Wow... illegal under US law. I was just skimming by and happened to click on this thread for the hell of it. Now, how can it be illegal under US law. We are talking about adults doing this, not children right? Cause' we all know that pedophilliac ponography (spelling) is illegal and just wrong. However movies of ppl pooping and peeing in their diapers has nothing to do with that kind of thing. If this is true and it is illegal, then I'm afraid that our legal system is getting out of hand...anybody body else agree that 'big brother' will soon be watching everything we do and act accordingly?

Anyway, knowing how our legal system works, I don't see how they could place a law against that kind of thing. I know that Youtube placed a ban on it because people found it disturbing, which is still kind of screwy, if you find it disturbing, then don't click on it.

What will they take from us next...porn, condoms, our manhood/Womanhood, the simple act of sex (wouldn't be surprised if it actually went that far). Time to do some more research on this topic I guess.

One of the first things I did when I found my freedom and embraced this community was go to my local porn shop and asked them if they sold any kind of porn with women in diapers. Being a porn shop,they'd hardly judge me. I wasn't worried about that. They did inform me though that under California law,videos such as the one I was requesting was illegal only because it was too close to being pedophiliac. HUh? Excuse me? Grown ADULTS in diapers has to do with children because ONLY children use diapers? Fuck them and the horse they rode in on. America is becoming too much like a communist country. the general public may not understand our reasons for delighting in a fully loaded diaper or enjoying pictures and videos of same. whatever the law states, it won't stop access to "messy" material. and while i prefer not to be a test case, the aclu is known for pushing the issue when it comes to exercising our freedom of expression, even when that expression may be unpopular. somebody give larry flint a call. he'll set'm straight.

I'm not interested in watching the videos of it, personally. I just think it's outrageous that they've made it illegal. Of all the activities in the world I can think of that should be against the law, videotaping/photographing an adult pooping into a diaper is at the bottom. There's much worse things out there, in my opinion. Some of the extreme BDSM things you can find that are legal to tape and show give me shivers; I'd sooner outlaw them than someone going to the bathroom.

I agree on both counts but despite it's fairly liberal founding values, the USA today is a very conservative country compared to a lot of the other western democracies. However, a recurring theme in so many countries these days (including Britain) is that laws are passed by people who are becoming more and more out of touch with the general population and consensus. Sexual differences are just one of many areas that is becoming more and more accepted by the public and less and less accepted by the law.

Although I don't agree with the statement"...I'd sooner outlaw them than someone going to the bathroom",I find only two things that offend me that are illegal-child molestation and snuff films. Other than that,sexually,I think as a"free"country,we should be able to watch or do whatever the hell we want regardless of offending some prude's sense moral right and wrong with the exception that it is already illegal. Oh, I wouldn't want to outlaw them really. My point was I can think of things that I find to be far worse. Pooping into a diaper is gross, true, but some hardcore BDSM could be considered videotapes of acts of torture. Personally, I'm with you in that I think as long as it fits the Safe, Sane, and Consensual criteria it should be left alone.
