I only need them when I work, But I just used tighty whities One size smaller And Under Armour, Seems to work pretty good.

Regular ladies briefs do quite well. It's not good to over-compress a diaper if you're wanting to use it to it's capacity It's also best to 'test-drive" anything new because different diapers behave differently under compression. I got leg-leak 'smilies' with a couple premium styles long before I expected any leakage

Under Armour compression shorts are the God of underwear. I wear it everyday regardless if I'm in a diaper or not and if I'm even doing anything athletic or not. It's good quality and they will last for a long time if you take care of them. They also had some normal shorts that had a different type of crotch area that was wide and gave the diapers a lot of space without pinching on the usual seam that shorts have. Look up MMA shorts. They might be on eBay. But I don't think they make them anymore new.

Tena Fix stretch pants, they're specifically designed for supporting an adult's nappy or large incontinence pad (sure other brands make similar as well).
