New2DL
Several years ago I would hear and read that interrupting your flow can cause UTIs, so if you wanted to strengthen that muscle (say during sex if you're a woman) it's better to do it when you're not peeing. Is this true? Because I have noticed that I'm getting UTIs more often lately, and I usually do this method when wetting. I don't stay in them long when theyre wet, and typically not much longer than a half hour. Is there any truth to this? Or is this probably something else? Link to comment

I don't necessarily stop now, but I do slow my flow of wetting. I haven't had a UTI in ages, and my second one wasn't diaper related, so I couldn't say for certain. Link to comment
Master
My wife interrupting flow dozens of times a day, because it stays in one diaper all day (12-15 hours) and only in this way she can fill her diaper to about 1.5 liters without leaking. This id her daily routine for 1.5 years, and during this time she has no problems with UTIs. But from that her psyche has changed, so she is now more delicate, feminine, and admired by our friends and other people. Link to comment
Hookedondiapers
That sounds like something a parent would tell a child so that they will hurry up in the bathroom. Link to comment
rusty pins
Probably the best thing to do is Google "Keigle Excersizes" and see what they experts say. Link to comment
