Still fighting fatigue of unknown origin. But managed to get a shower, a site update and order shipping done. Dinner out and a quick trip to the Piggly Wiggly for essentials and I'm exhausted and a little dizzy again. But I'll keep on keeping on lol.

It's a long shot you might get a test done that's not normally done that affects the a person the way you are explaining. Look up Cat Scratch Fever. It is a disease a friend had & caused him a lot of trouble.

Either that or you just caught a mild cold. I'm just now getting over one that had no real obvious symptoms before. I'm only now realizing it because my health is finally returning to full strength while I also cough up a lot of phlegm I didn't even know had accumulated.
