I would differ with that.  Yes, if I pull on it, I can stretch it to its former length.  However, it’s normal flaccid length when I was younger was probably 3-4 times it’s normal length now. I don’t doubt that if I could get an erection, it would likely return to its former glory.  Since I can’t, it has withdrawn inside the outer sheath and is barely visible most of the time.

I'm lucky because I dont have full E.D. at this point. But its sure not as reliable as it was when I was when I was younger when I could get hard and ejaculate without a problem. My erect length has probably decreased by about an inch from 7" to 6" over the past decade. As for the bedwetting, who really pays much attention when you get past a certain age. Just take precautions and everything is good.

At 52 in 2002, I was hospitalized with a ~15-minute fever/chills cycle & wondering how I could feel so ill without having partied at all. Was told I had a Prostate-infection & blood-glucose over 200mg/dl; infection 'upstream' as far as my kidneys with byproducts in my blood. I was put on some IV antibiotic via an Abbot® pump (risky, the Doctors said, but less-risky than not doing it). I could feel *things* happening inside me that were not painful; just foreign to me. ~3 days later I was told I'd been given only a 50/50 chance of making it the first 48 hours. Back home I was feeling much better & noticing I now had quite a playful, easily-excited bladder giving me frequent piddling surprises. I found it only excited me--as did recognizing I'd have to start learning about & buying Adult-Diapers.

I also noted my penis seemed shorter & only able to point; not dangle at all. I'd been weighed while being admitted & remember somebody saying "262 pounds." The share of that weight that fattened my Suprapubic-Triangle was engulfing my waterspout (which now barely erected to a whopping ~2¾" aimed below horizontal; about half what I measured when it stood straight up when I was younger). But somehow that excited me (especially how infantile it looked when it retracted into itself (less than an inch & my wee mushroom-cap hidden from view).

Our experience with edronax. My penis and balls shrank to very very small size. This after 10 days with two pills of edronax per day. You have no more possibility to get a hard errection. with all efforts the penis become a little more size (5 cm / 2,5 " lenght) but is still absolut soft.

Some times ago my relaxed penis size in lenght approximately 8 cm and diameter 3 cm. Now I have all over the last days a relaxed penis size from only 4 cm (max.5cm) lenght and diameter from 2 cm. I the past my errect penis, was hard has maybe 12 or 13 cm lenght. Now with all handwork the penis grown to 5 cm lenght and not noticeably more diameter.

This state of very small growth is only maintain for a short time of 30 seconds. To reach this small noticeable enlargement of the penis it required a lot handwork. Yes ... it's like wearing a chastity belt. You're horny for any ideas. The fanaticism and preference is always there. You dream of what could happen. You wish your "chastity belt" comes off. I'm not sure about shrinkage,  but It takes alot more constant stimulation  to stay hard. I told the doctor that after my heart attack (for 4 to 8 hrs) that I did not orgasm as strong. They did stents then. 2016 they replace the stents and I told them I had even less orgasm strength. 2017 triple bypass nor now aliitle more than a drip and can't get hard again. Used to stay hard as long as I was excited. Now I think it is alittle small. I have read that night time elections, waking up hard may help keep the size. I also went diabetic during/after the bypass.

I think age and alot of things affect the size and sexual performance.

I know exactly what you mean. I used to have a slightly above average presentation but over the years it has literally disappeared, the main factors are putting on weight and an lack of muscle tone in that area. The usual blood flow during arousal doesn't automatically occur. The little guy tends to tuck all the way back and no penis is visible when flaccid. Literally flat. Sometimes the tip will make an appearance but it will usually retract after a while. 

When an erection occurs, it will make an appearance and is normal. The catch is that the hyper arousal pretty much much wore out my ability to get an erection. I can and still do get them. But it takes time and usually doesn't reach firmness until just before ejaculation - if its going to get firm. Most ejaculation and orgasms occur when the guy has no erection or firmness whatsoever. 

My case is more related to my back injury and weight gain. On the plus side, after my heart ablation surgery for Afib, I'm am getting more firm erections and have had a number of cases of morning wood which hasn't happened in well over a decade. So my heart function also must have contributed a lot to the issue. 

When the sexual issues started after the accident, the hyper arousal caused intense long lasting erections. While this sound fun it isn't. Mostly because the prostate will stop all urine flow. This lead to intermittent and Foley cauterization.  Using a catheter normally is not a problem once you are used to it. But using a catheter during a very stiff erection can be painful. I think the repeated catheters during this finally caused the erections to stop occurring based solely on sudden physical arousal.  Seminal fluid production and leakage did not abate nor did the orgasmic contractions. 

For quite a while I was a bit of a barely controlled mess. 

TL;DR I too have a very hidden penis. No visible penis is the norm for me these day. Due to weight gain, heart issues, and muscle tone. Looks back but not a problem.

Over the last year I have improved physically since the bypass. So with more activity I have more problems with my upper and lower back and that may play a part. If I get in a certain position or turn just right I get a huge pain in my low back. I lose control of my legs ,bladder and bowel. If I catch in time an get off my feet and try to hold the spincter muscles tight I only have leakage. During and after the bypass I had kidney and respiratory failure and went full diabetic. I asked the doctors about the blood flow issues, they didn't think it was an issue. At least not for them. I'm 5ft 2in now and 134lbs so I don't have the turtle effect yet. I just think the muscle contractions or nerve control is not working right in my case. I also don't wake up hard very often. Someone mentioned moobs. The surgery left me with a boob effect. I had a muscular chest due to the work I did. Now with extra movements of my chest and sternum nerve pain and referred pain from the upper back affects my diaphragm and breathing. Doctors suggested a medical support brace. It's a BRACE for men and a BRA for the women.  Political correctness. ? So I wear a high compression cup type sports bras to help manage the issue. It helps cancel the pain, improves my breathing helps my upper back. When masturbating I would have heavy chest pain but with a bra it's greatly reduced to a tolerant level. Guess it helps if my boobies aren't bouncing. Hilarious

I'm "only" 250 lbs, and its a noticeable difference, not just on size of penis, but also how the diapers fit.
I need to lose some weight this spring and summer or I will have to go up in size, something I don't want to.

I can relate to Steve in diaps, as I too had moobs for many years that turned into boobs as I approached 60 with change in hormones in addition to some prostrate meds.  In my case, they gave me alternatives, do surgery to have them removed, but they might come back again over time, or "take care of them".    I chose the latter and have been wearing a bra now for about 12yrs.  Yes, I can say it, its a bra which is designed to support breast tissue.  After several years and finding some economical choices that work for me, I don't even think twice about putting it on in the morning as its much better than the alternative!

I also have had prostate issues for years that caused me to be in diapers full time for the last few years, and I understand what you are writing about in regards to an erection.  I noticed concurrently with my prostate issues that my ability to get erect diminished and I also noticed that the site of my penis has also shrunk over the last couple of years.  I have also noticed that many times after being in diapers all day long that my penis seems to have almost gone dormant with only the head sticking out.  I have always been around 4.5-5 inches in size, but have noted that on the occasions when I get hard, mostly using generic viagra, that I now am 3.5-4 inches so completely understand the reduction in size.

This is going to sound weird. 

It's counter intuitive.

A chastity cage helps.  I only wear it when I'm diapered.  It gives your peepee a place to be.  I was having the same problem and was starting to worry.  Chastity sounds bad/fun at first, but after a little while it's just normal.  Your diapers work better too.  I mean, it sucks until you get used to it, but once you do, everything is fine. 

My pants last a lot longer and when it comes off, the boy is ready to go and looks as good as he did in his youth.  Better even.
