it is." Matilda replied, her voice rich in a mock sense of sadness as she continued to buy time. "I'm her lifeline and she'll suffocate when my heart stops beating."

Zsófia took a breath, trying to calm her nerves when she had an epiphany. "I don't need to kill you to get what I want."

"Wha- what are you talking about?!" The once confident doctor demanded, her voice wavering as she watched Zsófia point her pistol towards her feet.

Before Zsófia could pull the trigger she felt a pair of hands grab her roughly by the back of her jacket, bringing her down hard onto the wooden surface of the stage. She instinctively tried to pull away from her unseen subduer only for three Amazon security officials to pin her down. With her weapon kicked away from her hand, Zsófia was forced to place her hands behind her back and was yanked up onto her feet. She found her hands bound by a zip tie and was escorted off of the stage in disgrace.

Matilda Devereux wiped a bit of sweat from her brow as she took her proper place at the podium to resume her speech.

"Anyway, as I was going to say; Caroline Miller volunteered to enter into my womb to test out the new prenatal supplements that we have been developing here." A few gasps and hushed murmurs filled the auditorium before Dr. Devereux resumed speaking. "I know it sounds controversial, but my research has explored all options in curing the fertility problems that we women face whenever we try to conceive and the experiments we have conducted have shown that the best solution is to carry a Little in our bodies to jumpstart our reproductive systems. At this point in the clinical trials, I've decided to join our fellow volunteers and try to jumpstart my own reproduction system. Using the knowledge I've gained from my native Honshu, which has long practiced customs such as birthing Littles, combined with a new drug I've developed, I believe that we can all overcome our infertility without the pain that the Honshun women experience!"

A staggered applause responded to her announcement as most people in the audience approved of her methods while a few remained skeptical. One such skeptic sat in the front row and looked incredibly upset with the direction Dr. Devereux was taking the research facility in. He didn't wait to address her in the lab and opted to stand up in front of everyone present.

"I have humored the ideas you've brought with you from the East and have tolerated your personal projects that have been funded with my nation's money, but this latest development in your so called 'research' is utterly reprehensible!" Dr. Barbas declared in front of the entire auditorium.

"Why am I not surprised that you're unhappy with my latest breakthrough, Dr. Barbas?" Dr. Devereux sighed from her position at the podium.

"Because it isn't a breakthrough!" The man with salt and pepper speckled throughout his short hair shouted. "You've tested your pain pills on numerous artificially impregnated women before today!"

"They're not pain pills." Dr. Devereux corrected. "They're prenatal supplements which help the Little living in the mother's womb sleep throughout the numerous trimesters that we must carry them for."

"Oh, my apologies. I didn't mean to insult your groundbreaking discovery of sleeping pills funded on my nation's dime." Dr. Barbas replied with heavy sarcasm.

"They're not sleeping pills, you senile old fool!" Dr. Devereux barked. "They help synch up the Little's body to their host which allows the host to naturally use her hormones to calm a stressed out or overstimulated Little until they're lulled into a deep sleep."

"I see, and why have you decided to throw away one of the brightest minds I've ever had the privilege of conversing with just so you can play 'mommy?' Such narcissistic hubris has doomed the real research that I was conducting!" The older scientist declared.

"You have had far too much time to come up with results and you have nothing to show for your time here!" Dr. Devereux fired back before adding, "we can successfully implant a prepubescent Little and, upon being reborn, they will have all the genes of an Amazon thanks to my prenatal supplements, thus repopulating this country whose population was in steady decline!"

Dr. Barbas was about to respond to her statement when literally everyone in the building got onto their feet and started clapping. Shocked by this turn of events, he looked around at his colleagues in disbelief. Dr. Miller had literally given him so much insight into the genetic issues facing his fellow Amazons in just a single day and yet everyone present was literally showering that hack who practiced barbaric birthing techniques on stage with praise!

"Dr. Caroline Miller is a genius and made some remarkable breakthroughs yesterday and you have chosen to ignore them. Your little experiment is not only risking her mental health, but the collective health of our society!" Dr. Barbas brought a hand up to his temple and rubbed it before continuing, "I can no longer aid your research if your idea of progress is sacrificing great minds just because they happen to be shorter than you. In summation; I quit!"

Dr. Devereux smiled, happy to see the old man walking up the aisle. 'That old fool has been a thorn in my side for far too long.'

"Well, if that is all the naysayers out of the way then I think it is time that we resume our research. I want everyone assigned to the main lab to switch over to analyzing the data we have collected on the first batch of volunteers. From here on out our research will move away from cracking the genetic code and be dedicated to unlocking the ability to create Amazons from Littles!" The pregnant doctor raised an outstretched arm into the air as the assembled scientists cheered.

Hopefully Barbas and Zsófia will team up and bring Devereux down.

Now that sounds like it would be fun to see. Zsófia is probably getting court martialed or, at the very least, transferred to another facility after recieving psychiatric treatment so it's not entirely possible. Then again, wouldn't that be a great sequel?

Sometime later, it could have been a few minutes or hours that had passed or even days or weeks into the future; Caroline wasn't entirely sure, but she was slowly regaining her senses. Once she felt completely alert, she resumed her exploration of Matilda's womb, searching for anything that she could use as a passage to escape. After aimlessly reaching into the abyss for what felt like an eternity, she finally felt something that encompassed her on all sides; it was the uterine wall. Upon realizing that there was no way to escape, Caroline unleashed her anguish, forcing her heavy and sluggish legs to kick outwards through the fluid until she made contact with something solid; the placenta. After landing a few kicks Caroline could feel a strange pressure all over her body; it felt like the walls of her organic prison were being pressed against her body, like she was being rubbed all over from the outside.

As Caroline tried to process what was happening to her, the cord attached to her started to pulsate, pumping her stomach full of nutrients. The agitated woman tried to pull at the cord, tried to stop the flow of fluid entering her stomach, but she quickly found herself becoming more relaxed with each passing second. Her arms and legs grew heavy and she could barely keep her eyes open as her rage vanished. Try as she might, she couldn't even remember what had gotten her so upset as an involuntary yawn overcame her, causing her to take a deep breath of the fluid.

Within seconds of her rebellion Caroline lost consciousness and was entering yet another deep hibernation. All around her changes were taking place: the placenta was gradually thickening, growing larger by only a few centimeters, but still becoming bigger with each passing day to ensure that she would receive the sustenance needed to survive her next two trimesters.

---Six Months Later---

While Caroline slept in Matilda's womb, work continued to progress in the research facility. The Amazon scientists were busy perfecting Matilda's prenatal supplements while the nurses and other doctors present monitored their effects on the Amazon volunteers. Even though Dr. Devereux was pregnant, she stood right alongside every volunteer through doctor visits and ultrasound readings. She may have joined their ranks, but she didn't see herself as a volunteer and refused to take any time off until her fellow scientists came to her on a cold morning eight months to the day she unbirthed Caroline and told her that it was time to take her maternity leave.

Despite being eight months pregnant, Matilda hadn't even realized that she was approaching the glorious day she would be reunited with her baby. So, with a heavy heart, she stepped down from officially overseeing her research and joined the volunteers. However, unlike every other pregnant Amazon in the facility, she retained certain rights and benefits that the other women did not have. For instance, she still had vacation days and wanted to visit her mother who still lived in Honshu before she gave birth.

Before Matilda could be cleared to board an airplane, the Pannonian government demanded that she recieve an ultrasound to ensure that her baby was developing and could handle a flight. The pregnant doctor had scoffed at the notion of needing an ultrasound. After all, the little kicks Caroline gave her every few weeks told her that the girl was doing just fine, but after talking to Ajnácska, and a few of her other favorite colleagues, she realized it would be exciting to see how the once proud and stubborn Dr. Caroline Miller was doing inside of her womb. So, Matilda scheduled her own ultrasound with Ajnácska for the next morning and retired to her room, cupping her pregnant belly.

Around seven in the morning, Matilda sat in the medical quarters of the subterranean area of the facility. She had her shirt lifted, exposing her bulging belly as Ajnácska rubbed a thick solution over her round stomach. She waited patiently for her friend and fellow physician to finish applying the solution to her massive baby bump. In truth, Matilda couldn't help but admit that it felt nice to be given a light massage. It wasn't long after Caroline was unbirthed that she lost the ability to reach the bottom of her belly; she had literally been nine months pregnant the moment she exited the operating room that fateful day so many months ago. Speaking of Caroline, it seemed that the rubbing had awakened her briefly.

"She's kicking." Ajnácska observed with a smile.

"Yeah, my little Caroline has been trying to get out since the day she went in." Matilda smirked, causing both women to laugh like fools.

"If you don't mind me asking, why are you keeping her name?" The older woman asked, genuinely curious.

"I think it's a very cute name. It fits her perfectly." Dr. Devereux paused before continuing, wondering if she should tell her friend her plan. Finally, she worked up the nerve to speak her mind. "But she's going to be taking my last name. That's why I'm flying out to have my daughter born overseas. It will all be made official by a birth certificate issued in Honshu."

"But if my government finds out-" Matilda raised a finger, silencing Ajnácska.

"Ajnácska, you are one of my most trusted colleagues and friends. The Pannonian government has gotten exactly what I promised them; a cure for their population's decline. I promise you that nothing will happen to me, or by extension, yourself."

"But Matilda, they want Caroline to be born in Pannonia! You know that if she retains her intelligence that they want her to be a citizen!" The older woman exclaimed.

"That's why I want you to set my due date for approximately three weeks from now, which is a week after I'm supposed to return from giving my lectures on my latest breakthroughs in Honsho." Dr. Devereux explained with a grin.

Ajnácska looked over at the pregnant doctor with a knowing smile. "I see, that way if a certain little lady gets uppity and you have a 'premature' birth, the pencil pushers can't object."

"Exactly." The expecting mother replied with an air of smug superiority. "They're getting exactly what they want but my baby is my property."

"I understand wholeheartedly. If there is anything else you want me to do before you leave, just say the word and I'll gladly it."

"I appreciate the offer, but that should cover all the loose ends. Now, since we've gotten that important issue out of the way, how about we have some fun and take a peek at Caroline?" Matilda gazed down at her round, glistening stomach,

"I thought you'd never ask." Ajnácska replied, grabbing the probe from its holster and bringing it up against Matilda's massively bulging belly.

Matilda couldn't help but giggle as Ajnácska ran the wand shaped device across her orb shaped stomach. Even Caroline was stirring due to the various vibrations which the wand produced. It was a bit like echolocation and each wave of sound sent into the womb was bounced back the moment it hit Caroline. Needless to say, the Little Geneticist was confused by this inconceivable invasion of her tiny tranquil space in Dr. Devereux womb and started kicking against the walls of her organic enclosure. Even with all the activity in the womb, an image of Caroline was starting to form on the monitor which was on the wall. Despite the short burst of pain which came from her womb, Matilda Devereux looked positively amazed to see the picture of her future daughter forming before her very eyes.

As Matilda's body fed Caroline a steady stream of hormones to help the unborn woman go back to sleep, Matilda couldn't believe how adorable she looked curling back up into the fetal position like that in her stomach. A lone tear fell from her eye as she gazed at the image. Even though she was a scientist first and foremost, and knew that she was simply looking at an image of a Little who had basically been transplanted into her womb via unbirthing, her Amazonian hormones were getting the better of her mind. What was strictly supposed to be a scientific experiment was now becoming so much more beautiful and complicated to the expecting mother.

“Oh my God." Dr. Devereux uttered just a whisper. "I can't believe how beautiful she is."

"Congratulations, mommy!" Ajnácska announced, patting her friend's pregnant stomach with her gloved hand.

Matilda brought a hand to her eyes, wiping away the tears that were threatening to spill from her eyes. It took a moment or two, but the doctor was finally able to regain her composure and looked over at Ajnácska, who was smiling at her.

"I don't know what to say." The pregnant doctor said.

"There's nothing quite like truly seeing your child for the first time." Ajnácska stated, saying nothing more as she sat there on her small stool, waiting for her friend and colleague to speak.

"I thought this whole thing was a waste of time and resources, but I completely understand why the volunteers kept asking for ultrasounds every week." Matilda replied, chuckling to herself.

"They obviously couldn't go a week without seeing their future children; It's such a heartwarming moment that seems to cement the fact that these women are really about to become mothers." Ajnácska explained.

Dr. Devereux nodded, watching the image on the screen as Caroline subconsciously brought her little fist towards her face and pushed her thumb into her mouth.

The older woman smiled at her pregnant friend while remembering each and every exam she had given during the past year. Each and every reaction was sweet and wholesome. None of the Amazons knew about the fact that they had basically biologically stole away a person's life the moment they were impregnated with the Little men and women who had naively volunteered for the study. Few probably would've cared and some, even when seeing a pair of breasts of their future daughters, simply chose to ignore such an odd sight on what should've been a fetus. Despite knowing the truth, Ajnácska couldn't help but feel her heart swell every time she saw the reaction on the face of an expecting mother; this time was no different.

"Temporary borders." Matilda Devereux muttered to herself as she caressed her bulging belly.

Ajnácska placed the probe back into its holster and picked up a clipboard. She glanced over the information while Matilda cupped her pregnant belly and started to wrap things up by reading the information out loud.

"You'll be happy to know the blood test shows that your baby has been getting all of her nutrients." Ajnácska said, getting back into her professional mindset.

"What about the prenatal supplements? I want to know if there's been any adverse reactions." Matilda spoke up, for the first time in months, a tiny bit of anxiety was evident in her voice.

"From what I've seen on the monitor, and based on what all the tests have shown, I feel quite confident that she's still one hundred percent Caroline both mentally and physically." The older woman assured her friend.

"I can tell from the ultrasound that there hasn't been any changes in her physical make up, unlike some of the volunteers who were implanted with the younger Littles." Matilda observed in a clinical tone.

"Those women are truly blessed. They're going to have a baby that is there own flesh and blood." Ajnácska added, sounding quite envious of those particular women.

Matilda scowled. "Caroline will share my blood!"

"I didn't mean to insult you." Ajnácska replied, taken aback by her friend's outburst.

The heavily pregnant woman sighed. "I shouldn't have snapped at you. I'm just feeling a bit jealous, I guess."

"You're still going to become a mother and she will always be your baby." Ajnácska offered.

"I know, but it's just not the same as those some of those women. Their babies were Littles, but will be born Amazons and will go on to have their own children when the time comes while Caroline will never have children of her own."

"That may be, but you know a girl like Caroline is going to need a father with a firm hand. And, she's probably going to get lonely without a brother or sister to play with." Ajnácska winked, trying to clarify her statement without being too obvious.

"You're absolutely right! Caroline will be the start of what is going to be a very large family!" Matilda boasted, feeling energized by this realization.

"That's the spirit!" Ajnácska smiled. "So, how are you feeling about giving birth on the thirtieth?"

"That sounds perfect." Matilda answered as Ajnácska wiped the jelly off of her belly.

"Great, I'll see you in three weeks from now." Ajnácska winked once more while throwing away her gloves.

"I'll be there." Matilda chuckled as she got up from the chair.

The moment she got to her feet Caroline shifted in her womb, almost knocking the pregnant doctor off balance. She slowly regained her balance as the burst of activity coming from within her womb ceased. Matilda gazed downwards at her protruding stomach and started to gently rub her belly.

"Soon, Caroline. I know you're impatient,  but very soon you'll be reunited with mommy." Matilda cooed.

"Good luck with your lectures and rembeber to have fun out there!" The older woman called out to her friend as she walked out of the room.

“I will!" Matilda replied as she walked out the door and proceeded to make her way towards the elevator.

My brain is processing a million ideas about what will go wrong and the only image that arises in my head is a burning forest.

I wanted to share with you briefly how it usually looks in my brain after such stories and chapters.

Thank you for your input. Ironically enough, I was planning on writing a scene where Matilda's visit to her mother was more in depth and in a village surrounded by a forest, but that didn't really add much to the tale except introduce another character to the story.

---A Week Later: On The Island of Honshu---

After landing in Honshu, Matilda spent a busy week catching up with her friends from school and eventually made her way down to the tiny hamlet of Kuroi Ishi. She was only able to spend two days at her mother's house, chatting with the woman who had nurtured her curiosity and interest in the old ways of Honshu. Unbirthing Littles wasn't as widely practiced as it was in the olden days before Honshu was opened up to the rest of the world, but women like her mother kept the tradition alive by teaching it in the various universities throughout the land. The fact that she was carrying on her mother's work was one of the reasons why she had returned home; Not only would she be giving birth to what would be her Mother's granddaughter, but she also needed to give a lecture at her alma mater.

That was why she was standing slightly backstage, waiting to be introduced to the students who would one day shape her homeland. Matilda Devereux rarely felt nervous, but as she stood behind the curtain, she felt like her stomach was full of butterflies. It was a sensation she had never experienced before and she could only attribute it to anxiety. Why was she anxious? She couldn't say. This wasn't her first speech and it wouldn't be her last, but something didn't feel right in her gut. It felt like things were moving around, but Caroline wasn't stirring.

'I remember now. My stomach is probably killing me because I stopped taking my prenatal supplements.' The pregnant doctor thought as she caressed her sore stomach.

"It's an honor for me to introduce our highly esteemed speaker today, who has traveled all the way from Pannonia to talk to us about preserving our population through the ancient methods of unbirth and thus ensuring that our nation has a bright future. This is a matter that will personally affect you, or your friends and family, in one way or another. Our speaker has spent her entire career researching new ways to perfect the medical practice of unbirthing Littles and she has decided to speak with us all about her latest discovery; a promising new supplement which will help every woman rejuvenate her reproduction system!"

A resounding amount of applause interrupted the nine foot tall Amazon man who had been hyping up the crowd for Dr. Devereux. It took roughly thirty seconds for the crowd of young men and women to quit cheering as their clapping slowly faded into silence.

"I'm happy to see you're all so excited to hear what the good doctor has to say. So, without further delay, please join me in welcoming our very own award-winning daughter of Honshu, Doctor of Fertility and Unbirth, Dr. Matilda Devereux!"

Once again, the auditorium filled with a thunderous ovation from the audience as a very pregnant Dr. Devereux made her way to the podium waving her raised right hand. She finally completed the short walk and stood behind the podium, smiling while patiently waiting for the crowd to calm down. It seemed that they were truly excited to hear about her latest breakthrough which made Matilda's smile absolutely genuine.

Most lecture halls she had visited lately were in Europa where she would routinely deal with pseudo intellectual brats who stopped her in the halls to debate with her the merits of her doctorate and her goals as a doctor. Many had seemed to have already written her, and the practice of unbirth, off before she ever took the stage. They not only scoffed at her work, but some of those Europan college kids had argued that Littles were equal to an Amazon. Matilda knew that such thinking was foolish and a complete waste of time; it was literally a sign of how far the schools in Europa had fallen from grace. This was different; she was home and her country was experiencing a resurgence in unbirthing Littles thanks to the groundwork her mother, and other women like her, had laid many decades ago to revive the old ways. Now, roughly twenty percent of the women in Honsho unbirthed Littles in an effort to be able to have actual Amazonian offspring. Still, it wasn't enough and her drug would triple that number if she had her way.

"I'm so very excited to be back here in my homeland, at my old alma mater. It's been over two years since I've spoken on this stage and I'm sure some of you who are studying to become doctors might notice that I am pregnant with a Little!"

A few cheers punctuated the otherwise quiet crowd.

"Now, I know what some of you young ladies are thinking out there as you look at me; that looks extremely painful. Well I'm here to reassure you that it wasn't painful at all and that's due entirely to my latest discovery, but before I start talking about my newest groundbreaking prenatal supplements, I want to give some of you out there a brief history lesson." Dr. Devereux smiled.

"The practice of Unbirthing a Little to promote the health of an infertile woman was once an extremely painful practice that sometimes killed the mother and child, but this was before the introduction of modern techniques and painkillers. Before the modern era, the practice of unbirth had a very high mortality rate. One out of four mothers and littles were lost for every three or four women who succeeded in birthing the Little. This was a fact of life in the feudal ages when a family's strength was typically measured by heads and not wealth. It didn't matter if you were from a farming family or born into a noble family; every family needed progeny to tend their lands and estates. They needed children to carry their name into battle or forward into the future. A farmer needed sons to sow and reap the fields just like a nobile family needed daughters to marry other nobility, thus expanding their own influence. This was why the pastime of capturing the Littles who foolishly came into Amazonian towns from their far flung outposts and tribes to unbirth them was so popular in the past."

Matilda paused, letting that picture resonate in the minds of her audience.

"However, as you may have noticed, only two out of ten infertile women practice the traditional ways of curing infertility by using a Little for their intended purpose. What does modern society do with the cure for infertility? We keep them as living dolls and faux children when they are meant to serve a higher purpose; rejuvenating an Amazon's stagnant reproductive system!"

A roar of applause followed Matilda's heart felt delivery. These people knew that Littles weren't just meant to be play things. They knew that surgery had failed the people of Honshu and no amount of mapping the Amazonian Genome would solve the age old problem of infertility. They, just like Dr. Devereux, were completely convinced that nothing short of stuffing a Little up into a barren womb would save the future of their nation.

"The low reproduction rate and stigma surrounding Unbirthing at the beginning of the modern era was unacceptable to women like my mother who went on to champion new techniques which were coupled with modern medicine. This combination of long lost wisdom and new drugs coming from the medical field saw the mortality rate virtually vanish. Every Amazon who practiced Unbirth ultimately went on to have their very own Amazonian sons and daughters after giving birth to a Little. The records from my Mother's time showed that for every successful Little impregnanation and subsequent birth, there would be two or three Amazonian offspring born from the womb of a once infertile Amazon."

"You're probably asking yourself why I stepped up and took on my Mother's work if women like her practically eliminated the mortality rate. What more needed to be done? Well, my motivation came early in my career when I was guiding and caring for patients who had undergone the procedure of unbirthing a Little. The newly impregnated women often complained about how unruly their new babies were despite the fact that the womb of an Amazon is remarkably compatible with a Little's anatomy and should've been able to naturally soothe the Little."

A sharp kick came from her own stomach, causing Matilda to pause before continuing her lecture. It seemed that Caroline was stirring.

"I recall an incident that occurred when I was caring for one of my first patients that has remained with me for years. I was finishing up an ultrasound when the expectant mother on the table spontaneously started wetting herself in shock. I asked if this was a common occurrence and the woman remained quiet, but nodded her head in shame. She went on to tell me that she normally wore diapers due to how often her Little would kick her in the bladder, but she didn't want to embarrass herself by being in a diaper during her ultrasound. This had a profound effect on me and the image of that poor woman has stuck with me for years. It is unacceptable that a Little can even get away with such nonsense and bring shame upon their future mother when they're in vitro. Every time I ran into a setback, I just remembered that moment of shame and told myself that thousands of other women are forced to endure such pain and humiliation. This fueled my resolve to find a way to tame Littles in the womb and, I'm proud to say that such pain and humiliation will be a thing of the past thanks to the prenatal supplements!"

Another tremendous outpouring of applause and cheers followed Dr. Devereux's proclamation

"With the hormones that every woman in this audience has in abundance and one daily dose of my supplement, any infertile woman can carry a Little with zero complications, zero diapers and zero humiliation!"

Matilda basked in the limelight, relishing all the applause from her future colleagues.

"With my research, every woman suffering from infertility can cure herself with little to no pain! We can finally repopulate our stagnated nation and propel our people into a golden age of prosperity for all!"

"We can-" Matilda was immediately silenced by a sharp pain in her bloated belly followed by a splattering sound on the wooden floor.

Matilda felt a hot fluid flowing down her legs before she heard the puddle that had formed around her shoes. It happened so fast, an incredible pressure had been released as a warm wetness had forced it's way past her pussy lips as she tried to continue speaking. She grew silent as the warm water overwhelmed her panties and created a downpour which had splattered on the floor. Matilda gazed down at the pool of freshly sprayed fluid on the wooden floor and noticed that the bottom of her maternity dress was soaked as the remaining warmth flowed down her thick creamy thighs in twin streams, collecting in her socks and shoes after flowing down her legs. It would be a moment that she would never forget, but she knew that she had to take control of the situation before the audience got the wrong idea.

A stunned silence washed over the crowd who looked on in confusion as Matilda stepped out from behind the podium and displayed the front of her saturated maternity dress. Her initial feeling of shock and humiliation was hidden as she addressed the audience. "As you can see my water just broke which means that I won't be able to finish the lecture. I guess my daughter can't wait to be born." Matilda chuckled.

Everything from that point onwards was a blur to Matilda who found herself quickly seated in a wheelchair and pushed backstage by one of the members of the staff. Under normal circumstances, she would've had to call for an ambulance, but luckily for her the staff had already phoned the hospital down the street and requested an ambulance for her. The staff reassured her that everything would be fine, but she could feel an increased pressure coming from her pelvic area which she tried to ignore as she was pushed down the hall and towards the front of the university. It felt like her body was forcing Caroline out. Matilda attributed this unexpected development to the fact that she had stopped taking her prenatal supplements when she first arrived in Honshu. Truth be told, the pregnant doctor had planned on her body pushing Caroline out, but not during her lecture!

While Matilda was being pushed out of the university and loaded into the back of an ambulance, the Little fidgeting around inside of her was completely awake for the first time in almost eight months and she was reeking havoc.

Sorry for the delay. The last month hasn't been very good for me. Pleaee comment if you're still enjoying the story.

--------

Roughly ten minutes ago, Caroline Miller found herself forcibly awakened from her deep slumber by the walls of the womb seemingly closing in on her. Equal parts startled and annoyed, Caroline kicked at Dr. Devereux's insides, hoping to piss the bitch off before she fell back to sleep, but something truly unexpected happened; the thing she kicked had ruptured causing all of the fluid to suddenly drain out of the womb. It was a shocking and ground shaking development which literally left Caroline stunned. The drowsiness, darkness and the feeling of the amniotic fluid were all she had known since she agreed to go along with Dr. Devereux's crazy experiment, but now things were rapidly changing.

After finally doing some damage to the horrible giant Caroline wanted to savor her small victory, but the shifting walls of the womb denied her even a second to celebrate. She didn't even have time to think as her body was forced into a confined, constricting passage. An all consuming panic gripped Caroline just like the massive muscles that were guiding her squirming body further away from the womb that she had called "home" for the past nine months. She feared that she would be smothered to death or even crushed by the pressure coming from the pelvic walls which enveloped her body. It seemed like each and every contraction was threatening to squeeze the life out of her whenever they occured.

Just then, another contraction was choking her entire being, making her clench her eyes shut and lean her head back in agony as a pained scream escaped from her throat. Caroline could feel the muscles ushering her body further down the wet tube before they retracted slightly, relinquishing her body from their death grip. She opened her closed eyes after the latest contraction passed and was immediately blinded by the brightest light she had ever seen.

'What a minute. There's light!' Caroline was absolutely ecstatic as she realized that she was only a few feet away from freedom!

She wriggled her body with every ounce of strength she could muster, trying to move herself closer to the exit. With every inch gained she swore she could hear voices as literally clawed her way out of Matilda's birth canal. She finally pushed her head out from the tunnel of tight muscles and the voices got louder.

"It's a girl!" An unknown voice announced.

Caroline felt her lower body get squeezed one final time before she was literally pushed out of Matilda's birth canal. It felt so alien to her to feel the cold caress of air on her wet arms and legs. She tried to blindly move her limbs in an effort to sit up when an unknown figure scooped her up from the bedding. The newly born woman wanted to open her eyes and see who was handling her, but the light was so bright it practically blinded her as she struggled to communicate. Her throat felt so sore and seemed not to work properly, she could barely make gurgling sounds.

"Apply the clamps!" A manly voice ordered.

Caroline wondered what the hell he meant by that when she felt a rather odd pinching sensation a few inches away from her body. The pain seemed to stop at her stomach until a much more powerful pain overwhelmed her body. She realized that someone was cutting into her when she heard the sound of scissors snipping away at her umbilical cord.

Everything felt so strange, her lungs demanded that she breathe as she felt her whole body's orientation change as the unseen man held her up in the air by her ankles. Caroline knew that she was hanging upside down, but couldn't understand why. Suddenly, a swift hand slapped against her wet ass, causing Caroline to utter an incredibly ear piercing shriek. Her screams quickly turned into sobs as the pain radiating from her backside consumed her; it hurt worse than the muscles that almost crushed her!

"Good, the baby can breathe on her own just fine." The mystery man said, handing Caroline off to another set of hands.

Her chest heaved as tears trickled down her puffy cheeks, falling onto her small breasts. Caroline was so consumed by pain that she didn't even realize that the nurses were cleaning her body. They worked slowly and were much more gentle than the doctor as they cleaned the wriggling newborn woman with soft towels.

"Have you decided on a name yet for your little girl?" Caroline heard a female voice ask as her sobs gradually died down.

"Caroline." Came the labored response from a familiar voice.

"Caroline Devereux." The woman confirmed, writing the name down for the birth certificate that would be printed out.

Caroline felt her facial muscles contorting into a scowl as the blurry figure holding her lowered her down onto something soft that crinkled under the weight of her bottom. It was bad enough that Dr. Devereux was acting like she was a real baby, but the feeling of the unfolded diaper cushioning her ass made her cringe. She had never even considered that she would ever make it out of the womb alive and feeling the diaper getting taped across her hips was enough to piss her off.

She tried to communicate, to explain to the woman diapering her that this was all a big misunderstanding, but the words never came. Once she was properly diapered, the nurse hoisted her into the air and lowered her back down onto something even thicker than a newborn pamper. The Little geneticist had no way of knowing that she was laid down in the middle of a soft blanket that had been folded into a triangle. Almost immediately after being laid on the blanket she felt the nurse adjust her right arm, positioning it alongside her body at a slightly bent angle. She didn't know what this woman was doing as she felt the blanket being pulled tight across her chest, pinning her right arm under the fabric. The nurse then proceeded to tuck the edge of the blanket underneath her body, leaving her left arm free. In all honesty, it didn't make any sense to Caroline; she was a grown woman that was being wrapped up in a blanket like she was a gift meant for someone's birthday.

"Wazzu?"

"Awww, baby needs her binky." The nurse cooed, pulling out a white pacifier with a cute cartoon on the front of the shield.

Before Caroline could gurgle anymore words, the nurse pushed the bulb of the pacifier into the newly born woman's mouth and held it in place until the Little's rooting reflex took over. The small woman's face turned pink as she started suckling on the soother. A smile spread across the nurse's face before she resumed swaddling the Little.

Caroline was so distracted by the pacifier she was sucking on that she barely noticed the nurse pulling the bottom of the blanket over her feet. She finally came to her senses as the giant woman finished tucking the thick material into the already folded section just below her chin effectively cocooning the Fertility specialist into the blanket like she was just another baby. Caroline wanted to be pissed off, she wanted to scream and fight back, but the warmth and comfort the swaddling blanket provided her made her feel safe and secure. It was almost like being back in the womb.

"Can I see my baby now?" A slightly winded voice asked from across the room.

""Of course." The nurse replied. "It's probably best that you start breastfeeding her immediately."

Caroline felt sick to her stomach as her entire body was scooped up by the woman who had swaddled her. The perfume radiating from her scrubs told Caroline as much, but it was also her eyes that helped confirm her earlier suspicions; she was in a delivery room surrounded by Amazons in blue scrubs. As her eyes focused on her surroundings, she suddenly realized that it was finally over! She had been born and had finished her part of the deal; she had completed her part in Dr. Devereux's crazy experiment!

"I don't feel like breastfeeding her right now." Caroline heard Dr. Devereux reply as her body was lowered onto the recovering giant.

A smile spread across Caroline's face as she absentmindedly sucked on the pacifier. Dr. Devereux wasn't going to breastfeed her; She was going to hold up her end of the deal! Not only had Caroline helped make history, but she wasn't going to be treated like every Little who had been adopted. This thought alone filled Caroline with happiness as she drifted off to sleep on her new mother's chest.

Matilda Devereux instantly wrapped her hands around her baby, not wanting to let her go. She looked on at the doctors and nurses surrounding her with a look of unbridled pride plastered on her face. It was the look of a woman who had everything she had ever wanted; a promising breakthrough that would help Amazons across the world and her rival was reduced to wearing a thick diaper.

You're right. She's at such a stage now where the Anazons would never expect her to even be able to talk. We'll see if she will be able to communicate with anyone after such a long time in Dr. Devereux's womb.

Born in a foreign land looking identical to an Amazon newborn save for the fact she still has her hair... this will be interesting to see what happens next.

Here's a really long chapter for you all to enjoy since I've been busy lately. Please share your thoughts on Caroline's current predicament and let me know if you're still enjoying the story!

------

Caroline awoke to the sounds of babies wailing all around which pulled her out of the terrible dream she was having. In her dream she had been consumed by darkness and was trying to escape from the inside of that demented Amazonian doctor. After an eternity of kicking only to succumb to sleep, the struggle finally ended when the crazy bitch pushed her out of her body like she was a baby. The whole thing literally made no sense and, to add insult to injury, she vividly recalled the doctors in her dream had even diapered her just like any other newborn!

However, when Caroline tried to stretch while yawning, she immediately realized that she couldn't move her arms and legs past the blanket that covered her! She couldn't open her eyes and scrunched up her face as she stained her body just to try and lift her arms and found that she could barely move them. Nothing seemed to work; her arms and legs laid there lifelessly after she stopped focusing on her limbs. Even her head felt heavy on her neck.

She clenched her fists in anger and tried to open her eyes as she did her best to wriggle her way out of whatever she was trapped in. At first, It felt like her limbs were useless, but the more she used her muscles and struggled to move her arms and legs, the more they started to respond to her commands. It was true that she felt incredibly weak, like she had been unable to move for a very long time, but it didn't help her that something was wrapped around her body, tightly pinning her arms and legs in place while something thick cradled her bottom and crotch. She thrashed around against the soft surface, making the strange bulk wrapped around her waist release a muffled crinkle as she finally forced her eyes open.

The light was incredibly bright on her eyes and she could barely see much of anything, but she could tell that something was separating her from the rest of the room. It looked like it was some sort of barrier made of thick plastic and it ran past her head and down the length of her body like some sort of pod. Even with how hazy things were in the room, Caroline noticed that the strange structure she was laying in had holes built into each side of the clear box. 'Wait a minute, those holes!'

Suddenly, Caroline realized what she was laying in; it was a neonatal intensive care unit! That meant that her crazy nightmare had actually happened! She literally clawed her way out of Dr. Devereux's body and was then diapered and swaddled like she was a newborn baby!

The redhead writhed on the incubator's mattress, trying to release herself from the cocoon of fabric that some nurse must've wrapped her in when she was asleep. Still, no matter how much her epiphany fueled her desperation to break free, the fabric wouldn't budge. After valiantly trying to escape from the swaddling blanket for about ten minutes Caroline gave up and laid there inside of the humid enclosure of her incubator staring up at the ceiling. She felt so weak as a warm trickle of sweat dripped down from underneath her arms and trickled past both sides of her breasts.

'How could they mistake me for a newborn?!' Caroline wondered as she laid there. 'I mean, they might treat Littles like babies, but it can't be a common occurrence for a full grown Little to come out of an Amazon in a hospital. Do they really think I'm a newborn? I have breasts for crying out loud!'

Speaking of crying, her neighbors were still bawling their brains out. The Little Geneticist blinked her eyes, trying to get them to focus so she could at least get a look at what the hell was going on outside of her incubator. As she tried to focus her cloudy eyes she spotted an incubator next to her own and began to wonder if it was possible that this was all an elaborate hoax perpetrated by Dr. Devereux and her staff. After all, she wouldn't be surprised if Dr. Devereux had manipulated her memories through drugs or even hypnotic suggestions. After all, the last thing she remembered was drinking the shot glass of drugged wine before everything went dark and then that crazy foreign woman shoved her up into Dr. Devereux's pussy face first.

Maybe that was a byproduct of the drugged wine? Strange and impossible hallucinations? Maybe she never was inside of Dr. Devereux's womb at all. Was it possible that the deranged doctor had simply programmed her to believe that she was inside of the giant's womb when she was actually stored inside some sort of sensory deprivation tank for the past few days? The more Caroline thought about it, the less far fetched it all seemed. If it was all faked then the notion of the giant woman putting her in some kind of maternity ward full of other diapered Littles made a lot more sense than her being born in a regular hospital where trained doctors and nurses had mistaken her for a newborn baby.

Even if she was in some kind of faux maternity ward, that didn't change the fact that she was trapped here. Thoughts of her friends and family came to the front of her mind as she laid in the enclosed infantile container. Caroline knew that they would look for her, but what would happen once they found her? It's not like they could rescue her once they discovered her fate. This simple yet depressing fact made her slowly start to sob. Thoughts of her job, her research, and all the good she had done in this world being cut short by that crazy woman made her chest tremble as her already blurry eyes filled with tears.

A shrill wail escaped from her mouth as she genuinely started crying.

Everything had been taken away from her! She would never make a difference! The only thing she had left were her thoughts and they kept fueling her sorrow. She bitterly wished she had just fought a little harder against Matilda before everything went black. Maybe if she had refused to talk with her and stayed with Zsófia things would have been different. Or she could have simply refused to leave her lab and journey to the mainland! The only thing worse than losing her mind thinking about all the ways she would have avoided this fate was- whatever the hell this was! She was no longer an adult or a respected doctor! She was now just another baby and, to make matters worse, the cries of sadness coming from her mouth practically matched the cries coming from around her incubator.

"Ā, kono kawaī akachan o mitekudasai!"

Caroline was startled by the sound of someone talking above her in an unknown language. She gazed up at the giant woman through tear stained eyes as the Amazon punched in a code for the lid of her incubator to slide open. She could see that the woman was dressed all in white as the plastic lid finally left her field of view. It was nice to see things a bit more clearly, but that didn't change the fact that she was literally looking up at an Amazon who seemed to be grabbing something out of her pocket. Caroline was forced to lay there as the giantess leaned forward and started to wipe the gunk from Caroline's eyes and face. The diapered geneticist closed her eyes and tried to turn her head away from the nurse who was wiping away all the tears and snot that covered her face, but she was too weak.

A hot blush spread across Caroline's face as the woman started cooing nonsensical gibberish to her as she cleaned her face. The former Geneticist hated her body for blushing like that; showing the woman that she was embarrassed was literally like throwing gas on a fire. She was still an adult and it was humiliating for a woman of her academic stature to be treated like this, but she couldn't encourage this woman by showing weakness!

"I doo nod bewong hew!" Caroline whined, internally cringing at the voice that came from her throat.

"Chīsana akachan ga kawaī oto o tateru toki, watashi wa sore ga daisukidesu." The Amazonian nurse grinned.

Caroline gawked at the nurse for a moment, knowing that the giant woman was speaking some kind of foreign language. Ever since she left the safety of her island nation, she feared that she would be adopted, but never had the thought crossed her mind that she wouldn't be able to communicate with whoever adopted her. In fact, it never even crossed her mind since most of the nations of Europa, including Pannonia, all spoke the standard Albion dialect. Every client she had done business with through digital conversations all had spoken Albion much like her island. The only thing that made things worse was how it had taken every ounce of her strength to utter that unintelligible gibberish which had fallen on deaf ears since the damn nurse didn't even speak Albion! As she laid there, Caroline realized that her voice was so weak that even she would've had trouble figuring out what she had said if she wasn't the person who had said it.

"Watashi no akachan wa nodo ga kawaite imasu ka?" The giant nurse asked in a gentle voice. "Watashi no akachan wa miruku ga hoshīdesu ka?"

The Little Geneticist shook her head as fast as her uncoordinated body would allow which wasn't very fast at all. She wasn't sure what the woman was saying, but she didn't want to find out. As she shook her head, it felt like she was still overcoming the effects of being drugged. She had originally assumed the blanket was restricting her range of motion of her arms and legs, which had made sense when she was trying to move her limbs, but her head was free of any and all obstructions. It just felt like her muscles in her neck were responding very slowly and did not want to work. If the theory she had come up with was true then it might've been the side effects of a powerful sedative that someone had injected her with when she was being held in the sensory deprivation tank. However, each word the nurse uttered forced Caroline to come to terms with the possibility that she wasn't in the lab. The Pannonian she had heard spoken randomly in the airport sounded nothing like the language she was hearing right now.

"Upseh daiseh." The giant woman cooed at her in broken Alboin while scooping up the swaddled geneticist.

As Caroline was lifted up from her incubator, she finally got a decent view of the maternity ward and she was shocked by what she saw: There were at least a dozen or more incubators laid out in two rows and all of them were occupied by legitimate newborn Amazon babies! She didn't see anyone else who vaguely resembled a full grown female or male Little inside the incubators, but it was possible that the Amazons could have performed cosmetic surgery to make the Littles look like newborns. The Little geneticist had heard of such cosmetic atrocities from one of her own clients who was so desperate to have a baby that they mentioned doing that to a Little if they couldn't get pregnant. Still, that didn't make any sense since every baby in the room legitimately looked like they were only hours old. It would've taken far too much time and effort to alter everyone present just to fuck with her perception and appease Matilda.

Caroline paid close attention to the incubator that was closest to hers as she laid against the crook of the nurse's arm. Right in front of her was a newborn getting a diaper change. The baby wore only a diaper, which was being pulled open as the boy's legs idly twitched and kicked in the air as if they were acting on their own. The nurse tending to the boy talked in that same strange language as she untaped the diaper. Caroline couldn't explain what she was seeing no matter how hard she tried. The baby looked like he was just born and no amount of Amazonian surgery could imitate a baby's body language, his twitching, randomly kicking legs looked completely natural.

As the bottle entered her dry mouth, she found herself forced to accept the rubber nipple as her thoughts were pushed to the back of her mind. Her mouth slowly suckled on the bottle, subconsciously working its way into a steady rhythm as she tried to hide her blush. Her throat was sore from crying and her mouth was dry, if it wasn't such a chalky liquid, and so humiliating to her ego, she would've been grateful for the drink. As the minutes slowly ticked by, the nurse started singing some sort of song to her while slightly rocking her. Caroline found her mind drifting away from her current humiliation and back to the overall picture of her situation as she had a cruel epiphany; this was really happening to her. This wasn't some massive maternity ward cooked up to trick the Pannonian government into buying Matilda's crazy scheme of creating Amazons from Littles; this was the real thing!

Things started to fall into place when Caroline threw away any notion of this being faked. It made more sense that she was the only adult who was wearing a diaper in the room. Yeah, she was a Little, but Littles don't end up in maternity wards with Amazon babies! They end up in orphanages or state run adoption agencies. If the experiment was a success then shouldn't they both be leaving the hospital? What happened to the deal Matilda and her made? Why was she in the arms of a nurse who didn't even look like she was from any part of Europa?

Why was she being bottle fed?!

"Bleeghh" Caroline whined, "I nod supposed ta beh hewe! This sloppy declaration caused the formula to spill from her mouth as she clumsily tried to push the bottle away with her hands.

"Urusaku naranaide kudasai, anata wa anata no miruku ga hitsuyōdesu." The nurse shushed her and pressed the nipple of the bottle to Caroline's lips, this time applying a bit of pressure.

Overpowered by the nurse, Caroline was forced to accept the giant teat once more and lay there in the woman's arms. All this did was give her time to think and dwell on the fact that Matilda was her only hope in this strange and foreign land. Caroline shuddered at the increasingly real possibility that she would most likely end up in an orphanage and adopted by some couple to be their baby if Matilda decided that she had proved her theory and wanted nothing more to do with her. Then, there was also the absurd, but very real chance that the nurses and doctors could simply say she was an Amazon baby born from an Amazon and put her up for adoption which would mean reliving her entire childhood all over again.

'Oh, God. What if I end up retaking all of elementary school and high school all over again!' The very thought made Caroline feel sick to her stomach. An accomplished adult with multiple doctorates having to learn multiplication and division in third grade again, when she would be in her thirties, was almost a fate worse than being someone's baby forever.

Not wanting to think of such a horrible fate, Caroline peered around the giant bottle being held up to her mouth and resumed watching the nurse interact with the baby in the incubator. It seemed that the nurse was busy taking the boy's measurement with a rather high tech device. What surprised Caroline the most was the fact that the boy looked like he was about four feet tall given his size compared to her own. Even now, as her own nurse was bottle feeding her, she was astonished that an Amazon could be so small and yet almost be as tall as her mere hours after being born. She was over five feet tall and this newly born infant would've been almost as tall as her if he was able to stand up.

Caroline also realized that this would be the only time in her life that she would ever be taller than an Amazon. Sadly, they didn't measure height here; It was all length and weight, but she had other things to worry about than being measured by tape and weighed on a baby scale. Swaddled and pinned against the Amazon nurse's bosom, Caroline was forced to drink her baby bottle of formula until she started sucking up air.

As the empty bottle was pulled away from her mouth, Caroline was able to focus on something other than her lips working on the oversized nipple of the bottle. The first thing she noticed was how incredibly bloated her belly felt. It was a good thing that she could barely move her body because every slight movement the nurse made seemed to jostle her full stomach amplify the pain she felt. She groaned and looked up at the woman with pleading eyes. Even though neither woman was able to comprehend the other, the nurse seemed to know exactly what was troubling the small woman. Slowly, the nurse lowered her back onto the mattress of the incubator and removed the swaddling, freeing Caroline from the cocoon of soft cotton blankets.

However, her freedom was short lived as the nurse quickly lifted her back into the air until she was draped over the nurse's shoulder. Caroline could feel the much larger woman's hand cupping her thickly diapered bottom as she looked around from her new vantage point, straining her neck to truly take in everything she could see. The room wasn't exactly huge, but if she was to get onto the tiled floor, maybe she could escape. It would take a few minutes to walk from one end to the other and probably three times that amount of time to crawl since she doubted she could even walk in her current condition, but at least it was an option.

An unexpected, but gentle hand started patting her on the back, interrupting the Little woman's plotting.

Caroline suddenly realized that she was being burped! She didn't know what to do when the gentle patting created an odd pressure in her stomach. Much to her surprise, she felt the pressure begin to rapidly rise up her body until it was threatening to erupt from her throat. It reminded her of one of the few parties she had attended at university which ended in her throwing up all over one of the cute guys in attendance. The memory was fuzzy, but her body's reaction to being burped felt very familiar. Caroline instinctively clenched her mouth shut, trying to stop herself from puking all over the floor which caused her cheeks to puff outwards like a blowfish.

Despite being able to stop the biological geyser trying to erupt from her mouth, the nurse hadn't stopped patting her back. A new bubble was forming in her gut which couldn't be contained or suppressed much to the small woman's dismay. Her body acted on it's own as Caroline's mouth opened to release the gas in the form of a burp, causing the warm fluid sitting in her mouth to release, spilling onto the giant woman's shoulder. Caroline's eyes went wide when she noticed the white liquid that was now covering the giant's uniform. If that wasn't bad enough, she could feel some of the projectile vomit on her chin as the taste of rotten milk lingered in her mouth.

"Shiawasena supittā!" The nurse announced in a rather cute voice.

Caroline didn't know what the woman had said, but she found herself being moved away from her shoulder until she laid in the crook of the giant's arm. Her face grew flush when the nurse started cooing at her as she brought a washcloth to her face and began wiping away the milky spit up which was all over her chin. She was treated no differently than any of the others in the maternity ward and had to endure having the puke that had just came from her stress riddled stomach cleaned off of her face like she was just another fussy infant.

Once the rag was pulled away, Caroline looked up at the nurse who had just cleaned her face. The woman simply smiled down at her.

"Anata ga yasumu jikandesu."

Not knowing what was said, Caroline found herself being lowered back down onto the soft material of the incubator. It was actually comforting when her body made contact with the memory foam of the mattress. The giant nurse then punched something into the keypad causing the roof of the incubator to retract over her body, sealing her into the giant plastic pod while simultaneously separating her from the giants and the crying babies. The cries were still present, and just as annoying as before, but the fact that the nurse had left her alone was refreshing; she was finally able to just lay there in peace. Even though she was still upset and angry about how things were going, the events that had transpired since she had awoken, coupled with the tumultuous room, had gotten the better of her. Caroline felt her eyelids droop as sleep claimed her once more.
