How can I delete previous attachment's I've uploaded?

I have a limit of what I can upload as attachments and I have deleted some posts I made over the years that have had attachments so I could add other attachments to more recent posts.  This has worked in the past but I can no longer do that.  I'd like to delete old attachments from the past and add new ones instead, but I can't seem to delete any attachments I have previously uploaded.  Can I delete them or not?

Thanks!  I was there, didn't see the boxes on the far right to check to delete them.
