On their site, my order is still listed as 'processing,' but the shipping info page says samples usually take 2 - 3 busines days to arrive. In an ideal world, shipping wouldn't be an issue and we could just osmosisize (is that a word?!) the product to you... But, instead, we have to rely on our lovely friends at the US Postal Service, who take forever to get a package from one end of the country to another (if they don't lose it somewhere midstream!) and UPS (who do quite the same as the USPS, but charge more for it). C'est la vie... Glad you got the product, nonetheless, and if any of you other winners are wondering where it is, just hang on tight -- all samples ordered have been shipped, they just need a few days to make the trek to your addresses. I totally understand that shipping times can be an issue (especially with USPS). I guess my confusion was with the 'processing' label on my order. I expected to see it change to 'shipped' once it left your hands, so I was concerned that there might be a problem with the order. Now that I know that 'processing' is what it will say from order generation through delivery, I'll know what to expect. Again, thanks for the reply, the free sample and the great customer service. ridiaperboy Posted April 7, 2007 Share Posted April 7, 2007 Here my experience with Bambino: I placed my order for my prize sample pack on Thursday morning....and I received it, all the way from the SF Bay area, this afternoon. Barely two days in transit from San Francisco to Rhode Island. A job well done by the crew at Bambino. Thank you for the seriously babyish samples! I'll be saving at least one of them (that is if I don't order some more before I go) for the December trip to the adults-only resort in the Caribbean, which I wrote about in my entry into this contest.
