Before they got home Mitch was dressed back in his boy clothes.

He did beg and plead to be left in the panties he was wearing.

They left him in them.

He looked and seen what size they were.

Next time they went shopping he went and bought his own panties.

His dad was so glad that he was talking, there was no argument!

Mitch thought it was to bad he was born a boy he wanted to be a girl. He hadn't realized it until his sisters and their friends had dressed him up as a girl. 

Next time they dressed him up he payed particular attention at how they did his make up.

He started buying his own and applying it when he was home alone. 

His mother Barbara was hanging up clothes in his closet one day she saw a shoebox from a woman's store.

"What the heck is this doing in Mitch's closet, this was one of the girls?"

She moved things around and found his dress and nightie in the back of his closet.

"What the heck?"

She got curious and found his panties and a bra panty hose and his makeup under his diapers.

"Do I say anything to him, I can't tell Douglas he would kill him!

Let me talk to Mitch first find out why?"

When Mitch got home Barbara brought him in, "Mitch we need to talk."

"About what?" He asked?

"Something I found in your room today."

"Oh," said Mich dejected.

"Can you tell me why?" Asked Barbara?

"They did, but they let me join in, mom I kind of liked it, I even liked wearing panties.

After that I was wondering why I was born as a boy, l guess all I really wanted was to be a girl, I started buying all my own girl stuff shoes pantyhose, panties, bras dress, nightgown.

He almost ran to his room he got out of his boy clothes and into his girl things.

He had his make up on and returned to Barbara.

She kept him hidden in his room. 

When Douglas got home they went to their bedroom.

Michelle heard arguing that got less and less frequent until all he could hear was incoherent mumbling.

As they talked normally the door of his bedroom opened.

"Dinner is ready Michelle."

Barbara smiled at him.

She escorted her to the dining room. 

At first his dad looked at him and looked mad, as he looked from head to toe, he softened. 

"He does look a girl!"

The four older sisters began looking at each other wondering how much trouble they were in?

Barbara went on line and ordered a few things on line. 

Next day was Saturday. Him and Barbara went Shopping more dresses shoes undies bras that were bigger were bought for him everybody was calling her Michelle at home.

Next day they were all awoke and bathed Michelle tried to dress as Mitch.

Barbara dressed him as Michelle, he tried to protest telling them that they only knew him as Mitch!

"Well if you don't ever want to be known as Michelle ever again, by all means go as Mitch and all your girl things will be thrown out!

If you really feel like Michelle, you need to go as Michelle from now on!

Doesn't matter who will find out!"

He thought for a second "Okay then!"

At work Barbara got a call.

It was from Michelle's school, she had to go talk to the principal.

She took off work and went to T. Roosevelt Elementry School.

She had to wait for a few minutes before the Principal Mr. Bernal could see her.

It had been years and years since she was in this position, sitting in a chair awaiting to talk to the principal.

Last time was because a friend of hers was being abused sexually at home by a relative.

She was holding Christine's hand as she told the Principal what had happened at home.

Unfortunately the girl was taken from home and Barbara never ever seen her again.

She often wondered what ever happened to Christine?

"Mr. Bernal will see you now!" The Secretary said.

She entered the office and Michelle was there as well. 

"What's wrong?" She asked?

Mr. Bernal waved a hand at Michelle.

"This! This is unacceptable!"

"Sir this person has a name, it's Michelle!"

"No Ma'am he was registered here at this school as Mitch!"

"So all I have to do is register her as Michelle?"

"No, No! He is basically a male, he needs to be a male!"

"But now he idetifies as a female!

Whats the problem?"

"We would like him to be male again!" Said Mr. Bernal.

"Sir are you aware that by demanding that he be male, you are denying his constitutional rights?

There was that child in California just a few short months ago that the parent refused to let his son dress as a girl and they attempted to remove that child from the home, now you as a school are refusing him admittance to school for the same reason?

Oh the Media is going to have a field day, in that instance it was the school that reported the parent!

I'm not about to loose Michelle, because you don't want her to dress as a girl!"

"There is no need to go that far, and bring the media into this."

"Why not?

The school was more than happy to bring the Media into against the parent.

Michelle identifies as a female, she has told me he feels more comfortable as a girl, she's felt that for a while now.

"He went into the girls restroom!"

"No she went into the girls restroom!

If a girl identified as male looked and acted as a male would you have a problem with that?" 

"That is besides the point!"

"No its not they are referred to as Transgendered and they have rights, which you are denying to Michelle or any other student that feels different sex than what they are born.

Its a matter of education!

If Michelle feels like a girl she should treated as a girl.

If you dont Mr. Bernal you are opening yourself up to a huge lawsuit, one I'm sure this district can't afford!

Tell me Mr. Bernal do you want to be the one that brings this district down?"

"Mitch is suspended until we can straighten this out"

Barbara smiled reached in and took her phone out.

She scrolled down.

She pushed a number. 

Mr. Bernal heard American Civil Liberties Union.

Barbara saw Mr. Bernal go pale. 

"Yes I have a son that identifies female and she was just suspended from school for using the girls bathroom.

"Your Name?"

"Barbara my daughter's name is Michelle, were at T. Roosevelt Elementry School in Phoenix, Arizona.

You see Mr. Bernal where I work I'm the Equal Opportunity Employment Specialist.

You have just commited no less than 3 violations.

Mr. Bernal looked scared!

By that night Not only was Mr. Bernal fired but Michelle was allowed back at school in the morning.

It had been on the news.

Michelle was never named.

But the right things happened for the right reasons.

"Why should I be mad at you, you've done nothing wrong!

"I just wanted to see how much different the girls restroom was compared to the boys."

"The only difference is, more toilets and no urinals.

Plus we have dispensers in the girls bathroom."

"What kind of dispensers?"

"Sanitary Napkins and Tampons." Said Barbara.

"What are those for?" Asked Michelle?

"Uhmm you see us women and some girls... 

We have what you call a period!"

"What happens during this period?" Michell asked?

"You would ask wouldn't ya.

See woman are the only ones who get pregnant.

Every month we release an egg."

"Ha ha Michelle laughed, Mom, birds are the only ones that lay eggs!

"We don't lay them but we do produce an egg, it doesnt have a shell but its tiny and round.

We have what we call overies.

They are packed with eggs that we will need during our lifetime.

The egg drops out of the overy and travels down the Fallopian Tube.

It travels down to a thing called a uterus.

Now if that egg gets fertilized it implants itself into the uterine lining which our body produces every month just like an egg ready to accept that fertilized egg.

Now if it is fertilized it grows into a fetus and eventually we have a baby."

"That's how babies come?"

"Yes thats how babies are made.

But we dont get pregnant everytime we have that egg drop and that lining form.

So if the egg didnt get fertilized that lining and egg gets expelled during our period.

It causes pain, and can be a pretty bloddy mess.

Woman use sanitary Napkins or Tampons to absorb the blood." 

"Thanks mom, Michelle said as she walked off.

She was so glad that she didn't ask how the egg gets fertilized.

Michelle was going to the girls restroom, a group of 5 boys caught her in the hall.

They felt it was wrong the way that this boy was becoming a girl.

The 5 boys began to assault Michelle.

She fought back the best she knew how, she was out numbered but still each boy got some kind of injury from her before they over took her and beat her up.

The teacher found her she was in a pool of blood bleeding from her nose which had been broke by one of the boys.

Once again Barbara was called to the school, they told her there had been an altercation, she didn't know that her injuries were so bad. 

She was told there was a fight, not that it was a 5 to 1 odds in the boys favor.

They were going to suspend all students involved, including Michelle!

"She fought back!" The principal said. 

"So you tell me that one of these days 5 guys jump you?

You are not going to fight back, you're  just going to sit there and take the beating your getting?

You're just going to get hurt 5 times worse than this?

But hey I didn't fight back!"

"What I would do is irrelevant, in this case."

"The law states you have a right to defend yourself, so your taking away her rights.

This wasn't just an assault sir this was a hate crime and you know it, they beat her up because she is different.

Please don't make me call the ACLU again, you saw how well it went for your predecessor!

You don't want to be fired the first day on the job do you?

Your district doesn't need anymore bad publicity, I'm sure the next time, your superintendent will be forced to resign as well!"

The guy flashed anger, "Are you threatening me?"

"No sir, I'm just pointing out that your policy needs to be reevaluated when it comes to 5 boys beating up on one transgendered girl, and your not allowing the transgendered girl to defend herself.

Look at it this way if these same five boys assaulted a female to rape her would you expell the girl for fighting back?"

"No the girl was defending herself!"

"So your saying it's not alright for 5 boys to attack a girl, but it is alright for 5 boys to attack 1 transgendered girl!

As long as she doesn't defend herself. 

That sir is called a double standard!"

She took out her phone dialed a number.

"Sheila please! Sheila, yeah it's happened again this time 5 boys jumped Michelle and they are going to suspend her for fighting back, far as I know a broken nose so far, we won't know until we get her to the hospital, she said her ribs hurt could be broken ribs.

Other than cut lips black eyes, I didn't see much else on the perpetrators!

I told him this was a hate crime because Michelle is different he could care less.

Yeah sounds like an injunction to keep her in school and the boys expelled totally not just suspended.

Can we sue for a new Principal and Superintendent?

These two just don't get it! Thank you!"

"Who was that? Demanded the Principal?

"That was Michelle's ACLU Lawyer, Sheila Thomas, right now they are filing a motion to keep Michelle in school the 5 boys expelled for a hate crime, you and your boss fired for incompetence!"

"I don't feel we have been incompetent!"

"See you fail to see Michelle as a victim of a hate crime, yes she was born male, but do you really believe that they would of picked on Mitch if he hadn't wanted to be Michelle?

By the way Shiela was born Shane Thomas, that's the reason that he was assigned Michelle's case, he has lived those biases.

He has a pretty good track record in Transgendered legal rights. I'm sorry to see you leave."

The guys jaw dropped he hadn't realized that he had failed to protect Michelle.

"If you dont mind, I think I need to get Michelle to the Hospital to find out the extent of her injuries, hopefully for her there are no injuries worse than a broken nose and ribs hopefully their are no internal injuries, like a ruptured spleen or something."

There was a knock at the door the Nurse was there.

"Ma'am we just had to send Michelle out by ambulance she is vomiting up blood!

It could be from the blood from her nose she swallowed, but I don't think it is."

Barbara looked at the principal, "Just think how much worse this could of been if Michelle hadnt fought back!

This wasn't a fight, it was an all out assault on kid different than them, therefore a hate crime!"

She left to go to the hospital to be with Michelle. 

She Called her husband and her kids and told them to go to the hospital.

Michelle needed them!

When they arrived Barbara gave them The insurance card she had for Micthell They were about ready to deny her card when she convinced them Michelle was Mitchell.

They checked and found he was male.

He was admitted.

Appearantly the broken rib had punctured her stomach and her spleen was ruptured as well.

A few hours later Michelle was out of Surgery after the CT Scan it was discovered that inside Mitch had female genitelia, just outside he had a penis and his testicle never dropped.

Now they knew why.

He didnt have any.

The discussion was after he was healed from his injuries they were going to get him Gender Reassignment Surgery he was basically female. 

They had to give him blood as he lost some internally.

He was feeling a bit better by the next day.

Two days later he was released and got to go home!.

Shelia was contacted and she was informed what had happened the principal was fired as well as the Superintendent.

The boys were expelled and Michelle can go back to school anytime she is well enough to.

The new Superintendent is a female named Larsen.

Seems nice enough she sent out a memo I helped her write about the treatment of trans genders in the district.

The vice principal was moved up to principal and a Mrs. Jensen was made vice principal.

Talking to the doctor, we discussed how could Michelle be outwardly a male but inside a female.

He told us "It's pretty rare but it does happen I've seen a normal female that basically was male inside, she was looking to get married and we were checking to see about if she had anything wrong as she had never started her period.

We found out why! 

Michelle is my second male that was inwardly female that I  have seen!

The last one was a 2 year old his name was Samuel.

We did the surgery he is now Samantha, he doesn't remember when he was Samuel!

For Michelle her being a bit older she will remember being Mitch!"

Michelle became Michelle, there was no more Mitch.

The nightmare wasn't the fact that the boy you knew was actually a female the biggest problem was legally getting Michelle to become a person.

For almost 12 years she had been Mitch!

Now getting things tranfered over to her being Female, the federal government did not want to change her social security number, the first three numbers of your Social Security Number designates what state you registered in, and what gender, you are, girls are even number and boys odd numbers!

They were balking at reassign her a new number.

Usually when a lady gets married it's just a matter of changing her last name.

Changing genders is a nightmare!

Even at school they gave us problems of registering her as a female! They proved easier than getting her SSI Number changed!

Michelle liked living as a girl. Now when she hung out with her sisters it wasn't because she was just in drag. 

Gabby started treating him different, where before he had been Mitch, she liked him now he was Michelle she liked him more, she had always been different!

Ellie saw it and kind of reminded her that Michelle was an 12 year old and it wasn't Kosher to have feelings for her yet, "You're almost 5 years older than her! 

Still Michelle was accepted as one of the girls she had felt at home with them from the start.

Barbara was getting sick every morning.

She wasn't vomiting but she had the dry heaves, some mornings she wished that she would of had been wet vomit.

She retched so hard, it wasn't uncommon for her to leak into her diaper that she felt her diaper soaked and felt trickles of urine run down her leg which had her retching and wiping her legs at the same time.

She was miserable.

She made deals with herself, "After this baby Douglas is never touching me ever again!

Then she remembered when Ellie was born. She had morning sickness but nothing like this, probably because she is older Now!

Even after Ellie was born she remembered telling herself that Her ex was never touching her again, then afterwards wishing he would, instead if finding her so repulsive that he wouldn't touch her because she couldn't stop pissing herself.

That made her feel worse about what was happening to her, she felt like a leper! 

The times were bad, she got by because Ellie needed her.

That's what made her get up in the morning.

This lady had never seen the inside of a college, where Adam had a MBA from Harvard, hers was from ASU.

Eve Anderson was a smart cookie!

She didn't even have an AB degree she just had a nose for Business and everything Financial.

She was also Adam's wife.

She had somewhat of a checkered past at one time she was a drug hooker.

She got pregnant and got the hell out of the business, her first position here was in the Steno pool.

Adam's secretary had been in a car crash and Eve was made his temp while she was out.

Adam was impressed with her knowledge of business and her beauty. Adam had two daughters.

One had Autism hardly ever spoke she met Eve and called her mommy, she just knew Eve was going to be her mommy!

The other daughter was very intelligent she didn't talk because she didn't feel loved by her real mom.

It was because of these Adam and Eve that she took in her two kids for adoption.

She wishes that more people would consider adoption of a child in the foster care system!

Barbara moved to her new office and Eve moved to Barb's old Office.

Eve's dad was Chief of Security here nowdays he had married a lady that worked with Eve when she was just in the Steno pool.

The guy had this one of the safest places to work ever.

The Suncor Company was doing well under Adam he had some great ideas.

There was a company that was going bankrupt that Adam acquired.

Everybody thought he was nuts.

When Adam explained it was just bad management and this company had a better distribution system had what they currently had.

Soon everybody else was mad at Adam for improving the company he had purchased, even though they were not interested in the first place! 

As VP Barbara was in charge of personnel she started by getting with with Eve they started looking at ways that the costs were showing a loss instead of a gain things like staplers, hole punchers, tape dispensers were killing them.

They started tracking where the biggest losses were.

One place was 3 times higher in the use of these three items than anywhere else.

One guy was the the worst.

He reprted the loss or theft of one of these items almost on a daily basis.

Tommy Eve's dad who was head of Security started following the loss of these items.

At first he suspected the guy of stealing these items himself.

He would leave with these things on his desk, in his cubicle.

When he returned the next morning these items were missing off his desk.

Tommy reviewed Camera after Camera finally they spotted The lady that worked in supply that issued him those things.

She would take them.

"What the hell for?"

He wondered.

When the guy would return to his desk the next morning.

He would find his supplies missing.

He would cuss and fill out a requisition for a new stapler or hole punch and go get a new one from Marsha, the lady who would give him a new one they would talk then he would return to his desk with his new acquisition. 

Others would be given the old supplies.

He had put a chip in a Tape Dispenser that was now found on the 3rd floor being used.

By a lady there.

Tommy figured out it was just a way to get Robert to come see her every day.

The implements were still in the building just reappropriated.

He dropped a hint to Robert that he thinks Marsha was sweet on him.

Soon after th at he started visiting Marsha without a need for anything.

Soon they were dating and two years later they were married!

Things were good, for a while, then you get those that might be the lowest of Custodians that think they can run the company better than the CEO, the ones that are always second guessing every decision there was a guy that worked in Maintenance.

He was one of those that thought he could run the company better than those that were!

He was very vocal about how that was a bad decision on the boards part if he had been in charge this is what should of been done!

One of those got back to Adam who had the guy come to his office.

The guy thought it was a big step up that he was cleaning the CEO's Office.

Adam was there he was talking to somebody on the phone.

"No, that's not what we want to do, sure it would be cheaper in the long run but...

No I would rather keep it the way it is now, some of those people have been with the company a long time!"

The guy listened and when Adam hung up. 

"Isn't it the CEO's job to save the company money?"

"Yes it is why?"

"Well if it would be me I would be the one to save money, a few people losing there jobs.

They can always find another!"

"Are you sure?"

"Positive!" The guy said.

"Really? Said Adam.

We're contomplaiting doing away with the Maintence Staff and going with a private company, they would have their own equipment we would no longer have to purchase Vacuum Cleaners, Floor Buffers, Cleaners, Uniforms for our workers.

We could save millions!

Glad your in agreement with this, as he read the guys name on his shirt Carl!"

Carl's jaw dropped.

Adam picked up the phone and dialed number.

"On second thought Eve that Maintenence Contract sound like it will save us millions send out pink slips to the entire Maintence Department! 

I have one of them here right now and he thinks it's a great idea!

Yeah he was the one that helped me see the benefits of going to a private company and saving money in the end!"

"Maybe I was a bit to hasty, there is the human element here!" Carl said!

"No Carl you'll be fine. You've been here what 22, 23 years you should not have a problem finding a new job.

Of course it probably won't pay as much as this one here starting out again but think in another 20 years or so you should be making as much as your making here!"

"But sir I'm 55 years old! I don't have another 20 years to work!"

"Well you should of thought of that before you talked me into it Carl, I mean I was all for keeping you on, but you talked me into going the cheaper route!"

"Please sir, can't we forget that I ever said anything?"

"I thought you was the expert at running this company Carl you second guess every decision I make!

Sometimes you got to look at the big picture.

Keeping our maintenance is one of about a hundred decisions I've made just today!

Next time you have a problem with a decision I make please come talk to me before you start second guessing me.

I would much rather have you bitching to me instead of your coworkers! 

Carl asked "So I'm not getting laid off?"

"Nope, but remember this, every decision we make up here affects somebody's life, it might not be Maintenence,  it could be the Steno pool or Mail Room.

Who knows tomorrow it could be Maintenence again!"

"I will keep that in mind sir!" Carl said.

Kerri Evans was wondering why do I even take those pills?

A couple of years ago I couldn't wait to stop wetting my bed.

Now my best friends are all bedwetters just like I used to be.

Bethany is the same way her uncle raped her, he got stabbed in prison a few months ago he lived but he us on permanent lockdown for the next 30 years or so. 

Then there are the triplets.

Well they were only twins there is Laurie that was named after her mom's  best friend in the whole world and now our aunt.

Then Ted Jr. Named after daddy right in the middle of the twins is Raymond.

Raymond is like twice the size of the twins truthfully he is getting almost as tall as Bethany at going on three years old.

Then mom and dad added another baby they had Sarah mom has had Jessica, Bryce, Ted Jr., Laurie, and now Sarah just a few months ago. Kerri, Charlotte, Kellie, Robert, Shelia, Sheena, Sean, Yolanda, Bethany, and Raymond we were all adopted.

We were loved, I guess my mom and dad's legacy is that they loved us dearly.

I never felt any less love than what I saw her giving her own kids in fact it may just be that we that were that were adopted were loved a bit more than her own kids because some of us haven't really known love until we became a part of this family!
