Asked the guy. "A guy buy the name of Mr. Monroe, why?" Asked Andrew? "That isn't James Monroe is it?" The guy asked? "I think that's his name, I'm not sure." Said Andrew. "Jesus, I better get away from you before you meet the same fate as the other guy that you seen stabbed." Said the guy. "Come on were in Jail what can Mr. Monroe do to us here?" Asked Andrew? "Dude you have no idea, Mr. Monroe if he wants to get you in here, he can. Why the hell did you mess with that dude?" The guy asked? "He was messing with me." Said Andrew. "Man what was you doing to get Mr. Monroe to mess with you in the first place?" "I fought a couple of kids was all." Said Andrew. "These kids they wernt tied to some big builder here in to kill Mr. G and h8s family by runnigwwere they?" Asked the guy? "Yeah Gordon Construction, why?" Asked Andrew. "About three or four years ago a kid ran over Mr. G's daughter on purpose left her wearing diapers for life. Andrew was brought in for his court appearance. He was charged with now attempted robbery, prohibited possessor of a hand gun, attempted murder, the handgun he used had been supposedly destroyed by the police in the first place, the load of weapons was hijacked. The gun in question had been stolen in a robbery, the guy said he couldn't use it he had put the wrong ammo in and when he shot it the first time it jammed and he tried to clean it out but couldn't get the bullet and shell out the ammo that he used was to small the whole bullet case and all, when he bought it he thought he had bought a 40 cal not a 45 cal he knew enough not to try and shoot it again. He had it in his house which got broken into, money, watches, jewelry, and the gun were stolen. They caught up with the guy that had done the burglary. The guy wanted the watches, jewelry, and money back but that was gone quickly. The gun the victim didn't want back it was sent with several others to be destroyed. The truck was hit and the guns stolen, every so often one would resurface. They think they had a leak on their end somebody was feeding out information. If the kid had looked down the barrel you could see the shell there still in tact. Since he was on probation he was remanded over for probation violation, he wouldn't be released. What's with the attempted robbery crap, yes attempted murder, prohibited possessor I'm guilty of I wasn't there to rob Mr. Monroe I was there to kill him! About a week later Andrew could see some he looked at his face in the mirror. "Good hell!" He said to nobody, I used to be somewhat handsome, now I could be Alphonse "Scarface" Capones uglier brother. Dammit, what a waste, I couldn't even get a date from any of those ugly girls in school. Trying as hard as he could he couldn't remember everything, he saw the guy pull the shiv out and he saw the glint of the metal then the Officer was yelling at him to take a knee, he saw the guy bleeding on the ground, he knew what happened but his mind wouldn't remember the knife going in, the guy going down, just the glint of the metal, and the Officer telling him to take a knee! Nothing Between! He was talked to by invsetigators he could tell them "I saw the glint of metal then the Officer was telling me to take a knee, that's all I remember, sorry i don't remember anything else, its like I check out of my brain there for a few seconds." The next week we had Joseph's mom visit we had Julie back for the day. The guys were all found guilty of Human Trafficking. The law suit started and it took a while but Rebbecca, and William Wilde had won, unfortunately the police claimed a huge chunk of the money for RICO case. Rebbecca was upset ant thought about suing the police. The 5 or so million apiece was now 1 million each the, police had stolen over 4 million dollars from these girls each! And it had been the people from town that had to fight the guys comming to kill Stu and Rebbecca, where the hell were the cops then. Several returned to their countries, several applied to live in the USA. most settled in Utah which brought their tax base up. Stu gotvalmost a million dollars for Antimony itself they got new trucks and more weapons and things to protect themselves. Rebbecca and William got about 16 million each. Jeff went to the End Zone and turned. Brent had gotten 15 yards to the 5 yard line. It was 1st and Goal. Jeff caught the ball at the one and stepped into the end zone, after the kick it was 10-22. After the kick off which went into the end zone their Offense went to work, the QB was only doing a two step drop. He went to throw the ball Chis leaped up and batted the ball he caught his own batted ball, he started running towards the goal he had a set determination on his face, he was going from the 25, to the 20, to the 15, to the 10, to the 5, he walked into the endzone with about 4 guys clinging to him. After the extra point it was 10-29. This time the Eagles Offense, fell apart, for every positive yard they would lose yards on a penalty, they were backed up to their goal. The QB went to hand it off to the running back who dropped it in the end zone, Chris saw it and went to jump on it for a TD. The QB jumped on it and Chris had his second Safety of the day it was now 10-31. Coach took Chris out, they had to work a cramp out of Samuel's back he took over just prior to the start of the 4th Quarter. Chris and Carl and Samuel were all pacing when the Offense was on the field and Cris, Jeff, and Brent were pacing when the Defense was on the field. Phillidelphia never bounced back they did get 7 points in the 4th quarter final score was 17-31. Even though he played only the third quarter Chris was MPV for his two safeties and a touchdown. Chris couldn't wait to see his wife. And the other children. He had Alexandria, Kenny, Krystal, and Lacy there on the podium when they got the, Lombardi Trophy. Marshall was bandaged up, no townspeople were hurt just the bad guys, most were dead, there were four wounded. They were arrested. They were told that they were responsible for their companions death all 10 of them. They all looked scared. When told that. They were hauled to Panguitch Hospital. They were treated and held. They refused to talk to the State Police. Everybody came and assisted Stu and the Phelp's fix up the front of their house. Stu was never more happy that he had good neighbors they saved his family's lives. They had shot or killed 4 of these guys, the other 10 had been attacked from the rear they were using their cars as shields. They had no protection when the townspeople started shooting at them. This was a huge failure, they were sent to wipe out this family, they were wiped out themselves, the worst injury they had inflicted was a cut arm from the front window didn't even need stitches. 10 dead 4 wounded and they were being arrested. Charged with the death of their comrades, their lawyer telling them that the state would be seeking the death penalty for them 4. How could they charge them with 10 deaths it had been the ones that came and attacked them from the rear that killed most of the 10! It was explained that since you 14 were in the act of attempted murder of the family that lived in that house you were comming a felony! Anybody, from people inside the house, to your own men, you were liable for their deaths, they wouldn't of been there unless you were there to commit a felony, therefore you are liable for their deaths.
