Sub Forum Category Shortcut Links Not Displaying on Darkout Theme

Hi guys,

The sub forum categories that are "quick" links to a specific sub category don't show on the blackout theme.

Looks the Subforms are hidden because the Dark Theme is Dark, and being that the text is dark or black or a light color, they are both black, so you can't see them.

I don't even bother with the official dark theme. I use an extension called "Dark Reader" which turns every website dark automatically, it's a lifesaver.
