I believe it is "Perfect" brand.

I just went through my years of posts on adisc and here is the post I remember them from.

Sadly it has no images and the one link doesn't exist anymore and I cant seem to get any results from Google atleast on my phone. But I remember that graphic though I don't explicitly remember the letters. But it was 12 years ago so...

There is a diaper wiki I believe and its on there and is I believe "Perfect Brand" and are from China and no longer made. They are a very cute print though, love girly print diapers. The Lavender Diapers by ABU are very similar as a substitute.
