Missy Q
The glans (penis head) is particularly prone to getting rashes from poop although it heals really quick so it's generally harmless. 1 Link to comment

Kari
I think you're going to be fine and doing everything right with the ointment, water & cranberry juice. The mind can really mess with you and to use an old phrase, your rash may of been "psychosematic for lack of a better term. Not diaper related, but I have anxiety issues, so occassionally I get a rash on my arms &/or legs usually in the Summer. My Doctor called it Neurodermatitis. Which is a rash caused by my stress and anxiety issues. In fact not being a real Doctor, but playing one on D.D.'s; that may be what happened to you as well. Wear a dry diaper to bed and call me in the morning... Link to comment

willnotwill
Guys rarely get UTI's, it takes a lot of effort to get stuff up far enough to cause a problem...take a good pee to clean things out (have some cranberry juice if you think you need it). Link to comment
