Wow... poor girl is right! First time it played I thought it was faked, with a post-production brown stain effect added to the water. But I let it loop a bunch of times and noticed that the lights reflections in the water look natural, and when she jumps up you can see the brown water on her legs for a few seconds. Plus, this is clearly an out-take-- she's talking to the director before he says "go ahead" to begin the take.

If from a porn scene, I'd guess that there was supposed to be some anal action coming up. Porn stars often use enemas before anal sex, and if by chance she had an enema and didn't manage to release all the fluid from an enema before the shoot, it may have hit her quite suddenly... which would also account for the swiftness of the flow, if everything was already disolvled in liquid form.
