Jdl
I used to like Wellness briefs, until I received a case with bad tapes. I called the company and the person on the other end was apparently not good at typing, or was really slow at writing my information down, they kept asking me to repeat all the personal info i was giving them. They said the person I needed to talk to was on vacation and they would call me back next week. Next week came, no call. So I called them, the person was not in, but they took all my information again......maybe they lost their post it note with all my info, or they never bothered to write it down the first time. Anyway, no one ever called me back. I gave up and threw the remaining open bag and the other 2 unopened bags away......they were useless to me. And note, I can't believe I threw away new diapers, but they were that bad. So my question to all of you, is should I give this company another try given the crappy customer service? This happened just before they came out with their superio line. Which of course I'm interested in trying, but struggling with the customer service issue. And while I'm rambling on the subject of this company.......i just got another email from them.....their on sale again....woo hoo, I find it kinda funny/ hilarious they way they market the products. It seems like every three weeks they go on sale for one week.......so seeing that pattern, why do I need them to say.......save 25%, or save $20 or $60 a case shipped. No matter how you say it the price is the same. To me that means they are FOR SALE, not ON SALE one week out of each month. And oh, wow, their product is inspired by NASA.........gee what diaper isn't? In fact diapers were around long before NASA. Ok, I'm done rambling. What do you guys think? Should I give them another shot, or stick with my molicare super plus's? Link to comment
WakkoWannaBe
Well my first thought after reading this was that I tend to give people 3 "strikes" before making a final judgment about their personality. I was gonna say maybe you should give Wellness 3 chances as well before moving on to another company, but then I realized that while I give people 3 chances, I only give companies 1 xD. Jdl
All in all, the molicares are my favorites, fit great, I wet at night and use a diaper cover over them and rarely ever have a leak. But I still like the wellness briefs......you know, having options.....I think I'll wear the purple one tonight. Link to comment
rusty pins
First, if you had liked them in the past I would not have thrown the ones with the bad tapes away. Link to comment
Baby Brian
Customer service is only half of it. You need to ask your self if their product is good too. How else do you think comcast stays in business, it's certainly not their customer service. Personally I think their diapers are horrible. Molicare, Abena, Dry, and even XP are much better diapers, and the service you get from Gary at xp medical is just about the best. Link to comment
square_duck
having tried and enjoyed the new wellness briefs...I'd say go for it....but thats just me. The new products are very nice, and work and fit well....afain thats me. No tape issues or pin hole leaks etc. At the VERY least, order a sample pack...that way your not out a lot and if you try a couple and they don't strike your fancy...move on. just my 2 quid.
