@BabyJune if some in my school hit me when I was a kid.  I would have beat that person then pressed charges.

Ya, I think got a smack once from mom and dad.  But most memorable was third grade Science, the teacher would be in teacher room smoking the first ten minutes of every class.  Some kids got mercury out and were playing with it.  There was quite a bit of laughing when he came in and he must of seen it through the door window.  He had an old mean deep voice and yelled "Who was playing with mercury?"  He was known to threaten us daily with the paddle, if we didn't behave.  Three kids got the paddle that day, three times each.  Ouch.

Yes, I  got it quite often growing up.  Got it with the hand, wooden spoon and Dad's belt if I was really bad. I  got spankings well into my teens. And I deserved them.

Spankings are a part of my little side.
