As much air and sunlight as you can get on that area as possible, and wash morning and evening. See doc, get pathology to test what's growing for what it is and how to treat it. Once it is under control, get new underwear!

I know you said you like the feeling of staying in your diapers after using them, but it's often the combination of urine and stool that is the cause of diaper rash.

Sounds like it's a fungal infection.

Try an antifungal cream you can get at a pharmacy or go to a U-brew supplier. Antifungals are used in alcohol making and they work on skin too.

Could be fungal or could be yeast infection either way you need to see a priamary care doctor

Yeast has the white residue and you can tell from the smell (like yeast). There are some good scripts for it but they do take time to knock it all the way down. Just because the itching is gone doesn't mean the yeast (or fungal) is gone. I have issues with this in the warm weather. That is the 3 weeks a year that we get up here;)
