crawling-in-diapers
Why do people keep referring to prunes as the all-out solution to pooping? Eating a bag of prunes results in an excessive amount of sugar in your body. Prunes only have 0.7 grams of fiber. The fiber being the ingredient that makes you poop. Since your body doesn't break down fiber, it all passes though you resulting in huge loads. Kidney beans have 23 grams of fiber in just a half cup. But if you want fruit, a pear has 6 to 7 grams of fiber in each one. Eat three of them, and it will be like eating a half bag of prunes. Careful not to over eat fiber though, it can block your intestines and give you extremely painful gas. The trick with fiber is to drink lots of water though out the day mix it with plenty of vegetables and fruit to break up the mass of the fiber.
