oof poof diapers. Has anyone ordered theese?

Was browsing the other day and came across of poof diapers. They look fun but they are only made by one person on Twitter. Seems a little sketchy, anyone ever order these before?

They look very poofy, good product name. I can't imagine trying to pull pants over those or hide them under a skirt. ?

I bought a similar product over a decade ago. While it was very visually appealing and it was good for making things very thick, using it was out of the question as it couldn't be easily laundered.  It also didn't really sustain much of a good feeling, and I got rid of it after a month or so.
