Zander
Did you tell them this? Did you explain to them what things would improve the product and explain your dissatisfaction with what you got? Link to comment
Inconito
I have been in contact with the seller...I was not told to "sod off" She offered to repair them, but wouldn't pay the freight back and forth which in my mind she's required to since they are defect....and since the freight which for my case is almost more expensive than the two diapers, well they are put out of service...besides poor design, the absorbancy is not that good given their thickness. beallucanb
There is no excuse for them to be defected, but perhaps you can use them by getting a large needel, then some thin nylon fishing line, and put a few stiches in the padding. Link to comment
Hookedondiapers
If you can't get the seller to correct the problem, call your bank (or PayPal). Link to comment
Inconito
well unfortunately it's too late, with paypal, they can't do anything after one month. I'll try the advice and see if I can correct the padding. Link to comment
Inconito
They do look cute, and well padded. Just a shame the padding doesn't stay where it's supposed to. Meaning they end up useless if you look for an absorbent diaper. Link to comment
blitz1027
I've ordered dome them before as well and have the same problem. I even asked before buying if the padding was secured in place from front to back and was told they did. Got my diaper and the padding was only secured in the back and when I washed it all the padding moved to the back of the diaper and now it won't even out leaving the diaper basically useless Link to comment
